I've been coming to this location for the past six months, and it completely changed my opinion of Wingstop. I'd had bad experiences at other locations before, so I usually preferred other wing restaurants. This location is different. Every visit has been consistently great. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly and hardworking, and my order is usually ready in about 10 minutes. The food is always hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly--crispy wings without all the excess grease. Consistency is what keeps me coming back. After six months, I've never had a bad experience here. Hot Honey Please!!! I stopped by Wingstop this afternoon for a 30pc meal + tenders to celebrate my nephews birthday (his meal request). This location is well maintained and very clean. The young lady at the register was extremely polite and efficient which I most definitely appreciated. Wait time was exactly as mentioned and my food was piping hot just how I anticipated it would be. A customer randomly recommended hot honey during a visit to another location recently and ever since I tried it my nephew and I have totally been hooked. Then I was told about the promotion of doing a survey for free fries , I proceeded to do the survey to get the free fries, cause the fries are great there . And as we went up to the window to let them know that we had completed the survey showed them the proof of us completing the survey. I mean like 15 min late, after quoting 15 min. That's double the time. I know stuff happens but yikes. Then we didn't get the right meal. I mean I was feeding 4 people and my names not Jeffrey so 6 wings and a Coke isn't going to cut it. Calling the store was a PAIN IN THE A$$. They didn't want to believe me because they kept saying the driver said he delivered correctly so I had to fight with them to finally have them send the correct order. The quoted to fix my order? 1-2 hours!!! Is that a joke? We asked if we could just come pick it up. They said no. Seriously? We came anyway and got our food. I said I would never patron this establishment again. Yeah, that didn't last long. Since dine-in is now available, I wanted to give them another try. The wings are great, cooked well with no mistakes on the order. I didn't know you could personalize the corn wheels and now I'm obsessed with lemon pepper corn. I love the garlicky blue cheese here too. So good. The dining room was pretty freaking clean and so were the bathrooms. The staff is young and of course a bit flighty but they were never rude or ignored us. Ok....this is my second time going into this place. You can get hooked on the wings and thighs but the soda machine, huge, huge NO NO!!!
