I just think that the prices are very high for wings I mean why is it 15 dollars for ten wings I just don't even understand

This place is slow af! Tables are all dirty and filled with peoples garbage because no one is bussing the tables... and there's no where to throw it away! There are so many people just standing my the pick up counter because there isn't enough seating. My 40 minute wait had been over an hour and still no wings in site. read more

Went here for my second time, this place had so many workers attending to phones, making food and cleaning that it made me feel comfortable. Not only this ; but , my order came out perfect ! Nice crispy wings, not soggy fries and great service even when they were busy (the extra staff helps). Good location, their on point here. read more

Ordered, got my food got all the way home to realized they messed it up had to drive 15 mins back to change it out guy didn't give a shit tried 0 things to make my time wasted better. Won't be returning thanks. read more

I just don't understand the reasoning behind charging customers for dipping sauce. If a customer is buying 30 wings at $29. Why would you not include dipping sauce.. and why charge and additional almost $1 for a tiny container of ranch. Even gross McDonald's includes a free sauce with their chicken nuggets. Any place that I spend almost $30 for something and still have to come out of my pocket and my own fridge for something , just isn't worth it. The wings are mediocre compared to voodoo wings. read more

Worst Wingstop I have ever been to, would put 0 stars if possible. First off me and my father go to get some dinner, place our orders and all of a sudden all these rules are in place for the .60 cent wings, only 3 flavors, only this only that etc, still go through with mine and his order. We are eating in the place and this whole Baseball team comes in a few minutes later and place 5+ orders, I receive my food at the table and wait for my fathers food to eat together, literally the whole baseball teams orders get to them, then a few customers behind them, by this time he is fed up and asks for a refund, the manager gives a refund without question and doesn't even apologize!!! Somebody needs some management classes! Me and my fiancé stay and finish our order while my father and step mom leave to go eat somewhere else. We are sitting there eating burned to a crisp fries, way to crunchy wings, like hurt your teeth to chew crunchy. I also notice they are playing Spanish music and 2 TVs are on Spanish channels, and of course the 3rd tv is on CNN of course it is... Do yourself a favor and go to a different location, trust me it's worth the extra few minutes, this location is a joke. read more

Went on Saturday 6/1/19 and I ordered the family 40 pack for my husbands birthday dinner. Got home and the wings were the worst I've ever had. It looked like they were old and re-heated. There was absolutely no flavoring like I couldn't even taste the lemon on the lemon pepper wings. They were so dehydrated and dry the ranch wasn't enough to give them flavor. The fries were under cooked and flopped over and soggy. Most disappointing food I've ever gotten there. Whoever cooked on Saturday should be fired!!! I couldn't even give it a 2 star it was that bad. Shame on them and never again. read more

I love Wingstop. But hate this location. I often receive the wrong order or Slightly incorrect configuration of the order. Tonight I waited what seemed to be a extremely long period of time for my order. And when I finally asked what was going on m, everyone looked around confused and it's because they completely forgot about it. Just over a half hour wasted. This specific location is consistently so bad it makes me want to apply for a job there, infiltrate, climb the ladder and teach the stoned employees how to perform basic functions. read more

Best wings in town!! Great staff, thanks for being so awesome. Had a delivery driver leave me hanging with a late pickup so food was cold, they remade it and said sorry without me even asking! Talk about above and beyond read more

Terrible service all around no matter what time of day you come in. Always told to order online first because it's always a 30 minute wait even when the lobby is completely empty. chairs are stacked on the tables as if you aren't allowed to sit inside at all. Finally decided to order online and when I go to pick it up it's completely ice cold. Unprofessional won't ever be coming back. read more

I love this new location. I've been here twice in the last week! The staff here is awesome! We were welcomed right when we walked in, by 10 employees at once! Quite a unique experience :D Now I'm happy and ready to eat. I tend to stick with the original hot, but all the wing flavors here are great. Bring your family, because there's lots of seating. I've already brought my brother and girlfriend here :) This location is clean and professional. I will be coming back again soon. You can bet on that!!! If you get fries, try them with the nacho cheese. It's to die for!!! Food here is worth the wait, because it's always so hot and fresh... read more

Love this wingstop location. The staff here is super friendly, even when the restaurant gets really busy, they keep their cool. I'm usually served quickly, and if you're the type of person who hates waiting, you can just call in your order. The restaurant is always clean, including the tables, despite there being no trashcans. They also have 4 tvs and they're playing different channels, incase you're not a die hard sports fan. read more

Picked up Wings last night. They tasted hard and old like they had been sitting around for a day or so and just warmed up.

I am so glad this location opened up...... way easier for me than having to go into the Santa Fe Casino for wings........Ordered take out on a weekday, family pack of 40 wings and fries. I got the Louisiana Rub, the Lemon Pepper, and the Garlic Parmesan flavors on the wings. I also ordered all flats and cooked well done....... They were cooked perfectly!!!! I recommend if getting take out, order well done on the wings and on the fries too, this helps them to stay crispy on the trip to their final destination...... read more

This was my favorite wings place. But I kept finding feathers in the chicken. Sorry guys.

I ordered my family meal online with an add on of lemon pepper boneless wings for only 2.99 (pretty good deal). I double checked my email before I left to make sure that the confirmation went through and yup, there is was, so I left to go pick up my order. I got there and the staff was warm and greeted me nicely. The restaurant was clean even though it was pretty busy. I requested my order and showed them my confirmation and they never received it in their system. I had to reorder and wait. I did ask the manager for a discount considering I had proof of my order and had to wait an additional 20 minutes and he was nice enough to give me 10% off for my inconvenience. In short, the food was okay. The best part were the delicious rolls and the lemon pepper boneless wings that I just threw in the order. Everything was hot and fresh but not as tasty as I had hoped. The staff was nice and the manager was kind enough to give me something for my inconvenience. I don't know that I will be heading back any time soon but my advise to you is that if you are ordering in advance, do not just rely on your email confirmation make the call and see that they have received it in their system or just call in and order over the phone. Okay, but not great. read more

The lights went out and the crew kept it together. David was amazing and very professional. What could have turned out to be a complete disaster he used his positive attitude and customer service to make all of us feel safe. The food still turned out to be delicious and worth the wait. read more

I've been going to this location for over 2urs now, picking up 99.9% of the time. I've ordered for delivery twice, and they've always messed up the order. The 2nd time I just never got it at all. When I called the restaurant the manager with attitude told me that they can make another one which will take 45mins to prepare and I'll have to come out to pick it up. She didn't even try to figure our what their delivery driver did with my order, no apology, just audacious attitude of complete disregard... I just sent her to hell over the phone and will never go back! read more

I came in around lunchtime on a Tuesday. I was greeted by what seemed like every person who works at Wing Stop, which made me smile. Nancy was my cashier and she handled my order really well and went above and beyond what I would expect from a cashier at a counter place. She made me feel welcome and handled a few special requests I had with my order with no problem. Frankly, I knew I would come back to this place before I even had my wings because I appreciated the level of attention paid by each member of the staff to the customer experience. Even so, my wings were delish. I got ten garlic Parmesan and if you get the full meal - 10 wings, a soda and a side with two huge sauces - there is excellent value for money. IRecommend this place for wings for sure. read more

Upon arrival I was starving and craving wings! Hello, Wingstop. Never been here before so I didn't know exactly what to order. The girl at the cashier helped me through the menu onto the perfect combo meal with fries and a drink. Did I mention I got greeted by their whole staff at once when I walked in? I felt welcomed, like I was having lunch with friends. Now let's get to the food, it was so fresh and came out piping hot! I didn't mind waiting either. Quality food is my number one reason to eat out. This isn't just fast food. I would recommend all my friends to come:) 5 stars!!! read more

Overall customer service was amazing thanks to Nieosha who helped me out a lot and I feel deserves a raise a at all costs! :)

Staff was friendly and made our order quick and correctly. Definitely would recommend this location.

Ok so my last visit to this wingstop was bad and I still decided to order from here since everyone else in my lit group was getting their lunch from here. Unfortunately my food was no better than last time it was actually worse. This time my chicken still had it hair on several peices. You would think with all those people there running their mouths at the front could be doing their job in the back and cleaning that chicken. I paid for improperly cleaned chicken smothered in sauce. Next time I will stick with my first thought read more

Love me some Wingstop. The fact that all orders are made fresh is a plus, it's a little bit of a wait, but if you plan ahead and order then drive over its perfect. I usually always do that. I love their wings but lately I've been getting the chicken strips and I'm in love. Nice and saucy. Not a huge fan of the fries but that is no big deal to me. read more
