We stopped in to this location for the first time. The gentleman that made my sandwich acted as if he didn't want to be at work. He was rude and in a hurry not making my sandwich a pleasant one. I asked for extra mayo and he literally added a one inch sliver. Horrible attitude and for what I paid it was ridiculous. I complained to the manager and he did offer mayo packets. Wanted a quick sandwich on a time crunch. Nope. I tried five times to make an online order for the 6.99 promo and it would freeze. So I go down to the store. They tell Me again. Online only. So I do it another ten times in front of them. Freezes and exits me out. Another two customers are in the store. The worker says let me get the manager. He was a jerk and then some. He just says. Yep not my problem. The other customer says I need to pick up my order. He mumbles to her about online. She says the website is down. He hands her the order and she leaves. He just tells me sorry, he doesn't care not his problems and walks away. I just leave. I'm not a regular customer and had a gift card. I can see that I won't be. The food is barely edible. read more

I ordered a footlong meatball marinara, cut in half & wrapped separately. The 1st half was ok but the 2nd half was wrapped differently. It had a white paper that had black smudges all over the paper that it looked so dirty ( so I was just so pissed off I forgot to take pictures before I returned it to the store.) The girl at the counter said the paper was part of the preparation when they toast the bread thus the black smudges. MY POINT IS WHY DO YOU SERVE YOUR SANDWICHES ON PAPER THAT HAD BLACK SMUDGES? I placed an online order for a BMT. The sandwich was made incorrectly, for whatever reason, and I called to rectify it. A Hispanic lady answered the phone and kept interrupting me and talking over me, giving me an attitude while I was trying to figure out what happened and how to fix it. I had to talk louder because she was not listening to me, to which she placed me on hold indefinitely. Clearly she had no intention of returning to the phone call as the line was muted for a few minutes, so I hung up. We stopped in on a Thursday and went back on the following Monday because it was so good! Both visits were equally impressive. The crew was awesome, very helpful and friendly. The place was spotless and the sandwich was excellent. We hadn't eaten at Subway for many years but we walked away very satisfied. The price was lower than we expected too. I don't think that we could have made the same sandwich at home for less. WOWOWOWWWW subway done stepped they game up!!!! I haven't been here since around February 2019 and I only came to try the garlic bread they have. They definitely outdid themselves. The garlic bread on the Italian herbs and cheese bread is bussin! the workers in here are hella nice and patient with all the customers that came in. They even have new drinks! Parking - Not much, perhaps a total of 10 spaces for three stores there. 3. Ambiance - A typical Subway. 4. Food choices - A typical Subway, with all the normal meats, cheeses and veggies 5. Not Typical - What sets this place apart is the quality service. Just three days ago, I was at another Subway in Henderson ordering a sandwich platter for a meeting and so I have something recent to compare: a. Meats - I think they are controlled by this, so nothing special. b. Veggies - They really packed these on. Compared to the Henderson one, they went all out. c. Service - I was there at 11:15 and one person was before me. When I ordered the platter which is 5 sandwiches, Then, 5 people came in immediately after me, so they had a very busy time. Immediately two others came out of the back and started helping all the other clients. Excellent way to manage client expectations and a busy load. d. More - They even asked me if I wanted another sandwich for 5.00 more as it will pack the tray that is reserved for the mustard and mayo packs. I did do this and it rounded out the platter nicely. At the henderson Store, they did not ask and I did not know and the tray looked a bit empty to me and not a nice way to impress the meeting. 6. Overall - The service here for a chain was tremendous. Veggies are definitely fresh, crisp, well cleaned and displayed. The folks who make the Subway Sandwiches are very pleasant and work very fast to give you what you want and how you want it. Their food is always great, only downfall is it seems as if their a bit picky with their portions that they put on their sandwiches. I always ask for them to put on extra and it's very little.
