It USED to be the spottt! Now it's RUINED! They renovated this restaurant and now it's like a f***ing corporate, lifeless bank. They put bulletproof glass at the counter, as if this area is a crime zone, they put the self serve fountain INSIDE the kitchen and now you can't even get refills or have the freedom to select whatever drink you want!! I actually went to wing stop today because one of my YouTube subscribers from Grubtent YouTube wanted me to review their favorite meal from wing stop. He requested that I try the garlic parmesan chicken wings with fries. Upon arrival, I placed the order for the meal which came out in 15 minutes. The food is made to order, so the 15 minute wait time is understandable. The wings were nice and crisp on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. The Garlic flavor wasn't heavy, but the wings were flavorful. The fries were nice, they were fried just right and seasoned to the max. The host/cashier was helpful, but the place could use some renovation on the inside. In closing, I definitely enjoyed the meal and would order it again. February 6, 2021 Saturday at 6pm I ordered $10.00 worth of Blue Cheese Dip in about 13 containers to go with my Wings I baked at home. I picked them up and came home and put them in my fridge til this morning February 7, 2021 Sunday "Super Bowl Day"! When we took them of the fridge and out of the bag the Blue Dip color was Peach(light orange) not White with Blue Cheese chunks. I was so upset I called the Restaurant Wing Stop Miami Gardens and told them they sold me Peach light Orange Blue Cheese Dip Not White Blue Cheese Dip. The store manager "FLOYD" said it was no way they sold me Peach Blue Cheese Dip, I said it's in the bag over 13 containers for $10.00. He said, "it's no way and bring him the receipt and bag because I had to be lying"! My husband "Shawn" took the Peach Orange Blue Cheese Dip back to him and when he saw the he said, "There is no way they sold me that in Peach Blue Cheese and we had to have left it out over night and it turned Peach Orange and it wasn't their fault"! My husband hand me the phone with him on it and he screamed and hollered and cussed at me and told me I was a Liar because their Blue Cheese Dip is white. He tried selling my husband some more but it was a lighter Peach and my husband told him the Blue Cheese dip was still not white! My son wanted to experience a new wing flavor. He preordered the mango habanero wings and fries for delivery. After about 40 minutes of waiting I called and was told he would need to use door dash for delivery. Well the young lady who assisted us, "Sydney ", was polite and understanding. I explained he didn't know they didn't deliver and I needed to cancel and would reorder later. She did not give me a hard time, neither an attitude and politely advised it was ok, she'd cancel the order. About an hour later I reordered and upon arrival "Sydney" got me through the line, accepted my payment, I got my food and was on my way. The wings were fried well the fries were fresh and my son and I tore into it before I could get a pic. I'll do better next time, needless to say our dinner was great. Got a 10-piece Classic Wing Combo which comes with fries (which I upgraded to cheese fries) and a fountain drink, 2 sauces and 1 dip. I got half and half garlic Parmesan and Hawaiian with ranch (which my friends describe as containing crack). Stayed away from the yeast rolls because that did not sound appetizing to me. Felt dumb at the fancy soda machine with the touch screen and over 50 sodas because I didn't see the button to make the soda dispense. I ordered 10 pc combo, classic wings with regular sauce med. spicy, fries, 20 oz drink and one dipping sauce (ranch) $10.49. Very good, just right on the spice. My wife ordered the same but with garlic parmesan. The wings were too dry and not enough garlic and tooo much parmesan $10.49.. They need a regular wing sauce mixed with minced garlic. Sunday, November 3rd, was my 23rd birthday so I went to get some free large fresh-cut seasoned fries from Wingstop with the birthday coupon I had. When I went, I asked if I can choose what flavor the large fries can be since it's a birthday deal, but they said they it's only regular seasoned fries.
