My wife said everyone deserves a second chance. So in spite of my feelings on Wingstop, I went back to give another try. NEVER AGAIN! I picked up my order. Wrong wings, fries are cold and not large as ordered. 7 people working in the store. Lady working the counter hears my issues. Barely speaks a word to me. Takes care of customers behind me before helping me. Counter lady reprints the receipt and hands it off to another lady. Other lady comes to the counter, takes the wrong order from me while not speaking a word.  They didn't say sorry, or have a seat while we correct this.  Nothing. I was left to assume they are fixing it.  After 10 minutes of not telling me what was going on, I decided I'm out. Went to the counter, told the girl to just refund me. They said they would refund it, no questions asked. It was as if this happens a lot and they simply don't care. There is a Hooters down the street. This place is horrible. Order wings tonight at 715pm it is now almost 830 and my husband is still waiting. There are people who are still waiting over an hour. This is the my favorite location. The food was amazing. The chicken wings were tossed correctly. My order was delivered really fast. My french fries were cooked prefectly good. I waited more than 20 minutes just to asked where the rest of my food was. When an employee picked up they gave me an attitude and told it my problem. I used to enjoy coming here, but recently their service has changed. I went in today and was the only person waiting for an order, while i know they are making orders for phone orders they had us waiting over thirty minutes. When we noticed a person come in and place an order and leave before us we went to ask about our order and still waited 15 more minutes because they never put it in. I walked in to order and after I finished I went to pay with cash and the cashier told me that they don't take cash, that's fine even though it is really annoying. Instead I ordered through their app and sat in the store until it was finished. I sat there for an hour. I saw people come and go some picking up orders and some ordering at the counter, all of them were getting their food before me. They even had to fix someone's order that they messed up. The workers asked me what I was waiting for twice, the first time my food wasn't done, but the second time it was and it had been sitting on the self for over 30 minutes. They didn't even call out any names when they put orders up on the shelf, but they knew who I was and what I was waiting for because they had already asked. They weren't short staffed either so really no excuse for them seeming like they didn't know how to run this Wingstop. Now my foods cold. Opened recently in a little strip mall on Harlem. It's directly across a Shell gas station. 4 big LCD screens that cover all corners at game time. Food is always made at order so it may take a bit to be ready. But when it comes, it's always hot and fresh and at times with an extra wing or two if you're lucky. Parking is limited at the strip mall but there's no other big draw to customers other than the wingstop. read more

Wow I went in at 11:30 and called ahead of time asking if they still taking walk ins after the girl over the phone said yes, once I got there the guy in the cashier refused to take my order ! I've been hearing from my friends that this place is the place to go if you want wings. So I figured I'd give it a try. When I got there, no one was ahead of me and there was only one table sitting and waiting for food. Placed the order and waited. And waited. And waited. While waiting, about ten minutes in, a group of boys came in, each ordering individually. Another ten minutes later, and two of the boys that ordered after me being served later, my food finally came. That isn't the only reason for the one star though. The wings? Were horrid. I got an 8 piece split between the garlic parmesan and the teriyaki sauces. The garlic parmesan were salty, and the teriyaki tasted like all they did was put Really salty soy sauce on the wings, and looked like it too for how dark the coloring was. As well, the fries were soggy and limp with the grease they were cooked in. All in all, I won't be back. read more

I am not going to lie. I love wings. I love boneless wings, wings with bones and wings covered in delicious sauce. I could eat them every day. This obsession with wings is what drew me to this place about a month ago. I was a bit apprehensive about eating from here simply because I am quite devoted to a rather large-scale chain located ten minutes away. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant itself is very clean and well kept with a laid-back atmosphere. They have a number of large televisions and quite a bit of seating for what seemed like a small place from the outside. The people who work there are fantastic as well. Friendly, helpful and all traits similar. Each time I go there, I get the order to go and I get boneless wings with hot sauce. DELICIOUS. I know that there are many types of sauces and people have opinions on how hot is too hot and what not. This sauce was perfect and the wings were delicious. They also came with fries and a drink with a price tag that wasn't too shabby. The wings have always been cooked thoroughly and are always fresh and burning hot. The only semi-downside is that it is a small parking lot and the intersection the restaurant sits on is incredibly busy, making it somewhat difficult to get out of the lot. However, if you get in moods like me where you need delicious wings and will go crazy if you don't get them, a silly parking lot issue won't hold you back. read more

The only issue that we had was that we went on a Tuesday evening and there was a large sign that stated Monday and Tuesday featured 60 cent boneless wings. When I inquired about them, the "manager" stated that that only applied to mornings...who eats wings in the mornings? When does Wingstop even open? And why doesn't it specify then? In General, I like Wing Stop but this specific restaurant seems as it just doesn't care. Chicken is tiny, shriveled and dry compared to other restaurants in this chain. Came here twice and both times I called to place my order ahead. I called about 25 minutes in advanced so that when I arrived there my food would be ready. In both occasions my order was not ready upon my arrival. I waited an extra 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Keep in mind I only ordered 10 boneless wings and fries. The manager did apologize for the inconvenience and was professional. He said that he would give me extra wings for the wait but I didn't want the extra food.
