I placed an order through thier App at 5:31 P.M. 11/9/25. The app said it would be here between 6:13 and 6:29. The email they sent me said 60-75 minutes. After 1.5 hours, I called the restaurant. First time I called, he asked for my name, then put me on hold, and hung up on me. The second time I called, he said he didn't receive an order from me. Third time I called, he picked up the phone, didn't say anything, held onto the phone for 2.5 minutes, then hung up on me. He barely speaks English. I got confirmation of my order in thier App, an email, and a charge pending for my order at my bank. I don't know WTF is going on at this restaurant, but it is all bad. I will be calling them tomorrow, and hopefully I will get someone who speaks English on the phone to reverse the charges they sent to my bank for the order they "never received". I immediately called them trying to change my order to delivery before the order was made , I even pushed back the time. i ordered through the wingstop website and the person who delivered my food delivered Chinese. when i called about the issue they insisted i had to call door dash even tho i never ordered through door dash. when i called door dash door dash said since wingstop took my money wingstop had to process the refund. when wingstop came back on the line they stated they were kind of busy and their manager had to process the refund. a customer shouldnt have to call a third party the restaurant uses for a delivery service if they did not order through them. read more

Good to have a lunch place like this nearby. The chicken sandwich was good though I'd give the edge to Dave's Hot Chicken for quality (but also more expensive). Haven't tried their wings yet. Fries are really good, fresh and handcut. It's kind of busy so if you're trying for the first time maybe better not to go during lunch rush or when there's a big game on. Also noticed there's a lot of 1-star reviews by accounts with no other reviews. Maybe someone w/ a grudge did a smear campaign with bogus accounts? Maybe Yelp should take a look at that. read more

My son requested wings for his birthday dinner, so I thought we'd give Wingstop a try. I ordered plain wings, Hawaiian boneless and fries. I knew I was in trouble when I showed up 5 minutes early to pick up my order and it was ready and sitting on the pick up shelf - no heat lamp. Sure enough, got everything home (a five minute drive) and it was cold - especially the fries, which were not wrapped and set on top of the wings order. Fortunately, I have an air fryer so was able to salvage dinner. The Hawaiian is sweet and not spicy, per my son's preference and the plain also met his expectations and are a good match for any desired sauce. Would suggest dining in to really get a real idea of the quality of the wings and fries as they lost something in the reheat. read more

Chicken wings here are like nothing ive ever tasted before. I had an out if body experience the first time i tried the lemon pepper, bbq, parm, and mild wings they literally changed my life. If you start talking to me about the fries here be prepared to talk for hours. I could go on forever about the nuances of flavor and texture that make these little potato slices so freaking good. Finally got a chance to try them out. A coworker and I tried them for the 1st time via Delivery with DoorDash. We both did an individual combo. I had traditional and she had boneless. She liked the Louisiana Rub more than the Hickory BGBQ. I had the Cajun and Parm Garlic. I liked the Parm Garlic better. So I walk in after a day of school and I order some boneless wings. I get 20 boneless wings, with three sauces; garlic parmesan, medium, and traditional hot. I did not get any sides, except for a drink. I will say that the drink selection is very diverse, with one of those Coca-Cola machines with the touch screen that you have about 100 selections. That is a plus. But then I get my wings. The medium and the hot were good enough and were not overcooked, but the garlic parmesan had all the sauce at the bottom and yet the wings were overcooked (it was very hard to chew.) I will say that this place is not environmentally friendly, the to-go boxes and the drink cups are Styrofoam. Yet they sure skimp on the cleaning products, because my table seemed sticky and my seat had some crumbs. The prices were very modest and inexpensive (for wing prices.) When ordering wings you get the option to choose one of their sauces to cover them or you can stick to plain. Additionally you have a choice of a side -- some options are fries, veggie sticks, baked beans, etc. They also give you a dipping sauce on the side. Anyways! I got plain tenders with veggie sticks and honey mustard dip. We got them to go, and probably waited 10 or so minutes. There weren't many people in the place but they seemed very busy preparing orders for carry out. I think next time we'd do that to save time!
