The good is, Friendly staff, very fast. The bad was over seasoned on the Lemon wings. They were so salted, I couldn't eat no more than two wings. Had to throw the rest in the garbage, however my friend got the bbq wings & hers was good. read more

I hate this wing stop so much!!! They always get my order wrong, always oil in the bottom on the box. Like is it really that hard? I don't think so you're literally only cooking chicken & fries. & what is up with the ghetto music that's recently been playing in there? read more

My Wingstop NEVER got my order wrong and they never did me wrong I give them a /10 they ate this place up 5 stars

Worst Wingstop around. Lazy, rude, incompetent employees here. You're gonna tell me if it's over $25 I need to order online?! You just don't wanna do your job. That's ok, go over to 646 and they're more than happy to help you! read more

If it's been a minute since you went to Wing Stop- you gotta give them a try! From placing the order on a Friday night and the app says it will be ready in 7-12 minutes(it used to say 38-45 minutes) The food is hot- the fries are crispy, and the customer service is off the charts! Give them another chance- we ordered multiple times thinking it was a fluke but they're killing it!! read more

When Wingstop announced earlier this year it was going to serve chicken sandwiches, I thought to myself, "How is it going to stack up against the one at Popeyes?" A few months and an Uber Eats order later, I have an answer to that question: Yes it does! There are a dozen flavors to choose from. I went with the Cajun, which could actually pass for a Nashville-style hot chicken sandwich. And that's not a bad thing, either. Eleven more to go. read more

I am writing my review before we eat, and was skeptical after reading the old reviews, but my experience today was amazing. I did not get the names of the two gentlemen that were working hard behind the counter, but they were very pleasant, kind, and provide an excellent customer service. My food is warm and on its way to the stomachs of three hungry kids. If you are considering going to this location, don't let the reviews deter you. Great work gentlemen. read more

HORRIBLE location. Ranch was sour and super watered down, wings and fries had little to no seasoning so everything was just bland and sour. Never going to this location again. read more

literally the worst wingstop i've ever been to. they need to acknowledge customers better

Ordered online and went to pick up. Walked in, got my drink cup, got my drink. Waited. While I waited, there were children in the restaurant -- cool, I like kids. What I don't like is listening to Lil Wayne and Drake rap "Pop that pussy for a real ni**a" and "Do it for the realest ni**as in the fuckin' game right now" like four times in a row (had to Shazam it because I don't listen to that crap) -- unapologetically loud -- playing over the restaurant speakers. Very classy. And my order sat on the rack because they didn't call for me - had to ask if the order that sat there for five minutes was in fact mine. Shit show. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes in the other direction from now on if I want Wingstop. read more

Whatever 5 stars you see on here are not real I've lived here for 4 years and this place is a NO for me and i love wings . You can never bite into the drumsticks bc they're too hard .No one shows accountability like if they're just there for a check .The last straw was when I went for dinner in with my family and waited over 45 min to find out my food was sitting on the to-go rack cold and when I said I've been sitting here for 45 min the cook said I don't know nothing about that that's not on me ? read more

I ordered a delivery through the wingstop online site for LaMarque, TX location. The delivery never came so I cancelled the order and left an unsatisfactory review and contacted customer support with this problem along with ongoing past problems. The GM ( Brandon Johnson) contacted me back and I was told I would receive a full refund along with a complimentary free meal for the inconvenience, which I picked up a week later. Two weeks later I was still not refunded, so I contacted him back with only false confirmation of him working on it. After awhile he ignored my inquiring results texts. So the general manager blew me off which is basically theft. I paid for a delivery fee, a tip and a meal which I never received along with a refund. This is alarming after Ive been a customer for four years buying 2 meals a month. I can see why there are numerous problems at this location now and am no longer a customer after experiencing this unprofessional business. User's recommendation: Do not use this business read more

First the wings were great but the delivery process was TERRIBLE. I ordered delivery online and placed my payment. A few moments after receiving my confirmation, I received a message that door dash would perform the delivery. After 40 minutes I received a text saying my door dasher was approaching my residence which is about 15 minutes from the Wingstop location. I received a text at 2:10 stating my order had been delivered but by 2:45 I hadn't received anything. I called the location who informed me my order was on the counter and it must've been a mistake. After a few minutes of saying they don't know why this happens they offered to make me fresh fries. Needless to say I had to go pick up the order.. Yes I know this is a small issue with everything we are faced with today which actually leads me to this point....I had paid a delivery fee and actually tipped very well because door dash drivers are taking a risk as well. However, I still had to pick up my order and was not compensated for the fees and tip I paid. So this is to let you know either order Wingstop directly thru Door Dash, Uber Eats or other vendors bur not directly from the Wingstop website... read more

You're either a Cowboys or Texans fan. Team Edward or Team Jacob. And you're either a Buffalo Wild Wings kinda person or Wingstop. Me personally, I'm Wingstop. Why? Well I'll tell you in a bit. But the main reason: Lemon Pepper wings. All flats. Wingstop has the best lemon pepper wings eva. Period. It's strong. And I don't know why it took me forever to understand their decor. I looked at all the airplane paraphernalia and thought wth does any of that have to do with wings. It all has to do with wings. I know. I'm slow. please forgive me. It pretty much comes down to texture. They have a good crisp outside and a juicy inside. The bourbon beans are wonderful and their yeast rolls are awesome, especially if you eat them with the bone out wings. BWW's are so huge that I actually lose the wing experience (but they are much more than a just a wing place so, take that with a grain of salt). They make some of the best fries out there. I would rank them with Five Guys and Chic fil A. Big portion too. I've been to a lot of Wingstops and one thing I can say about them is that they are pretty consistent across the board. I can go to any of them and expect the same thing. And on occasions when my order was messed up, they've corrected it and always thrown in extra things to compensate. I will say though, their prices have increased not too recently, and they redid their menu in a slightly annoying way. The add 5 option is now the add 3, and the number of wings for their meals are either not enough or too much. Another thing, they have new flavors they try out every so often, which gets frustrating if it's a good flavor. What I would do for them to bring back Chili Lime (input sad face). Overall, good wings, crispy and juicy. Best fries ever. Good sides. P.S. - Hawaiian BBQ taste better bone out. read more

I'm still mad at wing stop La Marque for throwing in baby wings in my box, we need a blue store chicken wings here in Texas to put all these places out of business. In Baton Rouge blue store chicken you get the whole chicken wing not pieces of chicken wing. I'm done. And also cheaper... read more

I've always been a WingStop fan but this location just doesn't cut it. I've been here 3 different times and each time I've had a problem. Staff is always polite but my orders been messed up twice and the final straw was when they were calling customers to notify them their order was ready and I sat in the parking lot for about 45mins and finally asked what the situation with my order was only for an employee to tell me it's been sitting on the counter for about 20mins getting cold. I just go to another location now. read more

Sadly, this place hasn't changed at all if any since my last review. Well.. It's gotten worse actually. When I tell you that I used to go to Wingstop 24/7, I did. Because the wings are good. The problems are the workers who have bad attitudes, aren't clean, some of them don't wash their hands, they are completely unprofessional, and they don't know how to clean the place up!!! I can't even count on my hands how many times that I've had to contact corporate in reference to the cleanliness and customer service. It is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. I still don't understand how they are still open. The owner must not care enough get this location together. It's just apparent. I now don't even go to Wingstop. I don't even recommend it to anyone nor buy people gift cards anymore. I just tell them to drive to Houston. It'll be worth it to stop by a wing place that is NOT Wingstop. Bonfire Wings is really good, though. At the end of the day, no matter how good your food is... Your customer service and cleanliness are key!!! read more

I had the worst experience ever on 8/1/23. I placed an order, and when I picked up my the cashier was bagging my order. I paid and got in the truck. My fries were cold, and my wings did not have a favor on them. I did ask for extra seasons, which didn't happen, nevertheless the wings were so freaken big. I went back inside and spoke to prophet, the store manager, and expressed my concerns. He first told me he understood about the big wings and that lots of people complain about them. I asked for a refund, and he stated they couldn't do that and gave me the GM number Gibson. I called Gibson a female, and she started off by saying we can't issue a refund. I explained to her I was not happy about my order. Her response was, "Oh well, what are we supposed to do with the wings, and who will pay for them?" At this point, I'm trying to hold my peace and still explain to her that I didn't want my order. Gibson said to me, "Now you are just making up excuses, and I don't have anything else to say to you. I lost my cool after that statement and cursed her out. I went back inside the store and explained to prophet what had taken place. At this point, I didn't want them to remake my food, afraid they would do something to it. I asked if I could go to the Texas city location to get my order replaced, and he stated yes. The location was about 15 minutes away. I'm a diabetic and had taken my fast acting insulin and needed food right away. I called the location just 5 minutes before I arrived, and the manager knew nothing about replacing my order. So I called prophet back and asked if he had spoken to that manager as he had told me he would. He stated, "Let me call now." He called as I walked into that location and could hear the man guy whisper. He then stated that the GM called and stated he couldn't replace my order because I cursed her out. I was still on the phone with prophet the other store manager, and told him I was not happy he had me to drive there to not get my order replaced. He apologized and stated he wouldn't have been a problem had I not cursed the GM out. He stated that the GM is refusing to issue a refund or replace my order. I called corporate and made a complaint that I didn't receive my food or refund. You would think someone would have called back the same day or the next day. It's been 3 days, and there's no call yet. Came in on a busy Saturday night, during the Astros game. I had ordered online and came in earlier than the estimated wait time, yet the guy was just so nice up front and after just a few minutes more, our order was ready and the other guy handing them out was so sweet, blessed us on our way out along with the cashier giving a nice farewell as we left as well. The food was really good and fresh, I love crispy fries and they executed that well. The downfall is the place was really untidy, I refuse to go into an establishment and clean up. I rather sit in my car and eat and that is what we did. The cashier acted like he didn't want to be at work. Another downfall is there was no music playing in their establishment besides a speaker in the kitchen playing rap music. I enjoyed the food but I will not be back. read more
