This Wingstop just opened in Penrose Plaza Shopping Center. As soon as my son and I saw that it was coming, we couldn't wait to visit. It had been opened for THREE days when we visited. Now most Wingstops are all the same. Same menu. The staff were wonderful with the customers considering the crowd. The cashier was attentive and patient with my son. A plus in my book. My son and I didn't wait long for our order to be completed. I think this location will fare really well in this neighborhood (even with a Popeyes nearby). I ordered my usual: Hickory Smoked BBQ Wings (all drums|no flats). read more

Wingstop - Hickory Smoked BBQ Wings (all drums|no flats) - Chicken Wings Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The wings were mushy and had no taste ordered a 50 piece meal and was charged separately for the fries I don't recommend this place.

I was given a coupon for teacher appreciation week for a wing combo. So on my day off I drove down to Island Ave (the only location this coupon was valid at). It had a unique coupon code, and was still valid. The worker behind the counter said that he coupons were "for students", I informed him that this was for TEACHER appreciation week and that's not how that works. Very disappointed by this. Literally worse than doing NOTHING for teacher appreciation week since I would not have driven out of my way to eat here. Will literally never step foot in this establishment again, because even if they say they are giving away free food, they simply change their mind. read more

Wings were soft and mushy. This is the 2nd time. I will never order Wingstop again!!!

rude cashier, slow/rude cooks, unclean and unprofessional employees. didn't call out my order and didn't even complete my full order. never coming to this location ever again and i suggest no one does either. read more

Every time I use this wing spot, they take forever and the food is always burnt. The restaurant is dirty however, the people are really nice. read more

I eat here once a year and regret it every time. The wings were undercooked, the fries must have been made an hour ago. They both tasted horribly. The service was clueless. They had two to-go meals, I was one of them and they were so confused. I will NEVER eat here again. read more

Absolutely terribl. cashier was rude and kept staring at me. Cooks are slow. too time consuming. overrated

I went to wing stop in Sicklerville NJ, Cross keys rd. and Sicklerville rd. the first time and last time. The wings were dried out and too hard to eat, no seasoning and just nasty. I wouldn't recommend my dog to eat there. And I had to wait 20 minutes to get this nasty chicken, sorry I wasted my money and time. NEVER AGAIN! read more

First of all, the prices are ridiculous, the customer service SUCKS and the 2 females that were back n forth at the front desk were sarcastic you know whats! If I had another option I would've left but know that I will NEVER return to this place! No napkins, they were BLASTING vulgar music and again just rude. Never will I ever return here! We stopped because I'm in from out of town and wanted some wings, big mistake. They got one of the orders was wrong and the guy that took the food back had the nerve to get an attitude. After waiting over an hour for some wings they weren't even good. Y'all lost some customers today. After all BS the wings were WHACK! They weren't even completely cooked. read more

Placed an online order for 20 boneless wings upon getting home was only given 10 of the 20 wings, when I called the location I was hung up on and ended up driving back to the location. When I got there they made up for the mistake and even provided additional wings & drinks for the mistake. Would order from this location again. Food 8/10 Customer Service 7/10 read more

Waited more than 45 minutes for my food. Use of foul language poor customer service.

I place an order for 20 boneless wings online showed up after 10 minutes and still waited another 30 for my food. It should not take 40 minutes for a simple order at 9:30 pm. They were not busy and had terrible customer service. read more

Never ordering here again.... Now I'm a person that doesn't like to do bad reviews due to the fact it's just too easy I rather give good reviews 1st. I like to take on the idea that it's just a bad day. But I felt I had to. I ordered various items bone in wings, boneless wings, chicken fingers, fries, corn on cob and drinks thru the app. I get there and the pick up window service was a girl with a straight attitude like everyone was just bothering her. I get my order take it aside and check my order especially for my "extra" ranch dressing. I didn't see ANY ranch dressing. After getting back in line watching the attitude with other customers and waiting trying to wait patiently, I get to the attitude girl and she tells me I'm wrong that she's knows she put the dressing in my bag I said well it's not in there. She had me show her she took the bag realized she was wrong with not apology said I swear I put them in the bag then threw them in the bag and pushed the bag back to me without saying anything. I get home and all the boneless wings look as small as pop corn chicken, the corn on the cob which was an extra $4.00 looked like it was just one corn cut up into 6 pieces and the bone in wings are all drums sticks not one flat! Worse service ever. My daughter loves Wing Stop so I will have to just try another place. I feel like my money was waisted $45 down the drain. Oh yeah the place was dirty and sticky since I'm complaining should let you know it all. read more

The service was good but the food was horrible.. salty..overly price..why do bone in cost 5 more dollars than boneless.. you don't get a lot for your money... playing loud music with profanity..it was a bad experience..I will never go there again read more

I would give zero stars if possible. I waited so long for my food. There were two people working and they were clearly overwhelmed. They weren't wearing gloves. Worst of all my chicken is not full cooked. This place is disgusting!! I feel sick to my stomach, I took a bit and it tasted odd. I realize why that was. I want my money back. read more

False advertising!!!! The latest advertising that WS has is 15 whole wings with your choice of sauce that is 19 dollars and some change with tax . All I'm going to say is don't be fooled. Just take a look at my photos. Need I say more ‼‼‼‼ the wings were SMALLer then the actual wing-dings and were burnt with no meat on the inside. Please do not be bamboozled by this advertising read more

I wished I read the reviews before trying this. I ordered on Sunday and had to cancel since the delivery time changed 3 times. I decided to reorder today and it was the most disappointing meal ever the fries were burnt old and cold, could not even taste it, the chicken was swimming in oil and was extremely salty I had to trash the entire meal. The delivery was riding his bicycle he knocked my door once and by time I answered the door he was telling me that they leave after 10 mins which between the knock and going to the door was not even 2 mins. Horrible service I would never order this ever again. read more

Wings were not good at all. Never going back. Small and tasteless. Not worth the money. Even Popeyes was better.

Wing Stop just opened on Berlin Cross Keys Road! The service was awesome! They were extremely nice in this store and the wings were just how I like them! I will be back again read more

Ordered on their website. They use door dash to deliver. We never got our order. Two hours back and forth with the driver who said someone else took our order. The restaurant charged us. Door dash said we would get a refund, we never did. Phone number does not get answered ever. Concern form has been completed multiple times on the website without any response. read more

Tiny wings. I do not recommend at all. Flavours are mid. It's the wing size that is a major problem.

Today at 1pm to 1:30pm u was waited on by a female worker with the worst attitude ever then had my order sitting for a while without calling my name on top of that when I got my food if I didn't look in the bag I would have not got any sauce she was rude and very nasty I spent $50 to get treated horribly I will never recommend this location to anyone... read more

Wowwwww!! the way fast food stores are today It always seems like I wasted my money and never enjoy the food... But today I stopped at wing stop and I'm soooo glad I did. the customer service was amazing. the manager TT was patient, she assisted me with the soda machine , we shared a laugh, and she was very professiona. the chicken was fresh and crispy and the flavors popped out and had my mouth watering. the corn was perfectly seasoned and I ate everything in my platter. 5 stars without hesitation!!!!! read more

Food not great and 2 of 3 orders have been missing at least one thing. Delivery also late and cold.

Idiots working here how hard is it to make wings and package the right order ? Not to mention it took forever. And my fires were almost empty. Don't get your wings from here I love wingstop but this location ain't it read more

First time trying Wingstop and it was phenomenal! I was absolutely in love with the Garlic Parmesan and Spicy Korean Q, and the fries were super good. However, the Mango Habanero was a little bit disappointing since I feel like it's too mango-ish for me (which is weird I know because the name is literally Mango Habanero, but I feel like it was not as tasty as the other two flavors). read more

I was ready to eat my delicious food but for some reasons they kept delaying my order, changing delivery times and people to pick up my order and for that they cancelled my order without anything I try to call no one answered never again I will order from them again. read more

I've been interested in trying wing stop, since I have heard good reviews from other locations however, I was unfortunate upon this visit. Worst experience award goes to this wing stop location for terrible customer service, no apparent COVID training, soggy wings and fries. Maybe different locations are better and I may give another location a try but it won't be anytime soon. read more

the quality of food very disappointing. Chicken tenders were dry.. I guess you can't fancy up frozen tenders. we'll not order from there again. read more

I have never eaten wing stop before but always wanted to try it. I work long hours and usually can't make it. I left work today at 11pm and the reatara closes at 12 so I called around 11:15 to place, someone answered the phone and yet didn't respond when I asked if they were taking more orders. I made it in person around 11:20 and I was told by one person that they could take my order and then another person came and said they had counted the register already and were no longer taking orders. They then laughed about it and walked away. This is the location on aramingo ave. I never tried wing stop and now never will waste my time even trying. read more

Just trash they never answer the phone. Never got the refund requested for due to order being wrong

Their wings and fries are really good. It's a shame that their orders take so long and also that I was faced with obvious discrimination. It was extremely embarrassing and humiliating! I have walked into that establishment three times now, and three times the same exact thing has happened. It's a shame that people have to experience this behavior in this day and age. The employees were more focused on goofing off with each other than they were helping customers! read more

I ordered through their app. Door dash did not collect all of the items from our order as we were missing all sides (fries&veggies) and dips. This was a 75 pc order $122 order so it was a significant amount missing. I have been calling for the last two weeks and submitted a contact us form through their app with zero response. I have yet to get a helpful callback from either their store manager Cortney Hutchins or District manager Theo Smith. It's absolutely ridiculous that NO ONE in store is capable of refunding an online order and there is no way to do so through their app. read more

trash food, mc donald's repackaged with more breading. cook at home no matter how hungry you are!

Garbage. The worst Gs are so skimpy they are practically anemic. You're better off walking to the shop rite for fried chicken.
