On April 29, go in to Wingstop on Rainbow and ordered 10 pc classic well done. 10min later I was given chicken that was not well done and was not freshly dropped. The staff tried to explain that they had already chicken dropped out of convience which is not safe. I asked how long was the chicken sitting before they were redropped, this is a bad habit and will eventually make customers sick. I refuse to pay for convenience, laziness, and bad food service handling. It is not fair to have to ask staff to drop fresh chicken. The fries for example, I used to love the old seasoning how it was sweeter and different from every other fast food restaurant, but now they've changed and it's not as exciting anymore(still good fries but not exciting) the buffalo wings changed as its like a seasoning instead of a sauce. It's about 3:30pm Tuesday september 24, 2024. I found the restaurant clean, both the tables and floor. The order taker was helpful in taking all four of our orders. On my last visit I had the boneless chicken with bbq sauce. I found them to be on the smaller side and with too much sauce. I didn't taste much of the chicken. That just may be me. This time I ordered the regular wings and found them delightful. They were large, plump and tender. I have a personal problem with animals in restaurants and grocery stores. I know service animals are allowed, and agree with the need for them to be in all areas with their people. But really, how does one know if they truly are service animals? Today, this Doberman, a large dog, while well behaved, makes me question if this is a service animal or not. Usually when you do the free fries they allow you to choose any type of fries you'd like when you do a survey , they had messed up our order the first time, forgot mild sauce , & then didn't allow me to redeem the fries I wanted because their manager was there , not sure if she was being rude or sum but not going to this wingstop again . So I placed an order when I get off work and wanted my order to be ready by 8:30, so I arrive 15 mins early. When I walk in the cashier tells me that they don't have my order, after I show her the confirmation email, I gave her the name of my order. So she tells me their system doesn't tell them till 10 mins before it's ready, mind you I placed the time because I factored in traffic from where I was coming from. I got there at noon on a Friday... the place was overly crowded with high schoolers... they had actually surpassed the occupancy limit. I counted. There was no room to sit, nor to stand when ordering and waiting. Before ordering, I looked to see if the teens had their food, it appeared they did. So I thought it wouldn't be much of a wait... The guy that was ahead of me told me he had waited an hour for his order. I watched them attempt to give my order with my name attached to it, to a teen boy. Well eating a customer came in and raised his voice well lecturing life lessons because he got a to go bag like me though he was also eating at the establishment. Most staff just kept their head down well cleaning well the one's being lectured remained mostly professional but frustrated understandably. I'm super glad there was a Wing Stop on the way to Spring Mountain from our side of town. We've been craving lemon pepper wings for a while. I always ask for well done fries, and they came out delicioussss! Everything in this location was great in regards to the food and service when I went. We always get our usual classic wing combo of half original hot and half garlic parmesan flavours (with blue cheese dip) but for this round we also tried their lemon pepper wings and atomic boneless wings. I love a good 'ole micky D's French fries but these are fresh cut and fried. The coloring and the crisp is way better than In n Out and probably my favorite, especially with their ranch sauce that tastes rich and not like the watered down, thin ranch sauce that you'd find at most establishments.
