I come here all the time at least twice a week and I have never had a complaint until now. And that is that my fries were under cooked. So I couldn't eat them. And I also asked one of the staff could he fill the ice machine and he said it was broke. But another guess came and asked for ice and they went in the back and filled a bucket to fill the ice machine. read more

Ordered on Christmas Eve My partner and I had separate orders, On one of the orders we were missing a ranch. I called in and said I could pick it up next time in, When I came in they couldn't find 1 of the orders, Desire helped me out she was kind and helpful. read more

Shout out to Samanta! This place always has great service and the food is always cooked to perfection. Today Samanta helped us save money by suggesting a combo that had the same items we were ordering separately. Also when we walked in, there was a group of people and I heard someone say in the back "there's a lot of people" and immediately everyone was taken care of! read more

Should be called "Waste of Money" Stop! Lukewarm tenders that tasted overdone. Fries are limp like a (rhymes with stick) and barely warm like a dead body. This appears to be a pattern. Mediocre food that I wouldn't give to a starving sewer rat. I won't be coming back here and Wingstop can go right out of business. I wouldn't miss it. Yuck Yuck and Yuck. read more

Wingstop is my comfort food. It's what I have when I need to be cheered up. Wingstop for me can never go wrong. I love getting their lakers legendary garlic and cajun wings. Of course I've tried other flavors and yes they are just as good but I love those two. My least favorite is bbq. Depending on which location you go to customer service may vary. Wingstop is highly recommended! read more

best place ever i fucken live this place im gonna come back tm with my hole family this place amazing

Very sad tbh... My pregnant girlfriend was craving Wingstop and I used Postmates to order her the Buffalo Ranch fries she wanted. We somehow got the freaking Louisiana Voodoo fries instead which essentially ruined her night. Otherwise the ranch is still fire. Also the drink was wrong, about a little more than halfway full and room temperature with no ice. Sure I don't expect the food to be 100% fresh with delivery but at least be more than halfway correct for the price. Not Wingstop's fault but I only got refunded for half the price of the fries lol. read more

We ordered a 15 piece meal half bone in and half bone out but instead we got baby nuggets. And to top it off customer service wasn't that great. Stick to traditional instead. We live in Madera CA and service is so different out here. read more

The service was great! I telephoned my order (while driving) and it was ready by the time I got there! It had been a while since I came here. I am NOT a big fan of Wingstop. The chicken is meh and does NOT agree with me (my stomach). The seasonings are great ;however, I prefer the chicken to taste authentic. It tastes like mass produced chicken. But I am pleased. Truly. I'll probably and that's a BIG PROBABLY come back in 9-12 months. I MISS FRIDAYS CHICKEN WINGS. read more

My fam put me on to their lemon pepper fries. They were delicious. I added the cheese sauce. Not bad for an afternoon snack. I really liked the fact that the fried were actually hot unlike other places. You can definitely tell the fries weren't just sitting there all morning. The place was clean. The staff was welcoming and professional. read more

It's a good place but it's full. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE BOT when you call. Your order will NOT be taken. Order with a person over the phone. I ordered with the bot and it was never recorded. When I arrived there were other people who had the same issue. Their customer service is not that great. Plus they take a long time to give you your order. I had some people wait 30 mins. read more

I just wanted to write a review based solely on the service of this particular location. I have not had the opportunity to eat here but was using the Wingstop app to order food. Unfortunately through a mistake of my own and due to the fact I was ordering while driving, the app ordered to a location closest to me instead of the one I had just ordered from recently (was adding on to a previous order). I called the store as soon as I realized my mistake and the supervisor on duty, Myra was extremely helpful and courteous about how she handled my unfortunate situation. I just wanted to give a review solely based on her professionalism and will definitely make it a point to order from this location in the future! read more

Great location with plenty of parking, fast service as well. The chicken sandwiches here are awesome especially the hot honey one. The Hawaiian one was good too. I like how they give you a whole thing of ranch with it. Dine in area available. read more

Very bad service in general. To start it off I was waiting about 40 minutes to pick up an order, I ordered 30 minutes before it said it was ready. Also when I got order they forgot my drinks, and my chicken wings. After I asked for the rest of my food I received bad and rude service from one of the employees in the front. I asked for the manager and I was told to leave . Very upset with this unprofessional lazy act going on at this location. read more

Please note this review really mostly points to the new chicken sandwich: I got two cuz I couldn't try just one. The hot honey sauce was real good but the chicken breast was a lil dry. But the the lemon pepper rub was really good and the breast was juicy and excellent. Buns are soft and fluffy but Popeyes is still better. Imo Popeyes still got the throne but they made a real solid attempt. The thing they got going for them that's real good is the sauces which I'll be going back to try more of. The pick up service was also super quick and seamless so that was a plus. read more

When I called to place an order over the phone to claim a promo I was told that I would need to order a full combo in order to do so. I mentioned that the website showed that the promo applied as long as you bought any other item, it didn't need to be a combo. They insisted and I paid extra for a combo. Nearly double the cost. Upon arriving to pick up my food, I questioned it once more and mentioned the website said differently. They agreed with me and said I should've said something. I explained I did and that I was told differently. The employee, a shorter Latina lady simply said "oh well sorry" and handed me my bag. No offer to rectify the order. No offer to lower the cost. Nothing. Not sure if this is a regular thing at wing stop locations. But this will my first and last time ever going to one. And I'll ensure my friends feel the same way. read more

We stopped by to get the meal that was offered to veterans online and were told they did not want to honor the offer. The manager stated, "I am the manager. I decide. Best wings in town! So juicy. Think the Ranch is buttermilk because it literally drips off the wings and is so tangy. Lemon pepper wings can sometimes be a little dry so just ask for them to keep them in the sauce. Curly fries are to...die...for!!! Not too salty or crispy but soft and crunchy and at the same time. Was very disappointed with my pick up order on Sunday night. No issue with time. I ordered and when I got there, it was ready. I ordered 15 wings. 1 of the "wings" was tiny! I only ate 5, as they were super chewy and not enjoyable to eat. I wish I would have read reviews about this particular wingstop. Other locations I've been to have big, juicy wings. Not this one. read more

WORST DAMN WINGSTOP/ESTABLISHMENT IVE NEVER DEALT WITH A PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT AS BAD AS THIS PLACE. This place is utterly disgusting and filled with health code violations to begin with. Then their service is just as vile. I been to this place in person to make an order and i was very disappointed with their service. I ordered and waited for an hour for my food only to find out they gave our order mistakenly to someone else. NOW i order from home using their "Delivery service" and after waiting 2 hours after working a long day just to come home and eat, I FIND OUT THEY GAVE MY FOOD TO SOMEONE ELSE AGAIN!!!!!!
