On Jan. 27, 2024, the manager (Charlie) allowed a panhandler/beggar to solicit my elderly mother as she paid for her meal. Neither he nor his employee provided a helping hand to ease him off my mother so she could focus and pay for her meal. Instead, they allowed him to solicit and annoy her during the money transaction. While distracted by the panhandler/beggar, the first credit card she used was declined, so she used cash before changing her mind to use a different credit card. The chaos from the panhandler/beggar caused the cashier to forget to give her the cash back after charging the 2nd credit card. SHE HAD TO ASK FOR HER OWN MONEY BACK! They apologized to her but there was no solution to stop this guy from bothering my mother and honestly her meal should have been free!!!!
