My fiancee and I usually get the 15 piece combo bone in, 2 flavors (Louisiana rub & mild) with large fries, two drinks and 2 dipping sauces which is about $22. Lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan are good flavors too. Sometimes it takes a while to get your food since they do to go orders til so I would suggest ordering in ahead of time, especially around busy times (lunch and dinner). Today, for the first time, they quoted 20-25 mins at about 730. 30 mins later I asked about our food and they lost the ticket. I was a bit upset, but it was the first time and overall the service is good and the food more than makes up for it. Parking is in back and there is usually plenty. The bathrooms can get a bit dirty and run out of t.p. and towels. During busy times you may have to ask for a table to be cleaned or for more napkins but they are happy to help. I ordered an 8 piece bone in from the reseda store in Northridge, an hour passed and my food was still not here, which concerned me since the store was only 5 minutes away walking. I called the store number that was on my receipt and they told me my order had been sitting for 30 minutes at their store in Rancho Cucamonga (which I have no idea where is) I asked the guy who answered the call to refund it since I do not want ice cold wings and fries since he did not know when the delivery driver would get there. The guy said he couldn't give a refund so I asked for a manager and the guy said the manager will not talk to me since I was a bitch for wanting a refund for an order that was already completed. I told the guy I wanted his name because I was going to report him, he refused to give me his name and hung up on me. I sat waiting still thinking the wings would be delivered when I get a notification saying the order was canceled and no refund was issued. I have reported this to corporate because 1. The phase where they aren't sure who is more important to please, the general public or the hungry college community that is walking distance. The atmosphere is LOUD, FUN and VIBRANT. Although it may not be ideal for some it is great for the thriving college community. The decor is far from drab and the service is really friendly. The only downside is something that could be also seen as a positive, which is the wait for your food. It may take a while, depending on what time you come in and order. I only warn you that it may take a while because ALL FOOD IS MADE TO ORDER. Meaning that it will not be started/prepared to be made until the order is made and paid for. The average wait will most likely be about 10-20 minutes. The food on the other hand is where the lesser amount of stars was given. They are all pretty decent and self-explanatory. Atomic=HOTTEST, Classic Hot= Hot, etc. But my ABSOLUTE FAVE: Garlic Pepper (w/ honey mustard, weird I know, but TRY IT!) DO NOT GET HAWAIIAN, you'll regret it. It was a this gooey version of orange chicken with like 4 gallons of sugar and orange juice. It was not good at all. Another fault of the eatery, was the lack of trashcans. My first visit didn't really warrant coming back for a second but it had been a few years and I was able to place my order online. 20 wings and a order of fries for a little over $18, not too bad. 20 minutes later I arrive and wait in line for a few minutes and my order was good to go. The first disappointment were the fries. I had ordered them extra crisp/well done but they were extremely soggy. Second problem was that I was expecting a relatively even ratio of flats to drums, but my order had about 80% drums. I prefer flats over drums so this was a major disappointment. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming, asked us if we wanted to try their flavors before buying. Most especially they were patient when customers were deciding their order. Food as well was very good. I never had wingstop before but it was crispy and not too salty. I recommend the Korean spicy for a sweet but slightly spicy flavor. I usually don't like spicy foods but I like sweet flavors and this was a good combination of both. I also got garlic paramesean and lemon pepper for the rest of my family. Personally, paramesean is less salty and tastes better in my opinion since lemon pepper has a higher amount of calories due to its salty nature.
