THE Worst Wing Stop I have ever been in. The restaurant was FILTHY, the staff was very rude and lacked respect AND customer service skills. While the young man that took my order was pleasant, other employees were terrible! They lacked professionalism, common courtesy and respect to their guests. No lids for drinks, canister was out of tea, no paper towels for napkins, no trash can in the restaurant for customer use and to top it off, they shorted me on my wings. Make it make sense!!! When we walked in the gentleman was nice at the register but after we placed our order that's when everything went south. The food took 20+ mins and after the food did come out it was cold and the ranch/sauce was horrible. After we went up and politely tried to talk to the lady (purple hair) she said that we were wrong and she knows it is correct because "she made it". After we sat back down the lady then proceeded to talk bad about us and said if we want better food to go to the one on 119th street. We've never had an issue going here until tonight. This place is so slow that people are canceling orders and walking out. One man slammed the door it took so long. I went here for a simple order and have been here 30 minutes and they just said it's another 25 minutes. This is wings and tenders and it takes an hour for food that isn't the greatest to begin with. I don't know who owns this actual store, but you need to get some help that knows what to do and how to run a business. Holy salty sadness! We just got five different flavors of saltiness, and the salt was salty to say the least. No amount of sugar sauce could cover that much sodium. No amount of crunch could cover that much sodium. The caustic nature of this sodium has left me injured both emotionally and physically of the mouth. Of the flavors, I would say the Carolina sweet barbecue sauce is the best with the most character. The regular barbecue is similar to baby Ray's gross cheap water sauce. The mild buffalo is akin to Red butter, so that's gross. And the Louisiana dry rub I couldn't stomach more than half a bite - taste like garlic salt with cheap butter to stick it well to the front. The fries are soggy and a little over cooked, and the honey butter is pure sugar. Standard chicken tenders we bought a couple of, and I would say cheap is the operative word. Half a step above bowling alley chicken. All flash and no substance I found at Wingstop. It makes sense when you think about the typical Wingstop customer: over sodium saturated Americans, eating from box nonsense, or inebriated guests, palleted down from the flavor train with alcohol to meet the chicken and it's arguably six different types of sodium used at an agreeable point. This was our first time getting food from Wing Stop. Wings were good! Veggie sticks were good, hand cut, just needed more carrots and less celery. The fries are a different story. They were cold to begin with. Definitely not enough for even two people and supposed to serve 4-6. Decent size fries on top but small pieces were the bulk of the rest. Very small pieces. Terrible experience. I ordered food online and had it delivered to me. DoorDash delivered BUT I ordered through Wingstop and my receipt was from Wingstop. They got my order wrong, blamed doordash, and when I i called to speak to a manager they told me to take it up with doordash. I ended up calling back and spoke to a manager who said she would give me my money back on top of store credit. Sounded pretty great, but when I checked my bank account I noticed they had charged me twice for my food (which was incorrect) and did not give me my money back. Had to call a THIRD time to fix the mess. Manager claimed she would credit my account and call me within the hour to confirm this had been done. I tried this out for the first time! It was 40.00 for 3 meals. I thought it was overpriced for carry out . Once we got the food, I knew it was overpriced. The fries could have been good, but they were under cooked & small portions. The wings were okay. The chicken strips were nice size and REALLY good. I ended up eating more of my son's food then my own. The strips are definitely better than the wings. & I usually prefer wings! The ranch is really good also.
