The place is very clean and tidy. The cashier taking the order was polite and professional. I walked in for a order to go. 2 combo meals where ready in about 10 minutes. Good Service. 2/5 stars mainly for horrible service and management! Ordered a pretty large to go order for 6 people, when we brought it back to the hotel we found they hadn't given us 1 of the orders of wings and the other order was just plain 20 wings, not the BBQ flavored ones we had ordered. Also was missing a basket of fries. We called them and the manager said we would have to bring the entire order back in to get our correct items according to the policy. We had already started eating the other items, so did not go back. We called another location and they said it's not wingstop policy to bring the entire order back. Poor customer service. read more

Very horrible experience, and I usually live this Wingstop. We walk in and the lady at the register instantly has an attitude! She takes our order rudely and we take a seat. As we were sitting my wife places another order online for her mom to take when we leave, this was at least 20 minutes after we had arrived. About 20 minutes later her online order was ready but our order was still not done. We waited about an hour before our 3 yr old god daughter started to get fussy, she was hungry. After over hearing me say the foos is almost done the lady that took our order brought over an old looked like partially open brownie to sooth the baby. She didn't want that so the lady screams at the guys in the back "y'all got that baby out there crying, she's hungry". About 10 mins later she brings over the 2 yes 2 chicken strips we order for her but still our food is not ready. We sat there about two hours before I asked for a refund. The "mangers" come and say they don't know how to do a refund and call "Peggy" on the phone. Peggy talks the "manager" through how to give a refund and he then prints out a receipt that has total 0.00 and says " here that's yo refund,ya money is gunna go back on your card" and proceeded to walk away. I said oh no I've worked in customer service and in fast food before and this is not a refund receipt, so Peggy needs to come up here to give the proper refund. I had to then wait for 15 -20 mins for Peggy the "supervisor" to get there to do a refund. It took all three of them to give me my refund. They were all rude unprofessional and talked to us as though WE were the problem! All I wanted was my fried thighs fries and corn. And after waited 2 and a half hours we finally received a refund but no food and horrible customer service!!!!! I will never go back to this Wingstop again. I have never been talked to by a someone in a place of business like today. The lady that took our order walks over to our table takes the partially opened brownie wraps it back up and puts it back on the counter to be sold again. This place needs better more knowledge employees, that shouldn't take smoke breaks when they have orders! read more
