I asked for boneless wings the cashier rang me up for traditional even though those words never came out my mouth. My order was ready when I got there and was hot when I got it home. I agree with others that the food here is a bit pricier than it should be. Most said this is because of the size of the wings, but for me it was more about the texture which, sadly, was very dry and tough... the word "leathery" comes to mind. The wings are either grossly overcooked or perhaps fried once and refried to order.... Dry wings can't be fixed with all the sauce in the world. Pleasantly surprised! I ordered for lunch online today (I work about five miles away). I arrived at the store a little early; my wings were ready right when I got there. I had never tried Wingstop before. I am a huge fan of the BWW Buffalo dry rub, so I thought I would try the Louisiana rub here. It was excellent! Where I live there are not alot of Wingstops. this particular location opened up recently and it's the only one I've been to, therefore I can't compare it with any other locations. But having been here twice already I must say I'm not that impressed. This isn't to say the wings here aren't delicious, but there are just so many small things about this restaurant besides the actual wings that discourage me from wanting to come back. For one thing the wings here are slightly more expensive than ones I had at similar establishments or fast food places that offer wings. They aren't terribly big either, and while I appreciate the fact that the wings are made to order, I don't like waiting 20 minutes for wings that aren't gonna blow my mind. And both times when I did come here my wings were severely undersauced. It's like they are rationing out the sauces on purpose I recommend asking them to add extra coating if you do come. Another thing I can't stand is the paper towels. They don't give you proper heavy duty napkins for wiping sauce off your hands or mouth. They take out a roll of this very cheap cardboard that they pass off as napkins and you go through it really quick. Overall if you want to dine in I would advise against it. As a take out wing place it's probably a 3.5/5, but I think you can do better elsewhere. read more
