If there was an option to give a -1 star I would absolutely do so. I placed an online order on March 30 for over 20 bucks for two meals for my husband and myself. When we arrived at the restaurant there were only two employees in the whole store (red flag) but I patiently waited as there were other waiting for their orders as well. Finally received my order get home sat down to eat and the chick strips were so stale and old that I put them back in the box along with the rest of my meal and proceeded to head back to the store. My husband picked over his meal and made it work. Once I arrived at the store I explained to the manager that I was not happy with my meal and that I wanted a refund as he explained that because I ordered online, I would have to request it back online. No problem. I go online proceed to speak with someone online explain to them the issue and they tell me all they can give me is a $5 dollar refund and 700 points, huh no sir my meal was more than $5 bucks. I was told at that point if I wanted the full amount of my meal refund I would need to speak to the corporate office that they would have call me back. I waited almost two weeks and decided to reach back out to be told that the store manage told them he reached out to me and handled the situation, no he didn't. They stated at that point they would have to open a ticket and reach out to the manager to see why he marked that he handled the situation when he didn't and would get back to me. it's now been almost two months, and I decided to reach out again by calling corporate and was told they would reach back out to me, that was on May 12th and still haven't heard anything. KFC is this how you all treat your customers that spend their hard-earned money at your stores. Is it that hard to hand over a refund of less-than $20.00 to please a customer when I did nothing wrong but returned a horrible order that even the store manager agreed with me and was like ya I was like yeah the chicken was looking kinda old when I was sending out orders, (well why send them out). I'm sure at this point I will never get the refund, but KFC will never get another dime from me. read more

Incredibly unimpressed by my recent experience at this location. We waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged and have our order taken, to the extent that we had to ask if we were even going to be able to be helped. There were multiple people waiting in the lobby for pickup orders, several who had been there 20+ minutes. There appeared to have been at least 5 people working and I completely understand they were managing a lot of orders for pickup on top of the drive thru, but the complete lack of customer service in addition to such extreme wait times was just really disappointing. read more

I went through the drive-thru today and ordered the loaded French fry bowl which had Nashville Hot chicken. I work until midnight and only get 30 minutes lunch break. This was dinner. The first thing wrong was no utensils to eat with. The second thing was refrigerator cold food. I don't know if the Nashville Hot sauce was taken from a refrigerator or what. Sign on the door says drive-thru only. Took 30 minutes to even try to order (was trapped in the drive thru alleyway or I would've driven away). Tried to order chicken sandwiches and they said they were out of buns. I'm not sure why it took so long to get cars through the drive thru when they closed their lobby to walk-in customers. Also had a printed sign on the window stating they were out of receipt paper. What a joke of an operation. Save yourself the trouble and go to Raising Cane's next door. This facility and service are the absolute worst! From a very dirty kitchen to unfriendly and unprofessional employees. I ordered my food online to be ready at a specific time. Went to pick it up and they hadn't even started making it. The kitchen was very dirty with cups and food on the floor and spilled soda and a huge puddle of water in the waiting area. Once I got home I discovered the chicken was dry and falling off the bone from being overcooked, the mashed potatoes were super thin and grainy, and the gravy was also thin and gross.
