I have given this place a shot a couple times and both times they are INCREDIBLY slow and expensive. The restaurant has been empty both times I have gone, only two people working, and food took at least 20 minutes both times. They have no option for naked tenders but they have veggie sticks instead of fries?? The wings are not anything special, especially for the high price. I will not go here anymore. First & last experience at this establishment. We never have eaten here so we thought we would give it a shot. Plus, it is literally less than 5 minutes from home. Went in on a saturday night (26 Oct) around 7:30. There was not a line and really not that many people inside eating either. We were greeted by a girl asking if we had an order to pick up or if we were going to order. We said we were placing an order. In which she replied "Ya , I have to turn you away. We just got a call for a large order and we can't take any new orders". This is literally the first time in my life I have heard of a restaurant making a statement like that. I was under the impression that this was a restaurant with staff, not a hot dog stand with only one person working. At least give us some options, like how long we'd have to wait, or something. Not "I have to turn you away". Well we turned away and will not be coming back. Very poor management or incompetent staff. read more

Best wings ever!!!! Service above the normal fast food place. Management must be doing all the right things

The family and I have been here a couple times since they opened in Nampa. Love the wings,service and 90s music always playing. The first time in I was uncomfortable with the teenage staff chatting with friends that were just hangout. They have definitely fixed the problem and have a very good clean and respectful staff. 5 star review for an employee named Chauncey.. You just don't here yes ma'am and sir now days. The Fry's are probably some of the best I've ever had but the wings were all way too salty

I went there two nights(Sunday) ago 30 minutes before they closed. I wasn't greeted what so ever instead I kept receiving dirty looks from the person mopping then once a guy finally came up to the register I wasn't said hi to nor was I asked what I'd like. So after 2 minutes of awkward silence we finally said hi to him and proceeded with my order. When we were waiting for our food we continued to get dirty looks by the staff as well when we finally got our food there were no napkins and no forks. Because of this experience I would most likely not come back. I work at a restaurant and regardless of the time we close a customer is a customer and should be treated as if you are happy they are there. read more

wingstop has always been fast and friendly when ive been there. their wings taste fresh and not like they were just thrown in the microwave like buffalo wild wings. These wings have a unique flavor and it is my favorite place to have wings! I go there probably once a week. Their delivery option is also fast and convenient. Had lunch at the Wing Stop in Nampa yesterday. The wings are terrible! The wings were dry and flavorless, they don't use any sauce on them. We ordered four different flavors and they all tasted the same. The cashier was also lacking flavor, she couldn't get the order right, that should have been our clue to run! We should have known when it was 1230 and we were the only customers in the place. The music was so loud you couldn't have a conversation. Wings are great here. Also love the combo deal that comes with the wings, dipping sauce, carrots and celery, plus a drink. Very reasonably priced compared to other wing places around town. Also love the online ordering feature. Only reason Im rating a 4 is I'm not a huge fan of the music that plays in store when you're eating. It can be loud and a bit overwhelming. The wings were OK,. I went with the 10 baskets of wings with two flavors. The mango habanero wings weren't hot and didn't have much flavor. The Garlic Parmesan had lots of cheese but no garlic flavor. The price seemed high as well at $11 for 10 wings and a small drink. However Tido was very friendly and seemed happy to have us in as customers which makes a huge difference. The atmosphere was interesting as well with old articles on the wall and an airplane theme to it "wing-stop". Overall I won't go there again for the food but Tido did make the meal enjoyable. read more

Horrible service. I was told 13 to fifteen minutes. 30 minutes later when I asked where my order was in line...he said 2. I asked why it took 30 minutes. He said there was an order of 100 before mine. When I asked why he wouldnt have told me 30 to 40 minutes..he began to scold me for my behavior telling me to "stop it, you're being mean, just stop it, you can see we're busy. Used to be my favorite place to eat. This past weekend we ordered our usual meal. As soon as my husband had his first bite, he gagged and spit out the RAW BONELESS CHICKEN WING. Wish I could post pictures if not just one piece but ALL our boneless wings were RAW. I tried calling to complain but no one answered. Since my husband is a previous employee he knows the manager MARK. We call his store in Nampa and let's us know he will meet us at the Eagle store. We get there to ask for a refund and we get denied because "it's against store policy". Mark's excuse for the raw chicken was " it was a mistake ". SERIOUSLY ?! A mistake would be forgetting what sauce went on our order or not enough sauce on wings something small but how the heck do you mistakenly forget to leave the wings in the fryer till it beeps?! While my husband keeps asking for a refund the very unprofessional manager decided to say " I'm going to leave now ". C'mon now... don't run away from an issue like that. We could have gotten food poisoning from eating the RAW CHICKEN. Mark if you read this... I'd be so embarrassed to have been the one to hire the employees at your Eagle store. None have any idea of what great customer service is or what a clean table should feel/look like. They all seem so unhappy to be there. I really enjoy wings so I decided to try this place out. However, that turned out to be a mistake. Everything is very very salty. Can you have over salt fries? Yes, as I found out today you can. Even the wing flavors are salty. I tired lemon/pepper and hickory smoked bbq. There is little to no flavor, all you can taste is salt. I ordered a 10 piece of wings and could barely eat 1 of each. Amazing wing place, been going to wingstop for a long time. Glad they opened one up here.

Wings cooked perfectly. Habanero Mango sauce was too sweet and not hot enough. The Cajun was almost hot enough but tasted like Franks hot sauce. The price was acceptable. The fries would have been ok but they put way to much salt ( seasoning) on and they were pretty greasy. They jus opened so we will give them another try read more
