I ordered a delivery through the wingstop online site for LaMarque, TX location. The delivery never came so I cancelled the order and left an unsatisfactory review and contacted customer support with this problem along with ongoing past problems. The GM ( Brandon Johnson) contacted me back and I was told I would receive a full refund along with a complimentary free meal for the inconvenience, which I picked up a week later. Two weeks later I was still not refunded, so I contacted him back with only false confirmation of him working on it. After awhile he ignored my inquiring results texts. So the general manager blew me off which is basically theft. I paid for a delivery fee, a tip and a meal which I never received along with a refund. This is alarming after Ive been a customer for four years buying 2 meals a month. Waited for my order off Uber eats for over an hour and when it got here it was completely wrong. Incompetent ppl.

First the wings were great but the delivery process was TERRIBLE. I ordered delivery online and placed my payment. A few moments after receiving my confirmation, I received a message that door dash would perform the delivery. After 40 minutes I received a text saying my door dasher was approaching my residence which is about 15 minutes from the Wingstop location. I received a text at 2:10 stating my order had been delivered but by 2:45 I hadn't received anything. I called the location who informed me my order was on the counter and it must've been a mistake. After a few minutes of saying they don't know why this happens they offered to make me fresh fries. Needless to say I had to go pick up the order.. Yes I know this is a small issue with everything we are faced with today which actually leads me to this point....I had paid a delivery fee and actually tipped very well because door dash drivers are taking a risk as well. However, I still had to pick up my order and was not compensated for the fees and tip I paid. You're either a Cowboys or Texans fan. Team Edward or Team Jacob. And you're either a Buffalo Wild Wings kinda person or Wingstop. Me personally, I'm Wingstop. Why? Well I'll tell you in a bit. But the main reason: Lemon Pepper wings. All flats. Wingstop has the best lemon pepper wings eva. Period. It's strong. And I don't know why it took me forever to understand their decor. I looked at all the airplane paraphernalia and thought wth does any of that have to do with wings. It all has to do with wings. I know. I'm slow. please forgive me. It pretty much comes down to texture. They have a good crisp outside and a juicy inside. The bourbon beans are wonderful and their yeast rolls are awesome, especially if you eat them with the bone out wings. BWW's are so huge that I actually lose the wing experience (but they are much more than a just a wing place so, take that with a grain of salt). They make some of the best fries out there. I would rank them with Five Guys and Chic fil A. Big portion too. I've been to a lot of Wingstops and one thing I can say about them is that they are pretty consistent across the board. I can go to any of them and expect the same thing. And on occasions when my order was messed up, they've corrected it and always thrown in extra things to compensate. I will say though, their prices have increased not too recently, and they redid their menu in a slightly annoying way. The add 5 option is now the add 3, and the number of wings for their meals are either not enough or too much. Another thing, they have new flavors they try out every so often, which gets frustrating if it's a good flavor. What I would do for them to bring back Chili Lime (input sad face). I had the worst experience ever on 8/1/23. I placed an order, and when I picked up my the cashier was bagging my order. I paid and got in the truck. My fries were cold, and my wings did not have a favor on them. I did ask for extra seasons, which didn't happen, nevertheless the wings were so freaken big. I went back inside and spoke to prophet, the store manager, and expressed my concerns. He first told me he understood about the big wings and that lots of people complain about them. I asked for a refund, and he stated they couldn't do that and gave me the GM number Gibson. I called Gibson a female, and she started off by saying we can't issue a refund. I explained to her I was not happy about my order. Her response was, "Oh well, what are we supposed to do with the wings, and who will pay for them?" At this point, I'm trying to hold my peace and still explain to her that I didn't want my order. Gibson said to me, "Now you are just making up excuses, and I don't have anything else to say to you. I lost my cool after that statement and cursed her out. I went back inside the store and explained to prophet what had taken place. At this point, I didn't want them to remake my food, afraid they would do something to it. I asked if I could go to the Texas city location to get my order replaced, and he stated yes. The location was about 15 minutes away. I'm a diabetic and had taken my fast acting insulin and needed food right away. I called the location just 5 minutes before I arrived, and the manager knew nothing about replacing my order. So I called prophet back and asked if he had spoken to that manager as he had told me he would. He stated, "Let me call now." He called as I walked into that location and could hear the man guy whisper. He then stated that the GM called and stated he couldn't replace my order because I cursed her out. I was still on the phone with prophet the other store manager, and told him I was not happy he had me to drive there to not get my order replaced. He apologized and stated he wouldn't have been a problem had I not cursed the GM out. He stated that the GM is refusing to issue a refund or replace my order. I called corporate and made a complaint that I didn't receive my food or refund. You would think someone would have called back the same day or the next day. It's been 3 days, and there's no call yet.
