We met with friends from Utah they wanted to try Wingstop they didn't recall seeing Wingstop in their area. We did a large order manager Lisa was very diligent in checking on us and even brought us samples of Atomic and BBQ for our friends to try food was good as usual (they liked it too) but the service from Lisa was above and beyond the good service we usually get at Wingstop and most casual dining places. Pizza was never available at a timely matter and pizza that they did have was just sitting there..the manager didn't do anything to correct the problem he was in the back washing dishes..the food was as bad as there customer service "shit"..... read more

I should have suspected something was wrong when they had my order ready pretty fast (usually wingstop takes a while because they need to prep the wings in your sauces). Came home and it seemed like they just literally smothered the wings in the sauces after they fried it. Will not return to this location at all read more

I come to this Wingstop more often than any other location because it's close to my work & old apartment. The food is great per their usual standards.. but I've had issues with their phone orders multiple times & will NOT be returning to this specific store! One time I came to pick up my order.. paid & left. I tend not to check the order cause it's packaged so that the fries are loose & falling everywhere.. too much of a hassle. I got to work & opened up the box only to find they completely ruined my order! I called to notify them & they asked me to come back. Being it was my lunch I did not have the time to make a return trip, neither did I want to waste the gas.. it would end up costing me more. So I sucked it up & ate the gross rub wings.. & took a note to always check my food before I leave this store! Haven't been here in awhile.. it's boneless Tuesday so I decided to call in an order! They were busy & the woman who answered put me on hold twice & I kept having to repeat my phone #. Placed my order & headed over. When I got there the female cashier said she couldn't locate my order.. she went to the kitchen area & asked a gentlemen if he had the ticket & he said no. He came up to the counter & asked me if I called in.. I said yes. He asked me who took my order & I told him I didn't know her name but it was a female that I spoke to. He looked over at the female cashier & said, "well she is the only one here so you must have called the wrong Wingstop." I really could not believe he said that to me, but I didn't want to look stupid if that was true. So I asked him what their # was & checked my call log.. "(951)280-0707 @11:35am..." & even after I confirmed that I called in he kept insisting that I called the wrong store. I was livid! Not only did that mean I had to wait an extra 10-15 mins on my lunch, but he was blatantly placing the blame on me! I told him I wasn't trying to cause any trouble but I know for a fact I placed my order with a female at this location. I think I ended up guilt-tripping the woman cashier cause she finally admitted that she remembered taking my order but that it was "SO WEIRD" that the ticket was missing. Ugh, whatever! So the gentlemen tells me that all he can do is take my order & I'll have to wait. While I'm placing my order I had to repeat myself constantly.. it ended up being that he totally didn't add my fries as requested! Seriously!?!? When I finally received my whole order the female handed me my food & didn't say anything as far as "Sorry for the inconvenience" or anything similar.. in fact she waited til i was out the door to say "Have a nice day!" I can''t help but feel she was being condescending after everything that happened. To top it all off they didn't even offer me a coupon or free drink or anything for the trouble! Isn't the customer usually always right?! Well, apparently not at this location! I love WIngstop, but the service i have received here has been frustrating & embarrassing, to say the least. If you decide to call in an order here, please be sure to triple check your order at every stage of the transaction & save yourself the headache! We love this Wing-Stop! We come on a weekly basis, the staff is always so nice and helpful. Occasionally the wings are a little too crispy, but not to where I cannot eat them, the flavors are always great, and the ranch and bleu cheese dressings are amazing! Speaking of amazing, the fries! The seasoning is soooo good and flavorful, they are addicting. Here's a tip, if you like a lemon pepper that is a wet sauce, ask for it on the side! They toss their wings in a dry rub for lemon pepper but they have a wet sauce you can get on the side! :) At times the wait can be a little longer, but that's expected when they have a lot of to-go orders or the restaurant is full, much better than going to other wing places! read more

Gross. I ordered online and had to wait at the wingstop for 1/2 an hour after the time they said the order would be done because they forgot to put in the order. We ordered 50 wings, 4 different flavors. When we got home we couldn't wait to try them out! What a disappointment, they were the worst wings we have ever had! Overcooked and undersauced. Used to eat at this place quite often (I mean like once a week for over a year) UNTIL they started raising the prices and giving less food (ie. smaller wings with hardly ANY meat). When I say raising prices, the "meal" I used to order (6 piece boneless combo) was around $6.59 for well over a year (who knows how long it was this price before I started eating it) and suddenly the price goes up to $8.50 -- and I'm not sure about you, but I think that's a huge jump for the SAME meal. So, unfortunately, they lost me as a regular customer. The food was worth $6.59 but NOT $8.50. I decided to quit eating their food but did decide to go again today to see if anything had changed, and yes, the prices went up AGAIN! (it's only been about a month since I've last eaten there). Today, the SAME meal was now $8.61 (only a .16 cent increase THIS time as opposed to the nearly $2.00 increase last time). As for the food, it USED to be good but now if you order the boneless "wings" prepare to get small McDonald's sized "nuggest" (often times they are even smaller than MCDs). Often times (like today) thw boneless wings are burnt (as evidenced by black spots on the wings) or they aren't cooked enough. The portion size is so bad that you don't feel "full" after eating and leaving. They give you a good sized portion of french fries and that size hasn't changed. 1 star for blindsiding the routine customer and raising the price OVERNIGHT by nearly $2.00!!! and then raising the price again today. What a joke! I won't be back. read more

Rude is really all I have to say right now... I had placed an order through the Wingstop app because it states that this location stays open until midnight. My order was to be done at 10:49pm. I go to the store and I can see that it looks closed however I assume they still have my order inside. I approach the door and its locked, I tried explaining through the window that I had placed an order and am coming to pick it up. The man behind the counter then motions "no" and starts mimicking the motions I am showing him instead of trying to understand me. I usually get the 10 piece combo with lemon pepper(best flavor by far) with honey mustard. Recently i started getting half lemon pepper and half cajun(2nd best flavor for me). This is a review based on the 100 or so times I have been to this location. Never had a bad experience always friendly customer service, always great food and great pricing compared to other wing places. I always call ahead and like they say 14 minutes later my wings are ready to be brought home. Everyone is super friendly and fast. I use to live minutes from this location and would pick them up on my way home. Now I live in the OC and make the drive here when I need my wing fix. My only complaint is there isn't a location in Anaheim Hills near my house. Work on that. read more

This is probably the tenth wingstop I've been to, and now the closest to me since moving to Corona. Last night my friend and I went there. First thing noticed, was the inside. I know Corona isn't the nicest area, but the seats, tables, and decorations.... what a dump. 2nd, was the ridiculous pricing. The one in temecula was 2$ cheaper for the combos, and a dollar less on beers. 2nd, we ordered some veggie sticks ( since like other wing stops, you dont get them for free, you have to PAY for them). I was asked what dressing we want, and we got ranch, sat down, and waited for our food. Upon our order being called, i noticed on the plate, that the chicken strips were abnormally small. I asked why we received boneless wings instead of strips and was told these were the strips. They weren't even as long as my pinky finger. At this point, I was ready to just ask for my money back, but the girlfriend said lets just eat and go. Veggie sticks were great! However they gave us 1 ranch for everything, so when I went back to the front as asked for another, I was informed NOTHING comes with free dressing, INCLUDING the veggie sticks. So for 3 carrot strips and 3 celery, with a ranch, it was $2.58. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? we got the strips in mild and hot, and the sauces were NOT the same as the other places, almost 'watered-down'? I ended up eating all but one, since she said it tasted disgusting. By far the worst wing place I've ever been to.
