This afternoon I walked into this completely empty establishment to do nothing more complicated than procure an overpriced soft drink ($2.35 for a 32 oz Pepsi product, caveat emptor but that's another review somewhere down the line as soon as my pilonidal cyst surgical defect has healed), Anyway, I ambulate to the counter and make eye contact with one of this site's best and brightest, an ostensible employee there to proffer the shlock it offers. Said worker was helping him/her/itself to a pink colored soft drink which it proceeded to imbibe while walking into the back of the restraunt with nary a salutation or message ("hey, schmuck, I am not working the front counter today but my colleague, who is also doing nothing right now, will soon be available to hasten your e coli infestation") leaving me to stand up front for a couple of minutes waiting for, what, precisely, nobody knows. Finally, after half rhetorically asking "Hello, is anybody at work today", another worker manifested to take the order. I know, I get it, much ado about nothing, right? a minor annoyance, for sure, in the big scheme of things, given the state of our Executive branch, Supreme Court justices unable to define what is a woman or refrain from legislating incompetently from the bench, etc., but it begs the question as to from where these workers derive. Remember a time when one would enter a fast food or other establishment and be greeted by an ebullient, enthusiastic, bathed, unpierced and focused person to take one's order within, say, five minutes, especially when said establishment was virtually empty? It may have been somewhere around the time Marshal Tito "governed" a country then known as Yugoslavia but those days seem not so far away. We all know how difficult it is finding workers who actually show up to jobs without threatening to unionize, walk off the job for being paid, say, less than $23.44 an hour to slop substitute meat between a piece of quasi cardboard shaped like a crescent moon, but surely Taco Bill could address this conundrum by perhaps some modicum of training. Perhaps the paucity of dine in and/or drive through customers during the 35 minutes this writer spent in the establishment can be explained not only by the unsanitary conditions and completely incompetent staff at the time of visit, or maybe the food emulates its servers or vice versa. EIther way, some type of draconian corrective intervention seems both neccesary and strongly advised. read more

This Taco Bell used to be good, but it has gone to downhill recently. The portion size has shrunk significantly and the food doesn't taste that good anymore. During my last visit, I ordered a Veggie Mexican pizza, but was given one with meat on it. When I asked them to replace it with a new one, they simply took the old one back into the kitchen and tried to switch out the ingredients. The replacement pizza they gave me had a piece of chicken on it, but the manager insisted that it wasn't meat. When I asked her what it was, she said she didn't know! How do these people expect us to eat something that they themselves cannot identify? I left without eating anything but she still did not refund my money. Visiting in town for work looking for quick easy dinner. I was very pleasantly surprised how clean and nice this location is. Staff was busy working away so I used self service portal, it worked smoothly and easily. Just a few short minutes later my meal was ready, everything was hot a flavorful. A reliable and good quality Taco Bell that satisfies late night cravings - recently used the drive thru on a Saturday night and was impressed at how quickly the food was prepared and the quality given the quick, 1 am request. I had a craving for a Big Box. They're so damn good. You get a Dorito Ranch Taco, a Taco Supreme, and a Crunchwrap. I like how they give you one cardboard taco eater holder. And that Crunchwrap is so heavy it took me 2 days to eat it while driving. You know a bite here, put it down, a bite there, put it down. Even though its a flour tortilla, the folds has this crunchiness and texture that' make your teeth feel good when you bite into it. Must get the Mountain Dew Aqua colored blast. I'm sure the engineers and test chefs studied and then developed this before rolling it out. Man, what genius! read more

I've been to this taco bell many times throughout the years. I'm continously disappointed by the freshness of items that should be crispy. Either my nachos or a crunchy taco shell... nothing seems to have much crunch which is a signal to me that items sit out too long. I have been avoiding Taco Bell like the plague after having a very bad experience after eating the nachos when I was in college. But, the commercial for the Doritos taco kept airing and curiosity lead me in late one Sunday night. The taco was just average in my opinion and nothing to write home about. I like the concept, but I think the execution fell short. First of all, the meat on the taco was somewhat lukewarm (not piping hot like I think it should have been) and the toppings were a bit too cold. It was almost like they were taken out of the fridge and sprinkled on top of the taco, which probably was sitting out for a bit. As for the Doritos part - it was fine, but to me, when you think about Doritos, you think about the cheese. You think about getting it on your fingertips and licking them off. I really didn't get any cheese flavor. And, the other flavors really overpowered the chip's taste so it pretty much tasted like a regular taco shell just orange colored. Overall, it wasn't horrible, but wasn't that great. Would I get it again? Maybe. Perhaps it was just not that fresh the day I tried it. read more

This place is open late and has a drive through. So it's a nice option if u have been out to bars and need somethin to fill ur stomach after a long nite. A great thing about this location is it also has long John silver (that's not the best part as I am not a fan of long john silvers). That means they have fries. Hey don't knock it but a 7-layer burrito and fries can't be beat! Nummy! When all is said and done though its a chain...it's Taco Bell...it's cheap! read more

This is really a combination place - A Taco Bell and a Long John Silvers all in one. We had the "fish side" selections. As fast food goes, the "Fish and Onion Rings" is a pretty good selection for $5. The place is clean, efficient, and easy to take. Went inside to get the missing food we ordered and was confronted about being disrespectful by Person in restaurant who then threatened us and got in our face as well as an employee. Went here for the first time in forever the food was ok like usual. But a week later I get hit with a charge on my credit card when I wasnt even there. Tried calling to talk to a manager since the charge wasn't mine and that was the last place I used my card. Had to call 9 times that night sand kept getting the run around, than they took the phone off the hook for 3 hrs and put it back on after closing. Called again several tones the next day got the run around. Someone there stole my credit card info and than bought themselves a meal on me. Finally talked to someone who claims they are a manager and could careless if one of the employees were stealing or not. He came up with every single excuse for why it happened even going as far to blame the machine and claimed it want working and people were getting charges a week later. I could believe that if it wasn't for the fact they got paid already 5 days earlier and the new amount was different. Please be careful when going thru the drive thru don't use your credit card unless you don't mind fighting charges that aren't yours. I will never ever go back here again. read more

My friend and I went to Taco Bell as we always have liked their food, but when we went to order, the cashier had one earbud in and was rapping some song. After 15 seconds of standing there he finally recognized us and took our order. When our food was ready he yelled "yo ni**as your food is ready." Overall a terrible experience. read more

By far the worst Taco Bell. I went to this location by request of my other coworkers. I pulled up in the drive thru and let the employee know I had 3 separate orders. She said they only take 1 per car, annoying but totally understandable. I parked my car and went inside. Once inside I stand in line for close to 5 minutes while she takes 3 drive thru orders and completely ignores me. I order my food, grab the bags and leave. Due to waiting close to 30 minutes at Taco Bell, by the time I got back to work my shift was over. I drop my fellow coworkers food off and head home. By the time I get home, I go to eat my food: 1 Mexican pizza & 1 bean and cheese burrito, no onion. I take a bite of my burrito and it is nothing but rice with a little bit of nacho cheese. I'm not a fan of rice so it gets pitched. I then go to my pizza, wasn't cut up at all (usually it's cup up into 4ths) whatever, then I see all of the toppings are thrown on the top with most being melted to the lid. Annoying. I text my coworkers and ask if their food was ok, nope, one is missing an entire burrito. So, now I call the store. I immediately get on the phone with the manager, explain the entire story and I get "We don't even cut Mexican pizzas... Thats why we include fork and knives..." That's not true, I was at a TB last month and it was cut (which isn't even the point!) and also I didn't get a fork, knife or even NAPKINS. "Well, what do you want? I'm refunding the bean and cheese burrito and the burrito you were missing". I tried to explain that I work with customer service and I would be appalled if any of my coworkers treated a customer like this. Do not waste your money here. Combination place Long John Silvers and Taco Bell. Drive through for fish all the time. I like hard shell tacos and burritos. Occasionally the onions seem off tasting. Not sure why, old, type of onions? Would almost kick them up to a 5 star if the onions are a hit miss. This place is very near a major intersection light. Turning across 2 lanes to go South can be hard with traffic lined blocking the drive. Even getting a lane North which is against the drive can be a little tough. Staff always been friendly.
