I placed an online order to ensure that my order would be correct when submitted which meant correct when I received it. My husband picked up the order and trusting that it would be correct, came home. Once arriving in the rain, we discovered I had boneless wings (nuggets) instead of traditional wings. After telling the issue, I got a deep sigh and a rushed "Well we'll replace it, come get it." I have an autoimmune disorder that makes walking difficult at times and my husband had other errands. placed a wingstop order at around 11:35 last night and went to go pick it up. After getting home with my food I opened up the bag and saw that instead of giving us the fries we ordered, we were given corn which neither of us will eat. Thinking it was a simple mistake I called up there at around 11:55 and told them what had happened. They basically told me that they're out of fries and just giving everyone corn. i told them I wasn't gonna eat the corn and wanted a refund for the corn portion, they said there's nothing they can do and abruptly said "trying refunding on the app" before hanging up without another word. The lady who answered the phone was the same one who gave me my food the first time (red hair and hella lip piercings). so obviously pissed I drove up there and made it about ten minutes after they closed. The dude at the door said they cant do anything and locked me out before I could even Say anything else. what pissed me off the most though was the rude ass lady and the fact that on all the online orders, they give you the customers phone number to call if there's any issues, and they still chose to willingly fuck up an order then to do what's right. 1. Not respecting their own COVID-19 rules of having people wait in their cars for food. Also not following state guidelines that all employees that are facing a customer need to be wearing masks. After several attempts of asking him to repeat what he was saying over the loud music, I just started guessing, paid and sat down to wait for my order. They seem to prioritise DoorDash orders over dine-in customers and the staff seem a little nonchalant for a service business, it felt like I was bothering them by saying to order some food. I have eaten here 3 times within the last 2 months. The food has been fantastic each time, made fresh and served within 10 minutes. No complaints at all with the food. The staff has been helpful, responsive and positive. Good people and good food. The portion size is large enough to be split between 2 people making this a very affordable meal. I will continue to go back. The restaurant environment is a little on the cool side and the music is a little too loud to have an easy, relaxing conversation at the table.
