Not as good as other Wingstop's I've eaten at. This is one of my favorite wing places to eat at. Always cheap and fast and I love their original hot sauce. My go to is the 10 piece boneless wing with fries and veggie sticks. I am addicted to their ranch. The wings needed a bit more sauce. They forgot one of my containers of ranch. Had to go back for it. This is one of the only locations I've been to that don't give military discount. Which is fine... but strange because every other one I've ever been to does. Decent wings. Tried the mild hot sauce-too mild for my palate. Also tried lemon pepper on boneless- also to mild in the pepper department. I liked the vegetable sticks as a side and inside seating was good. You don't have option to bus your table as there are no trash cans . I had to repeat my order several times as the woman taking orders was confused. The food took a long time to come out and the employee apologized. There were no paper towels on the tables, but they have a roll of bathroom hand towels by the drink machine for the customers. The restaurant was in disarray. First time trying a Wingstop. We ordered the Family bundle and had it delivered. Note that right on their site it allows you to order pickup or delivery. We got contactless delivery it arrived in the stated time but... When we opened the 2 bags, we were missing ALL 4 of the dips and the veggies from our order. When I called to say what was missing, they asked if we had 2 bags to which I said "Yes". The reply was "Were you wanting to get these tonight?". Yes, I want these tonight they were part of my order and what would I do with four dips and veggies later without any wings? To which the response was that I needed to call Doordash to let them know something was missing so they could put a new order in for it. I was like "WHAT??" First, nowhere on their site does it say they use Doordash it just says "Delivery". Second, you forgot something in the order, not them. You confirmed I should have 2 bags, I had them but no dips or veggies. Third, why don't you fix the order, call Doordash to deliver on your mistake. We had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly! We ordered Meal for2 with the sauces being lemon pepper and Hickory Smoked BBQ! Both were delicious. The fries were awesome. I wish I could give this location a higher rating but my experience both times just wasn't good. I've eaten Wing stop for years and was super excited to find out they were coming to Huntsville. First experience at this location: I've always ordered the hot lemon pepper wings and the cashier told me she could not mix flavors when it clearly stated on the menu(2 flavors). Mind you I've always mixed these flavors when I have gone to a wing stop. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous but that was contributed the store recently opening. I saw the employees searching for my order on the completed ticket stand, hanging orders, and the floor. They finally asked me my name to pull it up on the computer. By this point I had waited in the store for over 50 min with multiple in store orders filled placed after me. I never once complained during this time. I finally asked a worker if my order was lost and said how long I had waited. She argued that I had not been there that long and showed me a wrong receipt, so I showed her my time stamp. I was left again with no communication. I asked the window employee if my order was lost and if I would be the next. She said that they were just busy AND if I wanted my food faster I could come back there and help her. I know for a a fact my order was lost because of the searching and asking me my name. I know for fact that four in store orders after me were filled in addition to online and food delivery service orders. Second time at Wingstop, first time at this location. The restaurant was clean. Did not like how the "napkins" was a brown tear off paper towel. And only one roll in the whole restaurant. But I guess that's part of the Wingstop set-up. The restroom was gross. The women's bathroom floor was soaked from corner to corner. Can't say for sure that it wasn't two little girls that were playing in there before I went in, so I'll give them a pass on that. It was after church on Sunday when we went, so it was moderately busy. The cashier that took our order was not very friendly or personable. She was hard to hear. We took a seat and waited about 20 minutes for our food. Reasonable considering how busy they were. They made sure our ordered was correct when they called us to the pick up window. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. No complaints from anyone. We would recommend eating here read more

I went with my boyfriend around 11 pm. got the lemon pepper wings and fries with a roll on the side. food was 9/10. wings were crispy and well seasoned and that roll was amazing even the guy working the register sparked conversation with us and made it fun. yeah the wait was a little long but what else would you expect when the wings are made to order?
