The most nicest wing stop I've ever been to. Been to so many in Illinois and Wisconsin. Best guys ever. Love it. So nice and welcoming. Will come back read more

takes long and can't understand? But other than that it's fine. But I would just go somewhere else.

There was a big A** cockroach in there! Service is slow and dirty restaurant. Never will I ever order here again read more

Wingstop - Cockroach - Chicken Wings Near Me - Madison, Wisconsin

I placed an order through thier App at 5:31 P.M. 11/9/25. The app said it would be here between 6:13 and 6:29. The email they sent me said 60-75 minutes. After 1.5 hours, I called the restaurant. First time I called, he asked for my name, then put me on hold, and hung up on me. The second time I called, he said he didn't receive an order from me. Third time I called, he picked up the phone, didn't say anything, held onto the phone for 2.5 minutes, then hung up on me. He barely speaks English. I got confirmation of my order in thier App, an email, and a charge pending for my order at my bank. I don't know WTF is going on at this restaurant, but it is all bad. I will be calling them tomorrow, and hopefully I will get someone who speaks English on the phone to reverse the charges they sent to my bank for the order they "never received". I highly suggest that you not order delivery via thier App from Regent Street. read more

I ordered 50.00 dollars worth of food from the regent Street location and I accidentally requested pick up instead of delivery . I immediately called them trying to change my order to delivery before the order was made , I even pushed back the time. I was given false information after many calls I was told to cancel and reorder and I would be reimbursed in 30 minutes again false information, I never got my reimbursement or my order . I was given false information by many staff members and when I asked to talk to the manager for assistance I was rudely told that he couldn't even give me a coupon or a % off for the next time I order . I loved eating here but today's delima has me guessing if ill return read more

Seems like the staff continually screws up. They have no customer service ability. We placed an order on-line, again, they missed part of the order. Returned home to discover this and called. They said they would add extra fries but of course when we went all the way back, they again said it was all in the bag but had to walk back in and correct them. 2nd time in one night. These are franchises but ownership never seems to correct it. Never going back to this one. Horrible service. read more

Ordered on Uber Eats at 5:40pm. It's now 8pm, and they haven't even finished the food. I get it's Super Bowl Sunday, but bro, 2 hours and 20 minutes for 40 wings is crazy. Whoever the manager is, they need to be reassessed. read more

Ordered my food online for 3:00 and it's 3:30 and i'm still 5 people away from getting my food. Terrible service

i ordered through the wingstop website and the person who delivered my food delivered Chinese. when i called about the issue they insisted i had to call door dash even tho i never ordered through door dash. when i called door dash door dash said since wingstop took my money wingstop had to process the refund. when wingstop came back on the line they stated they were kind of busy and their manager had to process the refund. a customer shouldnt have to call a third party the restaurant uses for a delivery service if they did not order through them. read more

Ordered online email said 16-21 minutes CAP! TOTAL BS! We received our food after waiting inside the store for 45 minutes so overall it took 1.1 hours for our food to be made. People who ordered after us got their food before us. After we received our food, we check our bag and HALF THE FOOD IS MISSING! WTF! We go back and the employee didn't even seem to be apologetic. 0/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had one of the best experiences today, The food was on point and the service was amazing

Good to have a lunch place like this nearby. The chicken sandwich was good though I'd give the edge to Dave's Hot Chicken for quality (but also more expensive). Haven't tried their wings yet. Fries are really good, fresh and handcut. It's kind of busy so if you're trying for the first time maybe better not to go during lunch rush or when there's a big game on. Also noticed there's a lot of 1-star reviews by accounts with no other reviews. Maybe someone w/ a grudge did a smear campaign with bogus accounts? Maybe Yelp should take a look at that. read more

Truly atrocious service, never has there been a more incompetent individual on a phone order, and i can say that cause i've done this job.

It was Badger Saturday and a night game at that. Totally slipped my mind and I was had ordered food for my son and was going to pick it up. With literally no where to stop, no place to park I called and told them to just give my order (that I already paid for) to someone else or eat it themselves. One of the workers said he would run my order out to my car as I drove past . I didn't get his name but 20/10 customer service. read more

Service is disgusting, horrible customer service. I've been using is wingstop location for 6 years and the service for the last 5-6 months has been so bad that I refuse to ever order again read more

My son requested wings for his birthday dinner, so I thought we'd give Wingstop a try. I ordered plain wings, Hawaiian boneless and fries. I knew I was in trouble when I showed up 5 minutes early to pick up my order and it was ready and sitting on the pick up shelf - no heat lamp. Sure enough, got everything home (a five minute drive) and it was cold - especially the fries, which were not wrapped and set on top of the wings order. Fortunately, I have an air fryer so was able to salvage dinner. The Hawaiian is sweet and not spicy, per my son's preference and the plain also met his expectations and are a good match for any desired sauce. Would suggest dining in to really get a real idea of the quality of the wings and fries as they lost something in the reheat. read more

It was very good and the wings smacked they were gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood

Customer service is THE worst ever! Ordered a 15 pc with side of corn. They decided since they have no corn left they will give me fries. I never order your fries are always soggy regardless of how long they are cooked. Asked for a refund and...workers couldnt understand what I was asking....to top it all off i ordered online at 9:30, email says pick up 15-20 mins and....10:30 i finally got my food....? Clearly management sucks. I will never spend another cent here. I do not recommend. read more

Chicken wings here are like nothing ive ever tasted before. I had an out if body experience the first time i tried the lemon pepper, bbq, parm, and mild wings they literally changed my life. If you start talking to me about the fries here be prepared to talk for hours. I could go on forever about the nuances of flavor and texture that make these little potato slices so freaking good. The only reason i dont give it 5 stars is because i once had a bad experience with an employee who was very rude. read more

Horrible service had to wait about 25-30 minutes for my food and nobody was even doing anything and there was no customers and they didn't even have our food ready. One of the people working swore at a customer. Soda was so watered down and tasted horrible. place was small no room do to anything. overall horrible service. DO NOT RECOMEND. read more

Only giving 1 star because I have to give at least 1 star...Terrible service. Food was cold. 8 pieces of chicken missing from 20 piece order. Seasoned fries were covered in cheese, which we did not order. Did not disclose doordash delivers. Order was 2 hours late. Instructed to call doordash for refund but they called before me so they were issued the refund. When I got a hold of a person through doordash they informed me the store already contacted them and was given the refund. Long story short it took another hour wasted for me to convince this store there is no reason they keep the payment as in the end it wasn't the store effected before they finally issued a refund. I'm almost positive they were screening my calls because I called back after 30 mins as asked 3x no answer. Waited 2 minutes then I called from a different number and they answered right away. This place is shady! Do not waste your money here! Update 7 days later and still no refund. This place is a joke! Corporate still hasn't responded either. read more

Ordered $25 worth of food, and they ended up giving me the wrong order. Don't bother calling down there because they cut the phone lines so you can't get ahold of anyone unless you go down there. I put a request into the customer service email to get my money back, and have yet to hear back. Place is always nasty and dirty inside too. Usually have good food, but not this time. read more

terrible experience and service. took 25 mins for 8 boneless wings. not happy. also not very clean and many people waiting for service while the workers were doing nothing. read more

The workers are the worst. They don't wear their mask and could care less about the safety of Anyone. The food sits so long it ends up cold. The cooks also over cook the wings as well. I've been to a good Wingstop before, and this place has so much more potential if it wasn't for the bad workers. read more

Ordered some delivery from this location. Order said it was going to arrive at 9:37.. The order was pushed back twice until 9:53 and was cancelled by the store at 9:45.. This specific store is a joke and this hasn't been the first time we have received poor service read more

As a delivery driver that gets orders to this restaurant often, I have never seen a place with worse customer service. The orders always take longer than what you're told and the ladies who work the counter are some of the most rude individuals I've ever encountered. Their food also doesn't look like it's cooked in a sanitary fashion as I sit and watch orders be prepared. Overall, I would never do business myself due to these things. read more

The food is good but when you call up to the store to place an order no one answers the phone at all no matter how many times you call and then at a certain time of the night they tell the customers that it's online orders only because they don't want to take the time to assist the customers because it's quote on quote to busy for them. Food wise 10/10 .... Phone service -1/10.... N in person service 8.5/10. read more

Really really great wings. Both boneless and transitional wings are flawless. I just don't really appreciate the fries. Not sure whether there's something wrong with my palate. I ordered a couple times but the fries always seem a little bit bitter. I have no such problem with fries from everywhere except here. read more

Worst customer service... They give out the wrong drinks for what you payed for and put the wrong sauces on. They tell you to come in 30 minutes before when your food is ready. Terrible restaurant. Never go here. read more

Finally got a chance to try them out. A coworker and I tried them for the 1st time via Delivery with DoorDash. We both did an individual combo. I had traditional and she had boneless. She liked the Louisiana Rub more than the Hickory BGBQ. I had the Cajun and Parm Garlic. I liked the Parm Garlic better. The fries were good and I loved that they didn't put them in Styrofoam so they didn't arrive soggy. We both had the original seasoned fries. The ranch seems to be homemade as well and is very good. They did mess up as they should have sent 4 cans of soda and only sent 3... Combo states a 20oz drink. Delivery was prompt and earlier than requested. read more

I have never seen such unprofessional employees in my life. I placed an online order 45 minutes before I walked through the doors (as it said it'd be done) we walk in and the place is full. People kept walking in and grabbing orders. 25 minutes later my boyfriend walks up to the front and asks where the order is.. at this point there are 5-6 employees back behind the counter "cooking" 3 of them were eating.. and there was one basket in the fryer. I was so hungry I walked over to get pizza from rocky rococos !!! I spent 35$ for the WRONG ORDER the flavors were awful and the people working were so fucking rude. If I could give the staff and wing stop a 0 I fucking would. If you want wings go anywhere but here! I don't even understand how this place is open! read more

I have never wrote a review about any establishment ever, however I had such a poor and frustrating experience with this place I had to warn others. They sent me the wrong order and their phones don't work. I have no way of contacting anyone for a refund other than a complaint form submission on the main website. This has accomplished nothing. It's been over a week and I've heard nothing. Do not order food here! They are thieves and they will steal your money. This place honestly made me hate wingstop. I will never give them another cent. Customer service is absolute garbage. I really wish there was an option to give 0 stars this place is actually horrible in every way. Don't go here unless you like dirty restaurants with horrible workers who give you cold and soggy food, and thats when they give you the right food. Be prepared to be robbed. read more

Have been here for more than 10 times! Good place to hang out with college friends on a Friday night. The pocket point coupon gives you the best deal. I prefer boneless over bone-in. My go-to flavor is definitely mango habanero. The fries here are decent too. read more

Wingstop - To-go bag - Chicken Wings Near Me - Madison, Wisconsin

So I walk in after a day of school and I order some boneless wings. I get 20 boneless wings, with three sauces; garlic parmesan, medium, and traditional hot. I did not get any sides, except for a drink. I will say that the drink selection is very diverse, with one of those Coca-Cola machines with the touch screen that you have about 100 selections. That is a plus. But then I get my wings. The medium and the hot were good enough and were not overcooked, but the garlic parmesan had all the sauce at the bottom and yet the wings were overcooked (it was very hard to chew.) I will say that this place is not environmentally friendly, the to-go boxes and the drink cups are Styrofoam. Yet they sure skimp on the cleaning products, because my table seemed sticky and my seat had some crumbs. The prices were very modest and inexpensive (for wing prices.) I will say, though, that it is worth paying some extra cash for wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

This photo I posted was after I got back from walking to Wingstop to place an order. I got there at 11:25 and they close at 12:00 AM. They told me they were no longer taking orders, however when I worked in the food service industry it is the proper protocol to take orders up until you're closed. Disappointed. read more

Stopped in to use a RedCard coupon for a free 3 piece chicken tender basket -- a really good deal considering full price is almost $9! When ordering wings you get the option to choose one of their sauces to cover them or you can stick to plain. Additionally you have a choice of a side -- some options are fries, veggie sticks, baked beans, etc. They also give you a dipping sauce on the side. Anyways! I got plain tenders with veggie sticks and honey mustard dip. We got them to go, and probably waited 10 or so minutes. There weren't many people in the place but they seemed very busy preparing orders for carry out. I think next time we'd do that to save time! The food was good -- the tenders are pretty typical, and what'd you'd expect for a chicken tender. Definitely will be returning to use more of the coupons! read more

Let me just start out by saying I don't ever write reviews but this store is deserving of one. My dear friend and I were in the mood for Wingstop so I attempted to order online but the website said it was unavailable at the time. I called instead and after inquiring about their $16.99 boneless meal deal, the woman who answered hung up on me. I then called back and asked again to which the woman said "hmmmm let me ask" and has now been gone for 20 minutes and counting. This is crazy, I have never seen a business do this before. I hear them laughing in the background. Like this is actually funny because of how bad it is. read more

Okay, after a dozen wing nights, I think I've figured it out. Wingstop has the best chicken tenders in Madison. Made to order, juicy, tender, and tasty. Wings Over Madison has the best boneless wings (I think their sauces are the best) - not great but better than the competition. Buffalo Wild Wings has the best seating (but probably the worst food). So before winging, ask yourself, do you want to eat some standard wings but are too lazy to chew off the bone? Pick Wings Over Madison. Do you want some juicier premium boneless tenders? Pick Wingstop. Are you drunk at noon and want to sit somewhere with your frarority brosters and watch the game? Pick BWW. read more
