This particular Winstop has some of the worst employees on the planet. Talk about having to interact with a bunch of people who hate their life because of their minimum wage job. They act it's your fault they have to work there. There's another wingstop on Vermont. Save yourself some hassle and just go there because the customer service here is garbag read more

I have never eaten at a Wingstop before. The only reason I went there is because I knew I could get something quick and easy that was low-carb. Which is funny because I ended up getting a chicken sandwich with ranch dressing and pickles. I have to tell you I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was absolutely delicious. I got the Louisiana seasoning which is mildly flavorful not at all spicy. The chicken was crunchy. The bun was toasted to perfection. And for the measly cost of eight dollars it was well worth the price. I've had so many chicken sandwiches that were disappointing. I.e. Chick-fil-A. People brag about food and then you find out it's nothing special. Well, I certainly thought this was worth the money and then some. The place was very clean. And even though it was close to lunchtime, I was pretty much there by myself. I would go to this place again if I ever found myself in this neighborhood. Which I doubt I will cause it's kind of dicey. read more

Today, my husband asked the owner if they could make a special kimbap for us with tuna and no rice. They kindly made it for us, and it was delicious! It wasn't greasy at all, and the tuna tasted great. It was even better when we ate it together with tteokbokki. Thank you so much for making this special order for us. We really enjoyed it! Thank you for the delicious food! We'll enjoy every bite! read more

I have been Wingstop and the food is very oily and very Greasy and their drinks are very flat. I wouldn't recommend it. You don't wipe down the tables. read more

Love their wings! So juicy and tasty. The only caveat here is that you have to pay extra for like a couple of dressings and such. It's super bowl day so the line was insanely long and parking sucks. We pre ordered but it took an hour to get it read more

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop on Pico behind Planet Fitness. First, my fries were served cold. When I brought this to the staff's attention and requested fresh fries, I witnessed something that raised serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness. A young lady at the register accidentally dropped several drink cups from the counter onto the floor. Instead of throwing them away, she simply picked them up and placed them back on the counter to be used. Considering people walk in and out all day with dirt, debris, and who knows what else on their shoes, this was extremely unsanitary and concerning to watch. To make matters worse, when my replacement fries were finally brought out, the young man who delivered them practically shoved them toward me without any courtesy or customer service. There was no apology for the cold food, no acknowledgment of the delay, and no effort to make the situation right. I am honestly surprised this location has an "A" health rating based on what I witnessed. Cleanliness, food handling practices, and customer service all seemed to be lacking during my visit. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides additional training to staff regarding sanitation and customer service expectations. read more

Don't bother with the chicken sandwich!!! The picture is self explanatory. It's supposed to have at least pickles... But this is all I got. A bun and a chicken patty. read more

Ordered for delivery using the website. Heads up: They do not accept American Express but they did accept Visa. Estimated arrival time was 12:10pm but delivery was around 12:03 pm! I received updates through text which helped. Food was great, the usual wingstop. Ordered 40 pcs: 10pc each of lemon pepper bone & boneless, garlic parmesan bone & boneless. Placed my order on 5/7 and sent it to this location by accident. Called the store 5-6 minutes after being submitted and asked if I could cancel it since I sent it to the wrong location. My intentions were for the one in Highland. The female that answered that night said that she would be able to give me a refund for my order placed at her location (at western) and I would have to re-purchase the order at Highland location (so I did). And that my refund will go back to my account in about 7-8 days. ITS BEEN 15 DAYS, and my refund has not gone through!! Can anybody help me?! Confirmation number is 5553168587. read more

Stopped at this Wingstop since it was close to the area that we were going to be going to see a movie. Customer service was great. The lady was very sweet. The area is not the best. A lot of shady people around. The food was lacking in flavor. The wings were very dry. There was grease on the bottom, but no flavoring the wings look like they have been overcooked very tiny and burned. Not one of the best experiences at Wingstop. Their fountain drink machine was broken so all they had to offer was bottled water read more

Ordered 15 pcs. All drumsticks went home divide the wings for my kids and it's only 14 pcs!!!!!! Hmm, probably they do this every order at the end of the the day, 20wings, easy to take home. That's THIEVERY!!!! Maybe they miscounted??? Maybe 50-100 wings easily can be miscounted but 15 pcs.??? Come on now!!!! 1075 N Western Ave, Ste 107, Los Angeles, CA 90029 read more

The food really wasn't great. I got both the bone in and boneless hot wings with parm fries and all three were soggy and bland. I'd be rating them significantly lower, but the service was fantastic. Shoutout to the lady who was calling out the orders, all the employees were clearly working very hard and deserve the praise. The restaurant itself was a bit trashed from the customers and the parking lot was one of the worsts. UPDATE: removed stars cause the leftovers completely destroyed my stomach and I feel sick. read more

You got to love Wingstop. We've ordered from here several times during this difficult year and they've managed to impress us upon every order. To get the best deal, we usually order the All-In Bundle which comes with 16 boneless wings, 6 tenders, a side and a couple dips. Our favorite flavor is garlic parmesan, so we usually get that for the wings, the tenders, or both! Next up, we like the lemon pepper on the other portion of the wings. As for the remainder of the order, we either try something new or get the same flavor we've enjoyed before. Our most recent order consisted of the Louisiana rub and the hickory smoked BBQ, which were both good choices for the secondary! We like that there is an option for vegetables, so we frequently order this bundle with the veggie sticks. And of course, you can't go wrong with the several cups of ranch it could come with. Because of this multiple-meal order, our experiences were enhanced for games, movies, and shows! read more

Looks like they only hire retards. Cant cook wings with any consistency. They are either overcooked or undercooked. Possibly because they buy the worst quality rubbery chicken wings. The taste like complete rubber. They don't even know how to season the wings. Not to mention they don't sell wings they sell chicken parts and call them wings. Imagine them buying bad quality chicken then dicing them up into pieces and selling them for $.80-1.25 cents a pop. Then hiring idiots to cook it. They over salt them because they have no standard method for seasoning them so each wing is half ass coated. Some not at all. The owners don't value the people that buy their food. They have one job??? to fry chicken and cant even do that right. Here are the pros if you eat their ten times in 3 months you might get one order cooked correctly. Th con's are unlimited. Then they are so cheap they don't buy containers that let the chicken breath so they are not rubbery when you get home (sign of nasty sick chickens). Almost all the people they hire are are teenagers who cant even wipe their butts let alone cook food and they wear no gloves. And all of the stores are like this. Cant find one good WGSTP. Let me ask you all something if they cant even hire intelligent people to operate their store. How can you trust that they are selling good quality chicken. You can't!!. I get my wings and cook them myself. read more

I always went to wingstop and loved it but I don't know why lately they the employees have been rude and unhelpful especially the one in alameda st. I went their today for an uber eats order and supposedly they didn't have my order and they needed a confirmation number and I asked them for help because I didn't know where to find it and I repeatedly told them it's on uber eats and even showed them my phone with the order number and told then my name more than once to many employees and they were just rude and one of the employees even told me to move and leave. thankfully one of the employees was nice enough to help me and she found my food really quickl. read more
