Not as good as other Wingstop's I've eaten at. This is one of my favorite wing places to eat at. Always cheap and fast and I love their original hot sauce. My go to is the 10 piece boneless wing with fries and veggie sticks. I am addicted to their ranch. The wings needed a bit more sauce. They forgot one of my containers of ranch. Had to go back for it. This is one of the only locations I've been to that don't give military discount. Which is fine... but strange because every other one I've ever been to does. I ordered online, my estimate was 18-23 min and it was done when we arrived so that was perfect. read more

Went on a Sat 09/06/25 after work. I was amazed at how efficiently run this place was on a busy night. The lady at the counter was amazing friendly and fast. There was no chatter behind the counter, just everyone doing their job. Kudos to this restaurant. My wings were very good. I took them to go, cuz I be messy with wings. thanks to this crew! read more

Decent wings. Tried the mild hot sauce-too mild for my palate. Also tried lemon pepper on boneless- also to mild in the pepper department. I liked the vegetable sticks as a side and inside seating was good. You don't have option to bus your table as there are no trash cans . Service was good and staff were cleaning off tables in a timely fashion. Looking forward to trying different sauces with more heat !! read more

Wingstop - Lunch - Chicken Wings Near Me - Huntsville, Alabama

Horrible. Absolutely Horrible. First off all, we waited more than 40 minutes even with call ahead. And then my mom goes in and mentions how we have been waiting 40 minutes for our food. And the manager tells my mom, in exact words, This ain't Popeyes, you won't get your food right away" And continued to be very rude and disrespectful. And it wasn't even crowded on the inside. Lastly, the food we waited over 40 minutes for cold food, and this was also our first time trying Wing-stop, so I doubt we will be coming back. read more

I love WS but why do I pay extra $ for a large ranch for u to give me the same amount of ranch u would normally give for 50 wings? I want my $5 back read more

I'm generous giving two stars, but it was my first visit. First, they were out of some types of wings, winglets I think. Next the employees behind the counter were confused and disorganized. I had to repeat my order several times as the woman taking orders was confused. The food took a long time to come out and the employee apologized. There were no paper towels on the tables, but they have a roll of bathroom hand towels by the drink machine for the customers. The restaurant was in disarray. Several people who placed orders online were told that the on-line system was down. Customers were mad and stomped out of the restaurant. And finally the Board of Health score was a low 86. read more

First time trying a Wingstop. We ordered the Family bundle and had it delivered. Note that right on their site it allows you to order pickup or delivery. We got contactless delivery it arrived in the stated time but... When we opened the 2 bags, we were missing ALL 4 of the dips and the veggies from our order. When I called to say what was missing, they asked if we had 2 bags to which I said "Yes". The reply was "Were you wanting to get these tonight?". Yes, I want these tonight they were part of my order and what would I do with four dips and veggies later without any wings? To which the response was that I needed to call Doordash to let them know something was missing so they could put a new order in for it. I was like "WHAT??" First, nowhere on their site does it say they use Doordash it just says "Delivery". Second, you forgot something in the order, not them. You confirmed I should have 2 bags, I had them but no dips or veggies. Third, why don't you fix the order, call Doordash to deliver on your mistake. All to which I got a lack luster response of "we can't do that". Never did I get a sorry. My final response was "Thanks for the great customer service!" and I hung up. On the food side it was... OK nothing special, maybe it would had been better with some dips. Won't order again based on this overall experience. read more

Similar problem. Wouldn't answer the phone. Online ordering wouldn't work. So u can't avoid waiting forever for your order in person. They said it was because there's only two people working. To answer the phone and fill online orders? There were only 3 customers in the restaurant and it was right when they opened at 11:00. $1.59 for ranch sauce that should be included?? read more

Events Ordered online - arrived -asked for some dry seasoning fries since there's wasn't any .. was charged 1.73 after I saw the .5 Ounce 1/3 the way full I asked for a refund.. The employee went to the manager and said I wanted a refund The manager replied " these MF's be coming Up here doing too F'n much.. I waited 5 minutes-- he went and got him again The manger came up and didn't know how to do the refund. And at the point I wanted an entire refund after Being called out my name I had hope he called the gm ... And she asked him why he started to lie I started saying the reason why is because you called me a mf'er, I heard her say she was on her way... She arrived and was upset not calm and just as rude.. I started to tell her what happened. She cut me off and said I'll handle him, but I heard you getting rowdy over the phone... When in reality, I was just correcting him on why I wanted A refund No help from the GM , your mangers are only as good as the GM, and that was a fact in this case Please this is obviously not an isolated incident it starts from the Top , spend your money elsewhere Ps the 2 Employees at the register was full of smiles ( KEEPERS) PSSthe cashier had to shake the ice machine so I could get ice.. lol Psss.. the manager wouldn't give me her name nor the the manager name that called me a MF'er ZERO STARS IN EVERY CATEGORY This was a Stella's performance of what NOT TO DO !!! read more

What's good about this location? Nothing. Prepared to wait in hunger purgatory? Eat here. Whether you walk-in or attempt to order online you wait will be a min of 40 minutes. No apologies. Check your order before you leave. You may be missing something. Thinking about calling corporate? They will offer you $10 gift card but if you refuse they may send you a $5 one. We had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly! We ordered Meal for2 with the sauces being lemon pepper and Hickory Smoked BBQ! Both were delicious. The fries were awesome. I wish I could give this location a higher rating but my experience both times just wasn't good. I've eaten Wing stop for years and was super excited to find out they were coming to Huntsville. First experience at this location: I've always ordered the hot lemon pepper wings and the cashier told me she could not mix flavors when it clearly stated on the menu(2 flavors). Mind you I've always mixed these flavors when I have gone to a wing stop. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous but that was contributed the store recently opening. The food was not great at all and I was extremely disappointed. They are expensive and I can get better wings for a cheaper price at Blessings restaurant. read more

This is my first time eating at Wingstop and I wasn't pleased. I ordered on the app so I could pick it up during my lunch. My fries were over cooked, I couldn't even eat them. The wings were really greasy and over seasoned. I had the lemon pepper wings. Definitely not the best I've had when it comes to wings. read more

Quick review: Food: 3.5 Staff/Service: 2 Ive been to many wingstops ( the best of which probably in California). This location was a poor representation of a great chain. Food was good 2/3 times service wasnt great. Not really focused on the customers. Rather eachother... Pretty annoying after a long day ay work. Side bar: Didnt look as clean as you would expect a new place to look. But this could have just been because so many people flocked in the first few days. read more

Placed online order for 30 wings in 4 different flavors, two sides of veggie sticks and a large ranch dressing. Total was $38, pricey in my opinion but would be acceptable if the food had been excellent. Get home and realize they forgot 10 of our wings and the wings we did get were all soggy. Tried calling 10x and never got an answer. Would definitely not recommend, there are many better places to eat with much better customer service. I don't see this place lasting very long. read more

We usually love Wingstop. This place was so busy on a Friday night, we had to wait quite awhile for our food after placing a mobile order. They did not season our fries or wings enough. In general, this place is a great place for a bargain! We get the $16.99 boneless wing deal and it is plenty of food for 2 people! read more

Ridiculously poor service. Walk in and you are told that you have to wait 25 minutes just to place the order. Get on your phone and immediately place an online order. Why tell someone they can't order then? read more

Second time at Wingstop, first time at this location. The restaurant was clean. Did not like how the "napkins" was a brown tear off paper towel. And only one roll in the whole restaurant. But I guess that's part of the Wingstop set-up. The restroom was gross. The women's bathroom floor was soaked from corner to corner. Can't say for sure that it wasn't two little girls that were playing in there before I went in, so I'll give them a pass on that. It was after church on Sunday when we went, so it was moderately busy. The cashier that took our order was not very friendly or personable. She was hard to hear. We took a seat and waited about 20 minutes for our food. Reasonable considering how busy they were. They made sure our ordered was correct when they called us to the pick up window. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. No complaints from anyone. We would recommend eating here read more

Man this place is freaking amazing. I went with my boyfriend around 11 pm. got the lemon pepper wings and fries with a roll on the side. food was 9/10. wings were crispy and well seasoned and that roll was amazing even the guy working the register sparked conversation with us and made it fun. yeah the wait was a little long but what else would you expect when the wings are made to order? I thought they were worth it. y'all keep doing what you're doing! read more
