I've been anxious to try this place since I frequented them when I lived in Texas. The wings offered the large assortment of sauces and rubs. The Louisiana dry rub had nice flavor but the wings were overcooked. The fries were a large portion and nicely seasoned. They could have used a larger portion of cheese sauce. read more

First , never have an issue on the food quality itself so want to state that first. HOWEVER - the service ? Garbage. Don't place an order and expect it to be timely - doesn't matter the order size , estimates mean nothing. Have a question? You might as well just kick rocks, talking to some of the employees is like talking to a wall and for the most part they just pass the buck. Also, and I can't stress this enough, check your order. read more

Today T-Mobile Tuesday gave their customers a promo that originally valued at around $10 but the customers only paid $0.01 for it. Talk about an awesome deal. When I went to pick up my aunts food for her the establishment was packed. There was about 4-5 employees and I must say that everyone joined together and did whatever they had to do to get the orders out. I was extremely patient because to have worked in fast food so I can understand what they were dealing with. I applaud them for their team efforts and customer service skills throughout this process. They all deserve recognition and raises. I wish that I would've gotten their names. Their determination and will to get the job done and despite the establishment being packed and loud throughout they managed to stay calm and keep everyone calm as orders came out. read more

They were so nice to me and my friend! Our food was delicious and if I had a last meal on death row this exact WINGSTOP location would be my meal. read more

Fries came cold and sweet-ish. I thought garlic parmesan was too salty. I liked the plain wings (though they were nothing special). BBQ wings were my favorite! Their ranch sauce is super good though. read more

Everything was as ordered and on time as quoted. What set this apart was how nice all the staff was. Starting from Kennedy who took the order over the phone and greeted me when I walked in. It was followed by the woman and gentleman working in the kitchen who both greeted me and were very friendly. Kudos to all of them!! read more

Unfortunately, I have to come here multiple times because I work for DoorDash. If I didn't, there would be no reason for me to return to this place. I usually arrive 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time because they never have the order ready on time. I do this to save myself time and complete more orders efficiently. Today, I arrived at the store, and the order was still not ready. I asked the woman at the window when my order would be ready, and she said they were bagging it next. Another 15 minutes passed, so I asked a different employee for an update. This employee told me the order was just now being put in the fryer. Not only did they lie to me, but they also wasted 40 minutes of my time for a six-piece wing order. I'll be filing a report with DoorDash and pushing to have this location removed as an option. They simply cannot keep up with the demand. read more

The host (cashier) is remarkable. The fact that she remembers me by name says a lot. She does her best to provide quality customer service and knows that it takes a while to get orders out so she tries to converse with people and/or reassure customers of their orders. I made an original post because I was truly upset at the atmosphere of non-buying customers lounging around and being loud and obnoxious. The only thing I can say is that non-buying customers shouldn't be loitering around and disturbing buying customers while they eat inside the restaurant. I choose not to eat inside anymore, but I wonder how many other people have felt this way about this. Because it happens often. read more

Service was quick , girl in the front was very nice, manager seemed to have been running a tight shift with a clean lobby and fast, quality service read more

My wife placed an online order. When I arrived to pick it up there was 1 young lady taking orders and 3 males in the kitchen area talking. After waiting for around 8 minutes I finally asked if someone could see if that was my order on the rack. The older (adult) of the 3 males checked and gave me the order. I was missing items that wife noticed when I got home. The food was cold as well. My wife called and spoke with someone who said she can come back and get the missing items. When she explained we did not live close, she took my wife name and number and said that when her number pop up on a future order that they would make it right. Fast forward 3 weeks my wife place another order and they had no clue of what my wife was speaking of. In fact 1 of the young man was attempting to be argumentative and was stopped and corrected by the young lady that was speaking to my wife. To prevent issue such as this, issue a refund of missing items. As for the poor service better standards/leadership. read more

Teddy is the GM at this location and he is 100% useless and does not care about his customers. Refuses to issue refunds when his team members mess up orders 25% of the time. He is consistently lazy and worthless. read more

Food was good but I was really uncomfortable when I saw a employees phone flash towards the window where you could see my friend and I sitting as it looked like he was taking pictures of us. Placed a mobile order for pickup. They told me to come back in an hour. I came back and told them my name. Then waited another 30 minutes before they started to even make the order. In the meantime i saw an employee blow his nose and not wash his hands. Two employees sneak off into the bathroom together. And the whole kitchen cheered in almost being done. I told them to not even bother with my order. I like Wing-Stop but won't come to this location ever again. read more

came in to get my extra ranch because they forgot it and made me ring up again wait 20 mins while serving other ppl and chilling on their phones... all I wanted was a side of ranch read more

Ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper combo with seasoned fries. Chicken was bare with absolutely zero lemon pepper seasoning and wasn't even warm. Didn't even get my seasoned fries. $15-20 for some room temperature, bland wings and no seasoned fries is wild. read more

Cannot be trusted to follow online orders. I have ordered 3 times for delivery, each of which has been wrong. Pretty disappointing pattern.

I ordered their garlic parm chicken, Buffalo ranch fries and a Diet Coke. TELL ME WHY all I got was fries?? Are you serious? read more

Second time ordering from this location. Both times issues with online ordering. I had email confirmation of both orders; however, when I showed up both times they "didn't have my order". This place is a joke - shame because Wingstop wings are good. Won't come back. read more

Had my son stop and get some wings on his way home from work. They sold him 24 boneless wings for $27 saying it was their best deal. I sent my son their big night bundle of 25 boneless for $17 and they refused to honor it or give him a refund because they already started the order. Too bad this is the way they handle customer service because the food was pretty good. But won't be going back after this treatment. read more

Thought the ad for thighs looked interesting, so I ordered the plain and Hawaiian. I don't know how you can mess something up that badly. Breading tasted like hardtack and thighs were all dried out and stringy. I threw most of them away. Possibly the worst food I've ever gotten and I ate a lot of meals in Army mess tents. read more

Went to pick up a take out order that my wife placed. Girl charged me 30 dollars for a 20 dollar order. When I got home my wife told me I paid too much and I had no receipt. I paid in cash. I went back and got my 10 dollar overcharge back. The girl who tried to rip me off was disappointed that she got caught. Never apologized. I will never go back. read more

I don't know why this place has any bad ratings. Staff was super friendly and the food was amazing. I'll definitely return.

Zero customer service. I was told 15 min. So I decided to wait instead of going home which is 5 min away. One hour later I am still waiting. With no end in sight. Offered nothing except we are busy. Well one less customer. Not worth the wait read more

Who likes slimy wings? Doesn't matter how many time you say extra crispy, wings still come out slimy. No more chances from me Wing Stop lol

This wings stop is always understaffed and takes forever. Employees do not even acknowledge you half the time. Poor excuse for a fast food joint. read more

They charge for water. Wings were alright but can't get over the fact that they charge for water. Never been anywhere that they charge for water unless they didn't have tap water. Also didn't like that the least amount of wings you can get without the combo is 10 and the blue cheese is a little pricy but can't blame the owner for that bc it's a corporate thing. read more

I was entering The Room Exchange on SR 54 when I saw The Wing Stop. It was lunchtime, so I decided to get lunch. The inside is very clean. I was immediately greeted in a warm manner by the counter person. She asked my name and then used my name whenever addressing me.I was impressed with this. The food IS NOT pre-cooked. I was told it would take approx. 15 minutes to prepare. I ordered 6 wings (garlic/Parmesan) and French fries with a drink. The food was brought to me in the time promised. I met the owner while waiting. This is a family-run business. The owner is Zepherhills, born and raised. I was very impressed with everything and will definitely return. The fries were crispy and delicious. The wings were tender and juicy. Try it, I'm sure you will also be impressed! Bob F read more

They know of issues with their website ordering service yet clearly don't care to resolve it - as this has been going on for months now. I'm sure the food is great but the whole point of us ordering online is to have it delivered- but we had to go in to resolve a billing issue which they couldn't even resolve in the end. Just annoying - don't bother. read more

close at 10pm called at 9:30 refused to let me place a take out order? i dont understand why then close at 10?

Our new Wing Stop just opened last week. The wings are really good. I'm not much for spicy, so I went with Parmesan Garlic and Hawaiian. Both were excellent. A man waiting with me for his order sampled a lemon pepper wing and said it was the best he's ever tasted. Marcus is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. I will definitely be back! read more

The fries are top notch over here!!! Well done, I've been to many but these are just quality fries and the place is well clean & sanitized.
