Served me undercooked fries. When I asked for a new batch they new batch taste like they were sitting for a while. Very busy and did not prepare food well. Unfortunate because wing stop is too expensive for my food to be prepared incorrectly. Waste of my $$$ read more

Where do I start , I ordered 15 boneless wings , 8 hot and 7 garlic Parmesan. The hot ones were soggy and tasted baked not fried , the garlic Parmesan wings came completely naked ! 20$ gone down the drain , got home to find this out , I called 42 times just to get a busy signal instead of my order corrected read more

Wingstop - This isn't what I ordered and whatever it is was poorly prepared - Chicken Wings Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Everything was excellent in and out my food still hot just like I like it and everything I ordered was there

I placed a order online for delivery, track the order. When I see the order is almost here, the driver marked it as delivered but it never got delivered to me. So when I call, the options that are given to me is a refund which can take 7-10 business days, pick up the read more

Did an online order to pick up within 15-20 minutes, an extra 20 mins was added due to staff being backed up. 30 mins go by & my order still wasn't ready, the young lady said she seen my order being processed, I waited a total of 1hour just for them to tell me my food order was never received, I provided confirmation and location but they never cared to check the status on their system. Made me waste 1 hour just to walk out with nothing ! & my order was paid for ! Absolutely horrible customer service! read more

First time at this Wingstop, and the wings were tasteless. Well the sauce "Mango Habanero" was on the outside but when you bite into the wing there was no flavor. I will not return to this establishment. read more

We stopped in tonight and called ahead and ordered 50 wings and two fries half garlic Parmesan and half mango habanero. By the time we got home only half of our wings only garlic Parmesan and NO celery/carrots... Called to tell them we're missing our half order and they cussed us out on the phone and hung up on us when we ask to speak to a manager? Super unprofessional and uncalled for. Won't be going back here. Which is disappointing because we love wing stop read more

Wings are good. Perfect. A little pricey, but what is up with no napkins? These are wings! We don't get forks, we eat them with our hands. Cmon people. ‍ there's sauce on these wings. Don't get cheap on us. read more

Was craving Wingstop but after today's experience I will have to find a new location. The food taste like yesterday. Wings, Fries, Bread all cold. Don't order in the morning read more

This place is great, great food, service & atmosphere. I had a lunch date with my daughter, her girlfriend & my bestie so we chose Wingstop. The kids never ate here & chicken fingers are their favorite so I knew they would enjoy the food. The server, Anthony, who took our order knew the menu well & was patient & helpful. We got a family pack with 30 boneless wings in 3 flavors, 3 dips, fries & veggies. We had mild, Hawaiian & BBQ flavors & all were super saucy & super yummy. They have the new coke machine to make your own flavors too, bonus! There was so much food we even had leftovers to bring home. We will definitely be back, it was a great experience. read more

Came in here for just a quick lunch order of 7 chicken strips. Ordering Togo. Was told it would take 20 min for the chicken strips. Okay not a big deal. But then I was told I'm not allowed to wait inside. I had to wait outside or in my car. But I don't have my car and it's windy and cold outside. I thought NV opened up. I guess not WingStop. My husband came to pick me up so I won't be cold. we waited in our car. 20 min went by. Our order was sitting inside and nobody bother to come and signal or call to tell us it's ready. We had to go inside and check and it has been sitting there. Poor customer service. read more

All they do is wings and every time I go in, I'm told there's a 20 min wait. Today again. The short girl with the black hair didn't even know what I wanted to order yet but she knew it was a 30 min wait. If all you do is one thing why is there such a long wait every time?? Not even going to try anymore. Also, this was at 3pm, not rush hour for lunch or dinner. read more

Didn't expect this wingstop to be so bad, I'm very surprised. The people working here have absolutely no customer service skills, I wouldn't be surprised if they're all still kids in school because they act like it. Placed an order online to pick up on my lunch time at 11:45 and it wasn't done until 12:00 after they tried to give me a completely wrong order with my name written on it? Then proceeded to argue that it's mine. Like what LOL I have the digital receipt? All I ordered was fries and they couldn't even get that right. Then proceed to dump ranch on them lol like I don't understand what's so hard about being a decent person or doing a simple job. read more

These wings stopped me ! It's New Year's Eve so I had to grab some wings before head out to the strip. Didn't know I could have ordered in advance so I didn't have to wait 20 minutes for some wings. Pretty crowded, and take outs kept flying in and out so business was booming. Small low key spot for some wings. Servers were very nice. I ordered the mango habanero, garlic parmesan and the lemon pepper. Boy the mango habanero really have some kick to it. I really enjoyed this flavor. The garlic Parmesan was okay I enjoyed it a lot less. The last flavor lemon pepper chicken was pretty much horrible. All I taste was salt, really tough to eat. I paid for it so I had to munch away anyways. Wish the cooks took more time preparing, 20 minutes for salt chicken was tough to eat. Everything else was pretty much perfect. Not my first time here. But I'll be back ! read more

Everytime i go to this wingstop everyone is always really friendly and the food is always good ... They messed up my order today giving 2 of the same meals which had the flavors my boyfriend wanted which is waayyy to spicy for me! When i called them and told them they were really apologetic and told me to come back and they would make it over for me. When i told them i was walking (no car) they upgraded it from 8 to a 10 piece for the inconvenience and also gave me another drink when i arrived cause its hot outside! The ladies at this wingstop were really nice...thanks for knowing how to treat your customers the right way! This is a nice surpirse they gave me fries too!! Yay my old fries were cold! read more

I don't too often treat myself to chicken wings but when I do, I love variety!! There is no better place for me to find that than at Wingstop! The food is always fresh, hot and cooked just right. My last order was a pick up in the store and the customer service was unforgettable. Everyone wants to make sure you have been helped and are not having to wait too long. They had plenty of people on shift to insure the job was getting done and in a timely manner. Yes! I recommend when you're craving some crispy, flavorful goodness!! Yum!! read more

So I was craving wings. Called around 11:10pm and all it was doing was ringing. No answer. Kept calling and now it's on a busy tone. Wasn't born yesterday. They left a line on so they couldn't get calls. So I start driving over there. Website says closes at midnight. Big sign on the window. Says closes at midnight. So I walk in there and everybody is cleaning. Greeted with welcome to wingstop. I ask the lady are u guys open or closed. She said they are open. So I was like ok great. Then she says we are not taking orders anymore. Then I repeated so are u open or closed and she said opened but not taking orders anymore. And that's when I get upset because first if they would of answered rather then leaving a phone on to not receive calls anymore. They could of just told me over the phone so I wouldn't waste time going. Second. Why leave the doors open for people to come inside to be told. They are basically closed. If I could give this place a zero. I would. Because who ever was in charge. Need some taking too. Not very professional at all. read more

Absolutely the worst!!!!! We should be able to give NO STARS!!! Walked in and placed an order for 25 wings mild only. Told 20 at 8:46pm. Asked about order along with another guy who was waiting at 9:10pm. Told 5 more minutes. Other guy got his even though he came in after me and ordered. Lied to by saying they are coming up right now. No, they aren't! I can see your food line!! WTF?? THEN had to tell and scream for several more minutes to get my cash back during which they were still stalling trying to get my wings which they STILL didn't DO!!! PA-THE-TIC!!!!! Terrible service.. we ordered a combo for two which should come with one ranch and ordered a second one and the staff on duty said we only get one because we didn't order a combo which we did!! When I got there they couldn't find my order so I had to show proof it was there.. what place doesn't provide ranch for wings!! We need to order fries for ranch that doesn't make sense... the person who explained it didn't even apologize, if she looked at the ticket she would see we got two fries and extra one we ordered and the second one that it came it so upsetting read more

Always hear good things about this place but it didn't blow me away. Boneless wings were more breading than good chunks of white meat.
