I'm still fairly new to anything in Lincoln despite living in Nebraska for a little over a decade! He told me he's come here several times before and that their wings were pretty good. We were both hungry and knew we had a lot ahead of us so we wanted to eat a hearty meal that was tasty! We chose our sauces and waited patiently for the tray of wings! Boy, did they deliver! Our waitress came by with the a huge tray of our 40 wings, fries, tots, and some ranch. My mouth immediately dropped open without even realizing it. Our waitress chuckled as I gathered my mouth and took not only the wonderful drool inducing smells but also how large the wings were! They were delicious! We also had an ample amount of napkins as well. I loved both sauces that we ordered and actually look forward to stopping by for wings again should we ever be in town again. The Asian flavor was a mild teriyaki flavor. The Pomegranate, which were more flavor forward than the Asian had a bit of sweetness, but not too much. The wings are made after you order and are delicious and worth the wait- but it will take at least 20 minutes for them to get to you. I don't go to the mall too often but the wings were so excellent it will be a destination location separate from the mall.

It was a pleasant surprise when our food came. The sides were brocccolini and yellow coconut rice together woth the bourbon salmon. I would say this is the most delicious salmon I've had in Lincoln. Certainly the best in Lincoln, without a doubt the best in Nebraska, and in my experience the best in the USA! (I can't say best in the world because the is a place in Mexico that is at least as good . . . . sorry.) I stop by for these wings whenever I'm back in Nebraska, which unfortunately is only once every few years. Parents live about 100 miles away but I still make the trip, and it's worth it every time.
