Whomever is currently cooking my orders needs a damn raise! Seriously though the last few orders I've gotten have been extra crispy orders are extra crispy. Not overdone, not soggy, but perfect and I use that word sparingly lol. But my orders go through doordash (shout out the driver's too for bringing the order quickly) but even packaged they stay crisp. Fries too!!! Bout to place another order now read more

For some quick wings, I wouldn't mind it here. Got an order of 15 hot wings to share with my sister and she loved it because it was extremely crispy but it was only like that because the wings aren't really meaty. Prices were decent. read more

The fries are really good. I could eat them all day long! The chicken strips themselves are really good, but I was just expecting more than some Parmesan cheese just sprinkled on top of them. I thought by the picture that they have on their web site it was more of a sauce type of coating. Do not get me wrong they are still good but just not what I was expecting. I can not wait to try some of the other flavors that they have though. read more

We eat here at least twice a week, my friends and I may have a problem... You only need to know two words: Louisiana. Rub. That is all. read more

When we first walked in the restaurant to place an order, we were turned away and were told they were not taking walk in or phone orders. It was no where near closing time, about 830 ish. So we placed an order online. I came back to pick up our orders and two young ladies were in the kitchen where the meals are prepared, very visible to customers, eating food. One had a pinkish red color in her hair. As if eating in the food prep area wasn't bad enough, she licked her fingers!! She then got rid of her items and put our boxes of food in the bags. I was so disgusted. I mentioned to the front cashier that the young lady needed to wash her hands as it was very disgusting that she would be licking her fingers and handling customers' food. The cashier stated the lady with the pink hair washed her hands. Regardless if she did wash her hands, why is she eating in the same area customers' food is prepared? Is there not a break room??? read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. wait it inside the store was 45 minutes for eight boneless wings I patiently waited because I knew they were busy after seeing three customers who ordered dining get their orders before me I asked the lady upfront if my name was called she pulled the bag that was sitting there for about 20 minutes and said yes here is your order there was another customer waiting for the manager Daniel who was gone for 45 minutes and when I arrived acted like nothing happened. worst customer service 45 minutes for eight boneless wings really. The manager Daniel only offered a refund didn't even say sorry I called back to speak to Daniel and he didn't know was going on. 45 minutes waste it save your time go to another location. Or go to Long Wongs read more

This place is a mad house. I think the core business model is partly to blame. First of all, the restaurant is clean. They proudly display their A from the health dept hanging on the wall. The problem comes in at taking the customers basic orders. The counter is barely 8ft from the front entry way. When they are semi busy it becomes a mad house. You can barely exit the restaurant because there is so many people blocking the entry way. (Poor layout). The next gripe I have is for a order/take out type place they are way to slow. It shouldn't take 25 mins to get your food after ordering. If I ever get the food I ordered I'll update this review once I taste my food. Until then I'll keep watching the time... read more

Delicious! The food is amazing and can make you feel like great. I quite enjoy getting 10 boneless wings garlic Parmesan and I'm never disappointed. I enjoy the nice Ranch. A negative is that I've gotten my normal meal but instead of boneless gotten bone in and it tasted gross! I quite enjoy bone in but the wings we really greasy and slimy and was very unpleased. read more

This place has some really good wings. This location opened up a little while back but we have been there many times since then. I prefer bone-in wings and they are really good here. The boneless option is also really good (my girlfriend prefers these). They have some great flavors that span the spectrum of mild to hot. The garlic parmesan flavor is good as is the teriyaki and BBQ. They have a variety of combos and deals so you can take care of however many people you are ordering for. If you are craving wings and are in the area, definitely stop in here. read more

I went to wing stop and ordered a 8 piece meal which was pricey for wing but still payed for it , when I got home and open my food only had 6 wings. Really bad service not the first time I get shitty service at this location never going to wing stop again read more

This is our second time being here for the money you get plenty of food and the wing sauces they have are good. Overall an excellent value, will come back again. The mango habanero sauce is my fav than comes the teriyaki forget the Cajun sauce. read more

First time here and the wings are amazing! The cashier Carla was amazing! Very friend and attentive. She made sure our drinks were full and made sure we got the right meal that was the Cheapest. She was very friendly too and told us which wings to try next time. Lemon pepper wings are bomb.com and so were the fries! read more

Much better alternative than b-dubs Didn't have any problem with wait time on a Friday night. If you don't like your fries drowned in salt, I'd request for them to go light on it read more

I'm a big fan of Wingstop and the quality of the food that they serve at this location. The employees are nice and don't mind if you need to take extra time to figure out what you want. The establishment is clean and very open. The food is always good and hot wings taste delicious everytime. read more

I went yesterday....had 30 min before haircut. I ordered 8 chicken with bone n and fries. IT TOOK THEM 35 MIN. So make sure u know isn't fastfood read more

I can not stand that I consistently ogre a large ranch which I expect in the large cup and this store always tries to give me 6 little cups. 6 little cups in no way equals a large cup. I expect to get what I order and not a substitute. The manager is rude and lied last time that they didn't have any large cups yet when I demanded one he appeared with it. Why can't you get it together and satisfy an order for what a customer is paying for and requested. read more

I wish i could give this location 0 stars. We always place an online order in advance and arrive in the time it states on the app (usually 20-25 minutes) & we always end up having to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. We have had a variety of issues with our order at this location, varying from cold food, missing items, and/or undercooked food every single time we order from here. Please take the few extra minutes and drive to a different location to get your money's worth. read more

We always get the fam 50 pack and get 35 hot and the 10 lemon pepper and 5 the Louisiana barbecue or whatever the spicy bbq is and they get our order right everytime!!! And if they dont its no problem to fix it!! If yall want great service def give this place a visit! read more

Wings were fine as was the service but prices are stupid. Cost $18 for 12 wings and one beer. Oh, also cost .89 for one ranch dressing to go with the order of Wings, not for extra ranch but for one to go with my wings. Cheap bastards, ranch comes with the order, not an add-on as also does carrots and celery. Native is going to open back up across the street so you might want to pickup your game. read more

placed an online order, and came to pick it up. cashier had me pay before they decided to tell me that the store had rand out of chicken. so no i'm forced to wait in the rain causing me to be late to a close friends birthday party!!! read more

This place has gone down hill drastically the last 2 years very sad. Never gets orders correct and Daniel the Manager need to take classes on what a Manager is. read more

Going downhill quick. The last few times we've ordered, fries have been undercooked, items forgotten, under seasoned fries. I hope they get it together! Our kid loves it and it's one of the few take out places we get. read more

$15 bucks for a dozen wings and a drink. 15 minutes after I ordered, and having seen the three people who ordered after me, receiving their orders before me, I approached the counter and asked about my order. They either forgot about my order or gave it to someone else by mistake, because that's when they started making my food. Wish they would have told me about it instead of leaving me uninformed and waiting even longer, I would have just asked for a refund. Wings were good, especially the korean bbq, but, I won't be returning. read more

I'll give the employees 5 stars. Shady manager tried to say my order didn't go through just so he could close up. But the staff still made my order cheerfully and accurately. My hats off to them and hope that one of them fills that management spot that I hope is vacated soon. read more

Super slow service every time I order from this Wing Stop....order was supposed to be ready at 8pm and it's currently 8:12p and Im pretty sure it won't be ready anytime soon read more

First of all no napkins. Our fries were large size idk if my door dash guy was eating them on the way or you guys sent out a small batch on a large plate. My mango habanero wings were dry as hell and 4 wings of my 30 pc order were missing. This isn't the same wing stop as before, im extremely disappointed. And the only reason I gave it 2 star review instead of 1 is because my lemon peeper wings were pretty decent. read more

I ordered 15 minutes ago, got here, and they just put my wings down and told me that it's going to be ready in 20 minutes. Considering that the order was placed well ahead of time and that this is the second occurrence, this will be the last time I get Wingstop from this franchise. Terrible punctuality. read more

.89 cents per wing... Pricing is high for want we're being served. Everything is an add on... Bleu cheese extra. Free refill on the iced tea (sweetened) and sodas, good, and they have a beer license too, good. Order two styles, one habanero, the other one hot (not buffalo style, but the flavor was good for the hot), but only took one bite of the habanero and it was definitely not to my liking. It took 22 minutes for twenty (20) wings ordered for in-house dine. The music was a little too loud for us (and I guess for the service person too) since the order of Seasoned Fries (that my wife ordered) never came and after rereading our ticket, they were never placed. It was a chore to order with not hearing properly. Restaurant was very clean and upon using the restroom to wash up... There are NO mirrors in there... Odd. Staff was very friendly though, another good plus. read more

My husband love wing stop. I don't because I don't eat meat. But I do love their customer service.

I'm a WINGSTOP Fanatic! And my family and I love the new flavor! Happy 25th WINGSTOP!! Thank you for serving us the Best Wings in AZ!

Terrible service. Let's start from the beginning. The person who took my order had an attitude as if he hated his job. I got the 20 piece wings which comes in 3 flavors. He didn't even know that, and looked at me like I was crazy when I told him the 3 flavors I wanted. While waiting, I got to listen to the cooks argue about why the food isn't made in a timely manner. To top that, when I received my food, I was asked for it back because they gave me someone else's take out order. I didn't even get an apology for the confusion. This place needs to step it up. read more

I love wing stop, but hate this location. I've lived in Laveen and have always went to this wing stop but it really has taken a turn for the worse. The customer service is terrible! That older man that took my order glared at me the whole time and mumbled. I've never had such terrible customer service as I've had here. There are Plenty of other options for foot in this area. Go to native New Yorker across the street and avoid this place! read more

I had a bad experience at a Wing Stop years ago so when this one opened I was skeptical. My friends made an order online and I went to pick it up. I had to wait an extra 15-20 min even though I was quoted a specific time. The man couldn't find the order then blamed me for himself not being able to find the order since I hadn't clarified it as an "online" order; he didn't ask what kind of order just asked the name. Frustrated with the service I received, I took the bag and was on my way. When I got home, I noticed that the order was incorrect. So I called to complain and was told that I had to go all the way back. When I got there, I noticed the man in the back with a scowl on his face toward me. The cashier just handed me the bag and said, "Here, sorry". Nothing else. Worst customer service. Not going back. Wish I could give no stars. read more

extremely poor service. have come here three times and orders are wrong every time but food tastes fine. Today order wasn't even close so manager (who had poor phone etiquette)said to bring food in to get it fixed. upon coming in manager proceeded to laugh and didn't understand the issue. continued to laugh at myself and my wife then took someeone else's order. Then he got cold wings put sauce on and handed them. Do not go here under any circumstances. read more

Lexia charged me for everything separate instead of a package meal, even the sauces and fries,20 wings instead of 24, the manager would not even come out to talk with me, Lorraine. Paid more for a lot less, went to Pizza Hut for Wing Wednesday to make up for what I was shorted, then accidentally placed a great review for Pizza Hut here, trying to get removed. read more
