Order took 35 minutes to produce washed my name go up on their order board and disappear. Did not get food for another 10 minutes and only after I went up to the counter asking about it. This was my first time ever eating here, and I would recommend trying them, but know they're pricey. I would recommend getting a flavor to the wings; overall a good place to eat. I did an online order on Superbowl Sunday and was glad I ordered 4 hours ahead because, by the time I picked up, they were at an hour wait for classic wings. The restaurant was jammed full of people waiting for what seemed to be primarily carry-out orders. The staff seemed overwhelmed, but doing their best. My order was ready when I got there and was hot when I got it home. I agree with others that the food here is a bit pricier than it should be. Most said this is because of the size of the wings, but for me it was more about the texture which, sadly, was very dry and tough... the word "leathery" comes to mind. The wings are either grossly overcooked or perhaps fried once and refried to order.... Dry wings can't be fixed with all the sauce in the world. Staff doesn't communicate well. When I arrived I gave my name for the order and was told it wasn't quite ready. A few minutes later I watched them pack what I was sure my order and place it on the rack. 10 minutes later, they asked my name again and handed me the order ! Pretty dire experience. The cashier was very sweet and did her best, but there were 3 employees and one of them was cleaning the fryers. Lots of unhappy folks. Pleasantly surprised! I ordered for lunch online today (I work about five miles away). I arrived at the store a little early; my wings were ready right when I got there. I had never tried Wingstop before. I am a huge fan of the BWW Buffalo dry rub, so I thought I would try the Louisiana rub here. It was excellent! Where I live there are not alot of Wingstops. this particular location opened up recently and it's the only one I've been to, therefore I can't compare it with any other locations. But having been here twice already I must say I'm not that impressed. This isn't to say the wings here aren't delicious, but there are just so many small things about this restaurant besides the actual wings that discourage me from wanting to come back. For one thing the wings here are slightly more expensive than ones I had at similar establishments or fast food places that offer wings. They aren't terribly big either, and while I appreciate the fact that the wings are made to order, I don't like waiting 20 minutes for wings that aren't gonna blow my mind. And both times when I did come here my wings were severely undersauced. It's like they are rationing out the sauces on purpose I recommend asking them to add extra coating if you do come. Another thing I can't stand is the paper towels. They don't give you proper heavy duty napkins for wiping sauce off your hands or mouth. They take out a roll of this very cheap cardboard that they pass off as napkins and you go through it really quick. Overall if you want to dine in I would advise against it. As a take out wing place it's probably a 3.5/5, but I think you can do better elsewhere. read more

This last time we finally cancelled our online pick up order after waiting in the store for more than 40 minutes (we arrived shortly before the stated time of the order being ready). While we did have to wait an extra 20+ minutes for our online order to be prepared, I can appreciate the fresh and crispy wings that we were served. I really liked the garlic parmesan wings and the ranch! The kids ate up the boneless wings with no complaints, too. The fries were a tad soggy (but still good) and the rolls were nice and fluffy.
