I had a terrible experience and it began with the person who answered the phone. After placing my order, it was repeated and corrected 3 times. It should not take 5 minutes to place an order for 20 wings, sandwich and a side. Then I get a call back stating they are unable to make the sandwich b/c they "are out of buns". This was our first experience with a Wing Stop. We went in at 6:15pm on a Thursday and placed an order for a 10 piece boneless wings and a 10 piece regular. It didn't seem too crowded so we chose to eat in. They said it'd be about 13min. Time went by and more and more people were called to pickup their orders until finally it looked like the kitchen was idle and we still didn't have our food. They asked for the name on the receipt and realized the kitchen receipt must not have printed. By now it had been about 30min and we really were in a rush. They said it'd be another 9min but we wanted our money back stating we didn't have time to wait (we were already late by now). They offered us the meal on the house which was awesome of them. I'm not sure if we'll go back since it wasn't the best experience for our first impression and they could have noticed a little sooner. I've ordered twice in a month and had issues with my order on both occassions. The first time, I picked up my order and drove all the way home when I realized I had no dipping sauces for a very large order. The second order was wrong all together. I ordered 10 traditional wings and 30 boneless and I received all 40 traditional wings. Again, I was missing dipping sauce, but caught this before I left the establishment. I've been looking for a new place for wings other than just Buffalo Wild Wings and I couldn't really find a good wing joint, but I recently came across this Wingstop. I'm glad to say I'm pleased with the service and the quality of the Wings. The workers are amazing and friendly and always glad to serve us (customers) I highly recommend coming here as it is friendly and not only that you can get amazing wings. I've eaten at WS before and I should've turned around and walked out when I saw the cashier counting money on the food counter while changing shifts. The woman said she'd be with me in a moment, she coughed in her hand and was playing in her hair while she was waiting for him to finish counting his drawer. She then went by the fryer and I assumed she was wiping something up. She then went to wash her hands, I later noticed she had gotten wings out and dropped them in the fryer without FIRST washing her hands from coughing and playing in her hair. The wings were sitting out next to the fryer in a white tub, I'm sure the wings should've been in the fridge. I waited patiently for my order of 20 well done wings, 6 boneless wings and a large fry. When ready all wings were dressed and placed in containers and bagged, she then put the fries in a tray and sat them on top. I asked for a container for the fries and put them in, got my order and left. I got home, and the lemon pepper wings were WET & GREASY, TRULY DISGUSTING, the garlic parm wings were REALLY SMALL but not so greasy and the barbeque wings and boneless wings were spicy. These were for my granddaughter but she couldn't eat them because they were spicy. Needless to say, this was THE WORST experience I've EVER had at a WING STOP (WS). The managers are really rude and the service is really slow. Tried using a groupon on they gave me a dirty look told me it can only be used if i sat there and ate the food at the small store and also wouldnt let me order ahead of time. So i had to go in and order and wait almost 45 minutes for 20 wings... this place needs better customer service and to honor their coupons without a hassle. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at any Wingstop location. My wife and I was excited about the free 5 wings for customer appreciation day from 5pm-9pm. We got there at 8:52, 8 minutes before the deal expired. We ordered 10 lemon peppers wings. The so called manager told us that it's only 5 wings per order. The flyer clearly states 5 wings per customer. He refused to give us our 10 wings and lied about it being 9:01 and the deal is expired. I asked him for his name, so I can contact corporate. He refused to give us his name and grab my wife phone, because she was trying to take a pic of him. Then he threatened to call the police on us. He was very rude and childish. You don't treat your customers like this period. Customers have posted so many bad reviews about this guy. This guy clearly need to be fired, before a situation escalate to something very serious. read more

We have eaten in and picked up several times from this Wingstop. The food is always good. We have sampled many of the flavors with favorites being bbq, original hot, and parmesan garlic. We have decided we prefer to pick up rather than eat in due to a few things. First, there are NO garbage cans in the restaurant to clean up after yourself so you end up piling all your bbq soaked napkins on the table. Second, we have often witnessed the employees paying special attention the their personal friends and family that "stop by." The employees seem to provide these guests with extra food, drinks, etc. and let children climb and sit on the counters. We prefer not to witness this behavior while eating in a restaurant. read more

Soooo happy that Wing Stop is back! We went last night and the chicken was fresh and wonderful. My super picky 3 year old gobbled up his chicken fingers and even my 9 month old was happily eating little bits of chicken. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kenosha is the better location if you are looking for quality. Had that location many times and almost never a complaint. Eaten here twice. They messed up the easiest order...... twice! They are also more expensive by almost $5 for the same family pack. Not sure why the price jump for the quality dump but I will keep my business in Kenosha! Ordered lemon pepper wings online. Arrived home and the wings tasted full of fried grease and little to no taste of lemon pepper. I called and told the manager Jerry there was very little flavor, he told me there was seasoning on the wings. I told him I was bringing them back. I arrived 15 min later and he looked and said the same thing. Not once did he say I'm sorry ma'm we can make it right. Instead he told me I should have asked for extra seasoning. Terrible rotten service, no customer service at all. To make things worse I tried the survey on my receipt and it told me it was done already. I'm sure Jerry fixed that too. Worst service ever. Every time we order (why do we keep going back??) they screw up. This time we ordered and brought it home to find out they missed part of our order so I called and the guy told me he couldn't credit me back but I could either come back in to pick up what THEY forgot or they would credit me for next time. I didn't take the credit- last time this happened and they told me they'd credit me there was no "credit" out there waiting for me. The manager on the phone argued about crediting our credit card so we told him we'd dispute the charges. His use of words was nothing more than inappropriate and told us we should apologize to him. For what?? They forgot half my order! And they took my money! The phone call quickly came to and end. Do yourself a favor, no matter how great you think the wings may be- they aren't. Go someplace else. Anywhere else. This is not the first time we have dealt with rude staff and poor management. And every time we go in there is a new manager.
