Wingstop - The PACKAGE!!!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Livonia, Michigan

Was skeptical of this place cause of recent reviews but I decided to try it anyway it was pretty good I must say will definitely come back !! read more

These assholes at wingstop would not replace an order that I found 2 spicy. I asked for mild and I got wings so spicy, that I cannot eat them. When I called and asked them to replace the wings only, they refused. The management here needs a course in customer service. This is the first and last time I will ever go to this store. read more

I bought the lemon pepper chicken and it was just gross. First the chicken is little and seeing how this place wasn't cheap I think the pieces should be bigger. Second, the seasoning was way too salty. The lemon pepper taste that I'm use to was nowhere to be found. I think this place uses actual lemon juice and pepper while I'm use to lemon pepper seasoning being used. For $25+ for 30pcs. of chicken that I didn't like I feel gypped. Sorry but I won't be giving this place another shot. I'll stick to what I know and like. read more

Tried to order online, website would not allow any credit card, attempted 3 different... tried to call in to order and no one answers.

It was my first mind to give three stars after the first fiasco (see previous reviews) and now I've come into the knowledge that they are not giving the 5 free wings with the Yelp coupon! They are giving away a Large fry. Fries. Fries??? I'm very disappointed as the Yelp coupon was a very big reason I frequented this Wingstop and this establishment in particular. Sorry Andy, but these guys are going in the wrong direction. Right the ship bro! read more

Burger King has chicken nuggets that are better than these dry , concrete flavored battered so called wings . Cheaper and better . Slow and rude people makes for unpleasant visit . Won't go back read more

The food is good but the staff is horrible. The lady who took my order was indifferent and didn't care about the customers. I feel quality of service and quality of food go hand in hand. read more

Today was my first time having Wingstop. We did carry out and picked up the good around 7pm. I must say the boneless wings in the hickory BBQ sauce were awesome!!!! I also appreciate that they were prepared there and not sitting under a heat lamp Buffalo Wild Wings. My wife went with the chicken tenders and those, like the boneless wings, were awesome! My only complaint was the price and to be precise, the price of the Cole slaw. I ordered the small size of Cole slaw and it cost $2.19. When I saw the size I was disappointed that something that small cost that much. Overall it was delicious, I will be back. read more

Absolutely terrible service!! I tried to place an order online but was unable to, so I tried to call...no one answered. So I went to the location and all the employees were standing around and one even threw about 10 cup lids out the door for no reason. So when I walked in the lady at the counter asked very in a very rude way "placing or pickup" when I took a second to respond she yelled it again, when I said "placing" she rolled her eyes. I just walked out after that. Never will go back to that location. I called corporate to let them know aswell. read more

Very good wings love the different sauces and rubs I usually go with the buffalo sauce it's very good the French fries are awesome 3 different kinds it's a little pricey for wings but well worth it I seriously fat kid the hell out of this place!!!! read more

Wingstop - It's in a little strip off schoolcraft in Livonia - Chicken Wings Near Me - Livonia, Michigan

I was wanting Winstop for a few years now.Was in the area and tried it .The girl at counter was very nice. But When I walked in I could smell the smell of bug spray.I still ordered and as I waited I read the reviews one by one..I look and find out a customer snapped a photo of a cockroach crawling on the wall 9 months ago..I was disgusted.I didn't see any creatures that day but I did feel like this place my not be so clean and I need a clean environment when having my food prepared. I did like my fries they were hot and good. The wings with a bone and boneless was bland and dry I couldn't eat them ..So I won't be coming back to this location I might give them another try in California,But that's a strong might. read more

I usually order from them all the time!! Today was the worst experience and I will never return!!! My pre order was 20 mins late (for pick up) and my voodoo fries had no toppings!!! I got fries in a box and on top of that my mild wings were also plain in a box!!! read more

Ordered over $100 food from this restaurant through DoorDash and did not receive several items. Told the delivery person immediately who said he could not help me. Called the restaurant directly, the person who picked up immediately told me to hold, 5 minutes later finally picked up the phone again and after I told her my order was missing several items told me to ask for a refund. I said I wanted the food since I had company driving over....I was then passed to a second person who asked me to repeat what was the problem. I ask for that person to identify herself but she refused. After telling her that my order did not contain all the items she also told me to get a refund from DoorDash. I told her I wanted the "goddam food", she then said my language was offensive and hung up on me. I tell you all this to illustrate the really bad customer service! Would it have been so difficult for them to just send me the missing food? Anyway, don't order from this restaurant- they really don't care at all and have no sense of customer service. read more

First time I've eaten there. VERY good. Wings were small but very tasty. I got the mild and they still had a good kick to them. Little pricey for the size of the wings. Fries were SOOOOOOO good and the staff was extremely friendly. It was lunch hour for people but it wasn't overcrowded. The shop was very nice, had great atmosphere. read more

Ordered sides of sauce, did not include them. Picked the tiniest wings. Felt jipped. Employees were horsing around instead of helping customers. read more

I really like their wings and my daughter goes crazy for them. I would give 5 stars if they had better fries.

Delicious chicken and service was good. Just wished they had a bigger selection of sides to choose from.

I would give zero stars if I could. The supposed owner/ manager zack was the most rudest and condescending person I think I have ever encountered at a food establishment. We had to wait 15 mins longer than time order stated and once home (20+ mins away) realized there was no ranch. That complete ruins my meal and he "offered to replace the ranch on next visit" and also said he "did not believe that it ruined my meal" and told me to write a review and hung up! My corporate office is right around the corner and Push to have this place for many lunches and events against other dislike for it. I have personal spent thousands here and will never again and or ANY corporate event. I will also tell anyone and everyone how horrible Zack is as a "manager" or a human being. read more

Best wings in Michigan way better then Buffalo Wild Wings never had a messed up order from here the lemon pepper is by far the best flavor they have read more

Been around there for a while Finally made it over there for lunch and the wings are way better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Prices fairly. Everything made fresh to order if you plan on eating in give your self 10 minutes to get your food. read more

I wanna give 4 or 5 for friendly service from the shift manager and two of his employees .... Everyone looked attentive but him and his two female employees were extremely nice and willing to explain. The one girl was pretty new and she was willing to share what she knew. These days, when people are shitty or rude, I pay and I leave without eating. I'll cut my losses and go eat somewhere else. So this was a huge win and more then I expected. All of the food was hot. I never get boneless wings cause the flavor of the bone is what makes chicken taste so good. Girl recommended I try both. I got Louisiana dry rub boneless. They were great and not too salty. The lemon pepper bone in wings I got were too salty. Just IMHO, probably better to ask for light seasoning or lemon pepper in conjunction with the buffalo sauce to make it lemon pepper wet. Original seasoning was gross for my fries.... It was like salt, pepper, and sugar. The sugar made it gross. But, the fries themselves were incredible in temperature and texture. Again, the friendliness of the staff was a pleasant surprise to me. read more

Wing wings wings! That's me. Spice level to my liking. Pain! Love it. Wings cooked great, service great. Skin on the wings crisp and they hold the sauce well, without becoming soggy! read more

I'm going to assume that at least 15 of the reviewers are friends and family of the workers here. Like, I thought the whole point of Yelp was to help foodies find local awesomeness? *sigh* The review is really for 2.5 stars, but-- Let me start with the good. This place is very clean. Clean floors, clean counters, clean tables, even the pop machine. I'm sure most of us will agree that nowadays, a restaurant that can just PASS an inspection is considered somewhat of a Chupacabra, but I digress. The customer service was great too, which is always a plus in my book. The chicken is kind of pricey, but I never spare an expense for what I consider good food, so whatevs... I ordered the small chicken tenders combo with fries, and 10 classic wings with my choice of two flavors. Originally I ordered lemon pepper tenders with fries and drink, and 5 mild wings- 5 lemon pepper wings. As I sat there waiting on the food, I thought about some of the reviews I read, reading that the dry rub was "good", "not bad", "surprisingly good/delicious" - so I said to myself "go for it"- and skipped to the register to change the flavor... Yelp should be a community of peace, honesty, and love and respect for each others taste buds-- JUDASES!! I felt NO love from the reviewers. Betrayal- PURE betrayal. I could not identify a SINGLE ingredient in that dry rub- awful, just awful. I seriously gagged after the first bite. There is nothing redeeming about this "flavor". I have never had anything so-- pungent-- so assaulting. If you've ever tasted sweat, your curiosity should be settled. Gross-gross-gross, and I could type that a hundred times. If you order the "dry rub" on your chicken and they mess up your order and give you another flavor- or even if your chicken is nekkid (lol), the taste bud gods, or at the very least an employee, is only doing you a solid. The fries, though?-- Bruh- SO good! I ordered the "plain" fries, and DESTROYED them as soon as I tasted them. If this place was called Fries Stop, they'd be winning. That being said, I'd probably just go in for fries... If I were in this area. But to make the 20 minute travel for chicken? Noooo... I usually charge it to the foodie game when I spend on food that's just "okay"- but this was just inedible-- I spent almost $20 for 10 windings and fries, bro. This is NOT what's up. read more

One of the worst dining experiences of my life, which is sad because I had high hopes for this place. After seeing multiple ads/coupons for Wingstop, the fiance and I decided to stop in and try it out while we were back near my old stomping grounds. Wish we hadn't. I'll break this down by category. Service: 3/5 The employee who greeted us was nice and knowledgeable, and did his best to answer questions we had. Atmosphere: 2/5 When we walked in, we were the only ones there. It's not a large place, maybe 50-60 seats total, and it has an aviation type theme. Would've gotten a higher rating if there hadn't been employees congregating at tables in the back of the restaurant, appearing to nap at the front counter, etc. Also, the TVs are tiny. Either sit up close or don't expect to see much. Food: 0/5 Honestly some of the worst food I've had in my life. The only reason they didn't get a negative rating is due to the decent potato salad. Everything else was terrible. Wings were heavily over-sauced and flavorless. Fries were WAY over seasoned, felt more like I was licking a salt block dusted with sugar than eating seasoned fries. Veggies were ok, nothing special, not as fresh as I had hoped. 2 liter of Faygo ran $3 (not noted on the menu, and an outrageous price for Faygo). Only got to eat about 7 wings between the 2 of us before I found a completely rotten wing (we got boneless). I mean, seriously, the center was pitch black. Was informed after I had to complain that the employee claimed it to be "veins and gristle". This was nothing close to veins and gristle. Straight rot. Showed the employees at the counter, who offered to remake the wings. Nice offer, but my appetite was gone at this point, as was my fiance's. Cracked open a couple more wings to see if maybe it was just one bad wing, it wasn't. More rotten wings. Have had serious stomach issues since eating at this establishment. Complete waste of my money. Any reasonably well run place would've offered a refund, but apparently not this place. Price: 3/5 Not terrible, but not great. We went on $.50 wing night, so it was cheaper than usual, but we ended up spending $26 on 30 wings, some fries, an order of veggies, a small potato salad, and a 2 liter of Faygo, most of which was inedible. Summary: Save your money and go elsewhere. Mainly tried this place because we were getting sick of BWW. Won't ever take BWW for granted again. Much better options for your money, even in this area. read more

Agree with all the yelpers, very tasty wings indeed, teriyaki is the family favorite so far but we have many other blends to try such as louisiana rub. The wings are indeed small but so very delicious, make sure to order a couple extra per person beyond your normal estimate. Service is great. They have four TVs here, you could watch a game if you are teetotalers. read more

Terrible service. Ordered at 3pm and was told order would be ready at 6:45. No pickup area. And no organization. No one has any idea what's happening when you walk in. We were missing multiple items we ordered. read more

WINGS! Wings and beer is quite possibly my favorite combo ever (aside from chips and salsa). So when I give a wing place that does not serve beer or alcohol 5 stars you know it has to be good. Your wings are NOT waiting to be tossed in the sauce of your choosing under heat lamps, these babies are fried FRESH TO ORDER. Have you ever gone to Bdubs and ordered a whole mess of wings to only find out that 2 or 3 of them are messed up, inedible, and broken as if someone got pissed and Hulk smashed a bunch of wings in a fit of rage?? Not here. All of their wings are perfectly fried, perfectly sauced, and perfectly seasoned. Their fries are amazing. Fresh cut- nothing out of a bag AND can be tossed in the seasoning of your liking. I usually get the Cajun. They also offer combos so you can get your money's worth. Wings, fries, and a drink for a fair price. We've only lived in the area for 3 weeks and I can honestly say my fiance and I have been here 5 times, and I'm not even embarrassed. read more

Wings are ok. The BBQ sauce ones I ordered had so much sauce on them it was to much, I never though I would say that because I love BBQ sauce. The fries were just ok. The thing that grossed me out was the 2 girls making the wings one blond shoulder length hair and a girl with burgundy color shoulder length hair kept brushing there hair out of there face with there hand then touching the food. I did not see them wash there hand. I don't know why they did not have there hair pulled back. The guy working there also had a lot of facial hair. So if you like your chicken wings with a side of hair you will love this place. read more

Thought it was overpriced, and not very tasty. I've had worse though, so I'll give it 2 stars

Very friendly staff, I love the wings! Nice environment, i recommend the lemon pepper wings. I love this location, will be coming back.

Love this location. They are the best location I've ever been to. I stopped going to one in California because I guess I was spoiled by the Livonia location. Always on time and they make the fries crispy how I like em. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! I went there for the first and last time! Overpriced, dried out, no sauce, no flavor. I never write reviews but I can't get over how horrible these wings are. I figured they are the "wings experts" and I would get some decent wings. NOPE! I mentioned early in the day to a girl at the office I was going here and she said not to because they were horrible, she was right. I don't understand all the good comments. They did seem to be running under no supervision. Go here if you want overpriced, dried out, flavorless wings. So disappointed! I'm in there area all the time and was going to make this my "go to." The search continues. My visit was 3/3 at about 7pm. read more

Service is always prompt and fast. Friendly staff and the wings are delicious. Love coming here .

This is the place to go for wings in the area. The sauces are not very original but done very well. Classic wings are my favorite and they are done right. No breading just cooked and dipped. The Fries are excellent as well, but I have not tried the other sides yet. The price is the only draw back. read more

Love their wings. Delicious sauces and even some dry rubs. Differently seasoned fries available too! check this place out! The wings are far better than Buffalo Wild Wings and the quality of food is way better too. My coworkers and I love it. It is tucked a way which is probably why it isn't more popular. Take the time to find it and you won't regret it. All of their sauces I have tried have been fantastic. read more

First time coming here. Found out about this place from a coworker. Service was very fast and friendly. I've been looking for a boneless chicken place and now I've found one, I won't be going any where else except here. Chicken very tasty as well as the fries. Glad I found this place. read more

I've been dying to try this place out! I've seen this restaurant while on the road traveling but never had a chance to stop by so when I saw this location is now open I had to try it. I had boneless wings with the Louisiana Rub & Hickory Smoked BBQ and a order of cajun fries. I was beyond satisfied. If u like Five Guys Cajun fries you'll like these too. The chicken was really fresh...I think this piece has what it takes to give BWW a rub for their money. read more
