Starting to realize if the dreadhead chef there my food is gone take unnecessarily long. Called my order in this time (tenders and fries) for them to ask me how many I want (which isn't for tenders, only for wings) basically messing up my order after literally telling them last time I felt tried since took so long. Also was lied about it being ready in 10, came a little after 10 minutes and still had to wait for what appeared to be them dropping the chicken after I arrived. Will say a different employee gave me some extra wings to make up for error but this wasn't the only time I had an issues (nothing to do with him since first time seeing that employee) and really only leaving a review cause even though I got extra wings, they're small/left me wanting more so that's why I wanted tenders in the first place. Might be better off going to the original location or just buying Perry sauce yourself, and that's coming from somebody that been eating Perry Wings for years, not sure if I will at this location anymore. read more

This is the guettoest most dirtiest restaurant and unprofessional restaurant I have ever encountered with. I have usually ordered from the on in front of Miami Dade college but they were closed so I decided to call this one thinking it might be the same company. When I called I was asking the guy if they're the same company and he said No! I asked q few more questions and I guess he got annoyed and hung up on me. 2nd time I called he put me on hold and never came back to the phone.. the other time I called the phone just kept having a message a a jack customer.. I went into the store and when I was telling the guy my experience as a new customer he was acting as if he was offended that I was giving a complaint. He said that if I wasn't going to order to get out the store. Another worker there started mocking me in Spanish as if was speaking Spanish to them when I wasn't. He was discriminating against me. They were extremely unprofessional, the place looked disgusting and dirty and their chicken wings looked dry and as if they were fried hours ago. 1st time having Perry wings and it won't be my last. The wings had this syrupy, crispy, crunchy, sweet and tangy with a hint of heat exterior. The young man at the counter was surprisingly sweet and respectful. He ask me could he take a picture of me to put on Instagram. Looking for new lunch spots to eat in the area and this popped up on yelp, and I'm so happy it did! Hidden inside a Sunoco, I don't think I would have ever come across this place on my own. They offer daily $5 lunch specials in which you can choose from their special Perry wings or two other chicken dishes. I had to go with the famous Perry wings, and I was not disappointed!! The sauce is like a hot sweet and sour, on top of the crispy wings, you just can't go wrong. The lunch special includes 4 wings and crinkled fries (also seasoned to perfection). Ok this is not my first time trying this restaurant. I've tried it before and thought it was really good. This was however, my first time ordering the wings I in the Perry sauce. Worst service ever! Staff are the worst ever! I ordered Uber eats and order 2 food and they only send one, they didn't calle me to let me know in advance! The Uber driver was the one who called to let me know that he was only delivering one order and my card was charge for 2 orders! I call for explanation and the hung up on me! I still don't know if the will refund me because they don't answer me! I will go in person as soon as I'm out of the office! I was sending food to my kids and these people play with customer! Simple order 20wing combo. 4 flavors of wings and 2 orders of fries. Blue cheese and ranch. The wings were so small 20 of them fit in one container the fries weren't cooked half of them were raw /partially frozen and NO sauces. $40 wasted. We were undecided but we finally agreed on one place and that was Perry Wings Express. I knew they could never fail me. Even though the wings are tiny and over priced I still go because I love they're perry wings we ordered two 10 piece wings w/ fries and two drinks. 10 minutes passed and our food was ready. All of a sudden my bf came rushing back to the car upset He was hungry and dropped half of his plate on the floor right in front of the restaurant so me being me I told him don't worry about it I'll take it back and see if they can replace it due to the fact he just picked up his food & walked out the door. By us being long time loyal customers and just because it's the morally right thing to do McDonald's does it all the time BUT NO They didn't care and simply told me to order a new plate after 15 minutes of my bf convincing the cooks to replace our food they gave us a new plateI will NEVER step foot or spend my money at @perry wings plus. First try here and I absolutely loved the food and service! I had the shrimp platter, my boyfriend had an order of wings and Fish n' Fries. The portions were generous and wait was standard edging on the long side to get our food to the table. I think this was mostly due to there only being a handful of employee's working on a busy Friday evening. The place was clean enough, but could use a deep clean soon. Will return! read more
