This place serves the WORSE wings I ever had in my life. So tasteless and rubbery I thought they fake.. In a 5 star rating they're MINUS 6.

Picked up my online order 20 boneless four different flavors and they were all in the same box no napkins, super cheap sauceless needless to say I will never come here again. I will pay the extra money and go somewhere else. I don't care what they have on special this place is trash. Wingstop has become a trash franchise. read more

Wings were good but fries needed more time also the customer service is horrible especially when they don't understand you and tell you that you are wrong even though I repeatedly asked for the 15pc Meal deal for 2 and even pointed at the picture and told them to ring me up again or ill pay the difference they still didn't hear me out and kept telling me i was wrong and even stated my card got declined when how is it they made my order and the receipt came out and my bank statement said i paid all i can say is they need better customer service and hear out there customers when they are politely trying to explain the issue and worst part i waited 20 minutes just for them to take my order since i guess they were under staffed but then to get the order wrong and tell me that im wrong and they couldn't give me what i wanted even if i were to pay it twice that is disappointing read more

Terrible service. I waited over 45 mins for my food .... There was a boy behind the counter not even doing anything just drinking out of a cup the whole time, and he was so rude. Nobody would take my order in store and they made me order online . I wanted to pay in cash and they wouldn't compensate me at all. Never again will I come here. This was a terrible experience. A woman was working so hard by herself and everyone else was not. Needs better service and management if they can't even take an order in store. read more

Literally awful service, I put my order in at 11am for a 12pm pick up. It was only an 8pc combo meal. I walked in, nothing was ready. The man behind the counter just then started making my order. He took my entire hour lunch break to make my food and I had no time to eat. I'm not one to make reviews but this was really poor service. read more

I remember the first time I came here and ordered a bundle combo. The cashier ended up giving me water instead of my lemonade. Fast forward to when I came back, I ordered online and picked up my food. When I got home, the wings were exactly the way I ordered them and the french fries were still popping hot. This location has come along way from when it first opened. read more

Food was just ok. Traditional bone-in Wings were huge and rubbery. Not my favorite! Fries were way over cooked. Boneless wings were good.

I LOVEEEE this place. the service is very fast but also impressive. the staff is also very welcoming. their chicken... don't even get me started. so fresh, so clean, and so delicious. read more

Wingstop - cmon you cannot tell me this doesn't look so good - Chicken Wings Near Me - New Lenox, Illinois

Worst wings I've ever had. Overcooked, dry, rubbery and no flavor. The fries were soggy and floppy. So unsatisfied and after having 2 wings, I have deep regret. I cant ever remember feeling nauseous immediately after eating a meal before, but here I am. That was absolutely disgusting and I will never waste my time or money again. read more

Slow. Untrained. Never ready when it says it's ready. Bad management, it shows. Other locations are not like this. read more

Better price and quality than BWWs. Fries taste good and seasoned well but soggy always. Limited flavors, but half of them taste the same anyway. read more

If I could I would give this place a negative 5 stars. How dare the man working there on. FRIDAY NIGHT @ 7 pm tell me he is not taking any more orders for the night. When I walked in, the worker was standing there on his phone... NOBODY else was in the store. He had 3-4 bags of food waiting- ready to be picked up. How stupid and pointless is it to open a restaurant and tell customers when they walk in on a Friday night that they aren't taking orders. Close your business down. You are clearly failing. Most of these companies are ran by the WRONG people. Wrong ethnicity, wrong culture, wrong ideology of the food they are serving. This is not the first time I've tried ordering food from this location and the service has been the WORST I've ever seen. Do not waste your time or money here. Go somewhere else. read more

All I can say is you will leave disappointed. Don't have high expectations and don't order delivery unless you'll have to take out a mortgage that's how expensive this place is read more

NEVER GO HERE. Once again I get wing stop for lunch. I work at the salon next door. The staff is slow. Has no idea how to make the food. Take over 30 minutes to get service for 6 wings and a drink. There rude. Do not wear gloves while handling the food. In my opinion the people that run this place have no business owning any kind of restaurant or food chain. Disgusting. read more

We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, large fries, and carrots. The chicken sandwiches were too salty, but were consumed. The fries were so salty that they had to be thrown away. We were missing a bleu cheese dressing. I called after dinner rush to complain. I was told there is no extra salt on chicken sandwich. They can do nothing about too much salt on fries. I was invited to come back for the bleu cheese...the tenders had already been consumed. I expressed my shock at the lack of satisfaction I received. The young lady on the phone laughed at me and hung up on me. read more

They cook the very small wings, which probably come frozen out of a bag, 3-4 hours before you place your order. Then they just pop them in the fryer, with your choice of rub, for a few minutes when you place your order. They will tell you a 5-10 minute wait, to give you the impression that your wings are prepared hot and fresh. I had to tell the person taking the order that I wanted bone-in, not boneless, 3 times. The place is very disorganized, with signs all over about a new chicken sandwich. However, when you try to order the chicken sandwich, they tell you that "it hasn't come in yet." The place has the most disorganized and terrible mess of a wait staff and cook (probably the same person). And, the person who takes your order can barely speak English. Most likely your order will be screwed up in at least 2-3 ways, on such a simple thing as preparing and cooking chicken wings. read more

Peter at the register was amazing and I'll definitely recommend visiting this location

They will rip you off. If i could give -0- stars i would. Ordered 30 wings for a party i was going to. Didnt check the bag before i left. My first mistake. Finally opened the bag to reveal only 20 wings. Called to get a refund on the missing 10 wings since im at a party and would not be back to get the missing 10 wings. They basically told me i had to prove that i only got 20 and would not issue a refund. Corporate has yet to reach out to me after i contacted them. L:iterally ripped me off for 10 wings. And they are not cheap. Stay Away. read more

Ordered 2 combo meals and only got 1. Talked to a manager named "Lucas" which by the way they were laughing in the background, is a fake name. The manager said they can't deliver my missing order or refund me the money for the missing items. Will be trying it get in touch with HR read more

Ordered a 50pc group pack last week and they forgot 12 boneless wings. Called the manager and was told they would put a note down that they owe me the missing food for a future order. I called today to place an order and asked to include the wings that were owed to me. I was told they won't honor it because the manager who was there a week ago no longer works there and there is nothing they can do about it. They asked if I wanted to talk to the manager and when I said yes they placed me on hold and then came back to say I couldn't talk with a manager because they aren't there. read more

I was so excited when I saw New Lenox was getting a WingStop. The wings were small, undersauced. The breading fell right off as though they had been heated and reheated a few times. Both my husband and I felt ill after eating here. So sad... read more

Very disappointed, ordered an 8 piece wing w/fries and a roll. 40 minutes to get order. Told me they were having technical difficulties! Which was the oven to bake the roll. Got home, no ranch dressing and the roll was hard/stale. And of course my wings and fries got cold waiting for my stale roll. read more

I would recommend ordering on the app, but the flavors are amazing and cajun seasoning on the fries are a must. The employees at this location were clearly learning, but they did a great job nonetheless. I'm so glad there's a new Wingstop in my neighborhood! read more
