This place is NEVER on time if you order from the app. If you order from the app, expect an addition 20 min minimum to whatever it says. Doesn't matter if you are here during peak times or not. Wingstop is really a roll of the dice kind of experience. You never know what your order will be like. Sometimes the wings are cooked to perfection; sometimes it seems like they could've stood a few more mins in the fryer. The fries are the same way. The absolute worse customer service I've ever received! Called in for a 30 piece all flats, I always call in due to the fact online orders you can't get tax exempt or military discount. I was told by the manger "Jeffrey" this wasn't possible because someone didn't pick up a 50 piece order. They don't honor over the phone all flat orders. Don't know why I'm being punished for something someone else did. I would've easily paid for this order over the phone. Unfortunately "Jeffrey" couldn't think of no way to make this work outside of telling me to order online. Regardless of knowing my tax exempt or discount wouldn't be honored! Oh Wingstop, why did it take us so long to give you a try?? I swear, every time my boyfriend and I would pass a Wingstop we'd say we need to try it out and recently we FINALLY did. Our first reaction after having it was... Man, why didn't we try this place out sooner?! We ended up ordering a little bit of everything. We got the Original Hot wings, Garlic Parmesan wings, and the Bayou Barbecue. We also got the Louisiana Fries because with a name like that you just have to try them out. Well, our favorite was definitely the Garlic Parmesan. So delicious! The Original Hot and Bayou Barbecue were also really good. There are so many other flavors to try, too! We're glad we finally ordered some and we're excited to have it again another time. read more

Some friends and I stopped in with our young children to dine in. From the moment we walked up was such a great experience. The manager on duty came and opened the door for me (I was pushing a stroller) and greeted us in. The young lady at the counter was super helpful in helping me order so I didn't over order not realizing what all my family combo came with. Our food came out super quick, and hot! Not to mention the manager came over and changed the tv from baseball to Wild Kratts for our kiddos. We didn't even ask, but it made for such a nice dining experience. It wasn't just us though. People that came in were also greeted with the same formalities and grace. You could tell there were regulars too, who had a friendly exchange and were happy to be in and out. This has been our "oh, crap it's 9:30 on a Friday night" go to. Wings are perfectly cooked and not too wet or too dry. The staff is cordial and very friendly. The heat ratings for the sauces is accurate. Prices are good. I will probably never eat at Buffalo Wild Wings again. Keep up the good work folks. We'll probably see you next Friday. read more

Do you like your chicken full of steroids and pumped full of hormones? Do you like your chicken not on a free range diet? Do you like your chicken super buff and looking like it hit chest twice a day since it's hatched from it's egg? This is the place for you. I get all flats and they're huge. They're always saucy but I ask for wet because why not have extra sauce?? Most wing stops will be kind of dry but over here I don't even need to tell them wet and it comes out dripping. That's a personal preference though so if you want them dry, let them know. They're the only Wingstop that actually makes my fries well done. All my modifications are always done whereas other locations don't even listen. I've never eaten there but the store is clean. Staff is super nice. read more

The location is in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. It's located on the western end of the strip mall. The establishment is clean and the staff is very nice. We ordered the 8 piece original hot, 8 piece garlic parmesan and 8 piece hickory smoked wings. It took about 12 minutes for the wings to come out and they were worth it. Very flavorful and still hot when we arrived home 14 minutes later. My kids are pretty picky eaters and they loved the food. I would recommend people try this location. read more

I had read very good reviews at Wingstop, so I figured I would give it a try. Had it for lunch today, and was VERY disappointed. First the pop machine was dispensing water for lemonade, next I tried the strawberry...gross...Dr pepper terrible. A girl right after me got coke and she said it was terrible too. FIX the pop machine! Next the chicken tenders were juicy, but WAY to much salt that I couldn't even finish the 3 I received. Read all about the wonderful fries and I wasn't impressed. Best thing about them was dipping them in the honey mustard which wasn't saying much. Won't do repeat business with them. Forgot to mention that as you walked in the door a young lady was sitting at the round table with a blanket wrapped around her head/body. She definitely wasn't a customer, but maybe one of the employee's kids. Did she have the flu/or a bug? She was contaminating this eating establishment. Who does that?
