When I declined they said they couldn't offer a refund on my drink. And of course the GM is no help! I placed an online order on Sunday September 10 at 5:54pm. It said order was going to be ready between 23-28 minutes. I got to the store around 6:35 pm, paid for the food and the girl up front told me 5 minutes and it would be ready. There were multiple people asking for their food. One of the employees was running back and forth saying bad words because everyone was asking for their food and some person asked for a refund because they were taking way too long with his food. I waited probably 15-20 minutes after i got there. I just grabbed my food and left. I got to my car and opened the bag only to see that the ranch was all over the bag I guess they just threw it on the very bottom and 2 of them opened. I had ordered 2 extra ones. I didn't go inside because there was a lot of people so I just left. When I got home and opened the containers I wished I had checked my food while at the restaurant. The chicken from latto meal was so dry and over cooked that my kid didn't want to eat it. It was so hard because it was over cooked. Let me try and get my words as I right this as this was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. So we order and like always we get hone to find we are missing half the order. Go back and the Manager comes checks our food and agrees we are missing everything. He stands there in front of me and takes off his hat with hot sauce all over his hands and rubs the sweat on his forehead into his hair and puts his hat back on. He goes thru the bag and take out the fries and veggies and tells me to keep the wings and they will remake everything. He takes the fries to the guy cooking fries and the guy puts them back in the oil. Then the manager proceeds to mix wings. As you have read he hasn't washed his hands as of now. I made an order Sunday , I made the order online because I've had to wait very long on the phone to even make my order and I get it it gets busy on weekends. I picked up my order and asked if there was ranch and ketchup in the bag and the employee confirmed it was. I grab my bags and arrive home and there is no dip anywhere. I had to drive back and when I arrived there was no line and no one came up to help. I had to ask for someone to help and they said "I got you" a female employee got near to set the to go bags on the shelf and I explained that they didn't give me ranch so if they could give me ranch , she proceeded to ask how many so I said well I had to drive back here and my food is now probably cold so give me one big one to which she asked if I had paid for it. The lack of customer service and quality of work from all these young employees is pathetic. They need to be trained to be friendly and make up for their mistakes. WORST SERVICE EVER! I NEVER write reviews but I just had to. While visiting family in the area, I original thought I would go to Panda Express but thought huh let me go and get some lemon pepper wings from wingstop. I go into this locator baseline, the rep was pleasant but started the conversation with there is a 30 to 40min wait on orders. Being hungry I decided why not. I started with my order, 10 wings all flat. She stops me and says "we can't do all flat as we have been getting orders for all flat and we can't". The rep then goes to ask the manager and she came back and said all he said was No! I asked if she wouldn't mind getting him and she did. The manager comes up guns blazing and states "we can't do all flats". His demeanor was annoyed and aggressive. He went on to state that he has over 200 pieces of chicken that is all flats for another customer but can't do my 10 pc. He over talked me and when I asked him for his name he refused. He went on to ask for my name, what I did for a living and what company I worked for as if he would report me when he is in the wrong. He came off as stressed and very unprofessional. He called me bruh as if I would identify with that type of language because I am black. He then decided if I wanted to wait 40min that he would give me all flats. At this point I did not trust that he wouldn't spit in my food or somehow sabotage my order. I left after he gave me a store number as 678 which I think is incorrect. He was a Hispanic or Mexican gentleman with tatts on his arm. He definitely shouldn't be a shift manager or any member of leadership. Food was not ready, had to wait an additional 30 minutes and the food was not correct and the fries were extremely over cooked, burnt even. I get home and had the completely wrong flavors for both of my wing orders. I ordered the voodoo fries and they were hard, burnt, burnt tasting, and had barely any of the toppings. I have never been so dissatisfied with my order and the service. At the restaurant other peoples orders were "mysteriously cancelled" and neither myself or any other customer was offered a drink while we waited or expressed their apologies for the wait and inconvenience. The staff in the kitchen were not using gloves, touching raw chicken bare handed, constantly willing their hands on their jean pants and the not a single woman had their hair in a ponytail or bun. Absolutely horrid on every level. Having never been here before, I checked out the menu online before coming in. The flavor choices looked plentiful and varied, they advertised one of the cool new coke machines, and the fries looked delicious. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. I got there and it was in the middle of what is considered to be "lunch rush" time, and it was a day that many people have off or take off (Good Friday), and there were only 2 other people there. This should of been a red flag. I step up to the counter (which was in sneezing distance from the front door) and I place my order. The cashier was either new or not awake, this was a seriously strenuous feat just to order lunch for three people. She kept going in circles, asking me questions that had already been answered, and ignoring questions that I had just to move on with her rehearsed prompts. $33 dollars for 3 meals later, I was waiting for my food. The cashier asked me if I wanted my drinks now (sure, I'll take my cups and fill them in the cool new Coke machine with all the options that was advertised on your website, surely it must be around the corner......Nope. They had a min soda station behind the counter. The Dr. Pepper tasted like the bag was empty and the ice tasted like it was made with filthy tap water. Fortunately I did not have to drink much of it because the 20 oz. cup was 18oz ice. They shoved all three meals into one bag, which was so full you couldn't even close it, let alone have enough room to hold the bag closed. Add this to two to-go cups and it was fun trying to get it in and out of my car. The fries were in an open basket, this made it fun when the unclosable bag fell over in my car. I get the food back to work (5 minutes after it was placed in my hand) and we begin to eat our meals. It is here that I find the bag must of been too stuffed to the gills for them to put silly things like napkins or forks in. This made for a very cumbersome meal to (try to) eat. The fries were cold, soggy, and tasted like they were coated in sugar. My wings (Hawaiian and teriyaki) were absolutely disgusting. The Hawaiian was savable with ranch, but still tasted like the bottom of someone's shoe. I have been to Hawaii, I have no clue what flavor profile of the state they were trying to emulate, whatever it was, they failed. The Teriyaki was absolutely dreadful. It literally tasted like someone poured BBQ sauce in a dirt field and then rolled chicken in it. I forced myself to eat one whole piece because I was so saddened to of spent so much money on 6 chicken wings, but it was just plain disgusting. The whole meal left a nasty after taste in my mouth. I feel like I just threw my money down the drain, the food was disgusting, the service was pitiful, and the prices were astronomical. Never, Never again, will I give this place my money. read more

Yummy! My Chicken was finger licken. My first experience here was fantastic. Walked in to place an order with the friendly staff and waited in the dining area for my food to be prepared to go. The venue was clean and orderly. The TV's were on making it a comfortable waiting place. My food was prepared exactly to the time the cashier stated it would be done. When I got home my chicken was still warm as it was wrapped properly to seal in the great taste. Great first experience I will have to dine at this location again when I am in the area. read more

Pretty similar experience than the rest of the reviews here. I ordered online, 25-30 minute wait, arrived 5 minutes later than time listed only to have to wait another 35 minutes for my food. Wasn't busy by any means. The pair in front of me that ordered dine in got their food before me, which is where my issue comes in. There were 4 cooks and a manager it seems like who was checking inventory. They all stood around talking with no sense of urgency to get food out while customers stood around growing impatient.
