Zoe... ZOEEEEE! Thank you sm for fixing my mess up. I ordered 15 boneless wings online when i meant to order 15 BONE IN. After a long day, my boyfriend and i were really looking to those bone in wings. Anyways, she fixed it no problem and really made our night :) we love this location. read more

This location does not distinguish between dine in customers and online pick up. Waited for 5 people to order in front me before I got my food. Crazy read more

This place is walking distance for me so that's a plus to save on any delivery fees. As for the wings I've never had a problem. I'm one of those people that have to have em boneless simply because I think bone in is too much work for so little meat. I always order the mango habanero wings and they never disappoint. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is like another review on here, they always seem soggy and not crispy. Fix that and it's 5 stars. Customer service has always been on point for me as well. Keep up the good work. read more

Not a good experience for the second time. Mediocre wings served with soggy fries with good seasoning. Wings don't have enough sauce. Found a hair inside my wing as well. It seems the business manager replies to these bad reviews but still continues to serve bad food. With how expensive food is now, don't waste your money here. read more

Wingstop - Hair - Chicken Wings Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

Stopped by and tried to order some wings. Was told I couldn't order less than 10 wings at a time.No need to stop here.

Santiago the manager is the greatest thing going. His customer service is immeasurable. Thank you so much. Huntington Beach/ goldenwest

I was greeted by a friendly Wingstop cashier as soon as I walked in the door! Thank you!! I went straight to the restroom to wash my hands before eating & this was the cleanest unisex bathroom I've ever seen at a casual restaurant! Thank you again! My food was so hot & fresh steam was coming off my wings! The fries were covered perfectly in Parmesan & hot! Thank you again & again! I drove further to this Wingstop than the disappointing location nearest me & I was very happy I did!! This is my new Wingstop now!! The bag says Dr Flavor expert created my order & they are an asset to this Wingstop! read more

ordered 5 pc combo 2 of the tenders came out good 3 came out horrid and disgusting. The tenders came in different colors, and my fries were cinnamon sticks. Overall shitty expierence Im going to stick wit bdubs. read more

Amazing service with the afternoon crew. Really made me enjoy my food. Usually I do not have this experience at Wingstop so it was a delightful meal. read more

when i walked in the workers were sitting on the pick up table in front of me and continued to when i walked in i dont wanna pick up food when someones rear end was sitting on so i just thought that was careless. ambiance was like any other wingstop location which is fine no complaint there. read more

Not sure what's going on with this store it's the third time they messed up my order. The worker read off my order correctly but whoever packed it put someone else's order in it. By time I got home and realized it was the wrong order I had no energy to go back and wait for the correction. I won't be coming back to this location. read more

Out of the local Wingstop, this is the better location. The wings are saucy and our order is always correct upon pickup. We utilize the app to order ahead, but lately it hasn't been capturing my order in the history. So I'm not even sure I'm accumulating points. Bottom line though, the wings are yummy (albeit a bit smaller). My recommendations: garlic Parmesan and BBQ. Mango habanero is tasty but I personally can't handle super spicy food (I'm jealous of you if you can!). read more

I had a great experience yesterday evening (10/27/2020). My family had to place 3 separate orders for pickup. And this location helped us out with our pickup orders for curbside. We greatly appreciate your assistance that evening. We didn't remember the name of the young lady but she had colored red hair and we want to give a major thanks to her for her help. My sister is over from Hawaii and she misses Wingstop since there is no Wingstop on her island. Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

Can't even count up to ten and got less on my order. I ordered on doordash and was very disappointed at Wingstop.

Went here excited to try some new sauces Wingstop was offering, hadn't been to one in a year. I got my wings and it looked like he threw wings in a box and threw some sauce on top. They couldn't even take the extra minute of time to toss the wings in sauce. Instead I had half covered wings, was literally tryna scape the bottom tryna just cover the wing. read more

Waited 25 minutes for my food which I ordered togo in the restaurant. When I asked how much longer for my order.. they had to re print it because they lost it. Waited another 10 min get home and my order was wrong. Ordered l2 large fries and got regular sized. Ordered a 10 pc and was given less. Ridiculous. Don't to here read more

5 star customer service. I went here just after they opened and the staff was totally top notch. The chicken wings were a little over cooked and a tad dry, but not really that bad. I'll go back again and hopefully the cooking is more dialed in. Again, GREAT staff .. read more

I absolutely love the service I receive when I come in! Always a smile on the staff face. I usually get the Lemon pepper wings! Try it out

Very expensive - slow service - dirty tables - Luke warm wings - soggy fries - cheap wing sauce. It can't get any worse- if you want wings don't stop here. read more

Just ordered last minute and they forgot the dipping sauce but on the bright side they had everything but the sauce

I think I could make better French fries out of play dough. Soggy and nasty. Cheese on fries tastes like it came out of a can. Another chain restaurant that has no quality. read more

Made a simple order and it took 20min to get my order. Which I should be lucky since the family before me too 30min with guys in the back horsing around instead of preparing food. read more

Ordered at 10:45 PM so it's dinner after a long day. Show up, pay with cash but the fry cook is having a fit, slamming refrigerator doors, being rude to other coworkers. I didn't trust the food and threw it away. Will never ever come back!! BWW it will be from now on ! read more

Good service. My favorite flavor is Louisiana and Mango Habanero. Though there is other location nearer to my place, I still prefer to order here. read more

very, very bad customer service. the workers got our orders wrong and then refused to change them without us completely repaying. we also had to remind them that we ordered another side of fries and they didn't come out until the very end and they were not nice about it. read more

Don't bother ordering online from this location. When I showed up to pickup my order, it wasn't ready. At first they said they were just making fresh fries, but eventually they admitted they didn't had to cook more wings to finish my order. I like wings too, but I will avoid ever ordering from this location in the future. read more

Horrendous 1. Limited taste on both garlic and Buffalo 2. Floppy fries tasting like pure grease 3. You pay separately for blue cheese 4. Overpriced for horrible food read more

I have had problems 2 out of 4 visits 1st time their plexiglass shield bottom had sharp edges. As I used my credit card the sharp corner too close to the card reader put a 1" cut on my arm. I asked for a band aide or napkin or something the counter person froze. I asked for the manger still frozen I went to my car got my first aide kit to stop the bleeding finished picking up my order and not a word of apology or help or anything.... 2nd time today. I ordered online THEY TOOK MY ORDER... when I got there 15 minutes later to pick it up the location wasn't even open and it was 12:30 . So no lunch... The chicken tenders are tasty but not sure worth the effort... read more

I was a little suspect placing my order for twenty wings, but thought I would give them a shot. I am very particular on my wings and have pretty high standards. I ordered ten mild and ten hot with some ranch dipping sauces. They were ready for pickup within twenty minutes, quick payment and pickup window inside. The mild were very mild and the hot were my favorite. They were a good size, well cooked and nice flavor. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you! read more

Previously wrote on here about my how I got extremely sick after eating here. The food tasted like absolute chemicals. Well, here's my update. The manager reached out to me to discuss this, asked me for my information so they can contact me and I gave it too them. It's been 18 days!! And still no response whatsoever. Poor management on their part, if someone became sick because of their chemical infused food you'd want to fix the situation right? Well they apparently don't want to. Definitely not how to run a business. If you want to start vomiting, deal with excruciating pain, feel dizzy, faint, etc. Then this is the place for you. I read another post on here about another lady's experience the same night I ordered my food from here!!!! She said that the cook was going crazy and it was a whole situation. Well I ordered food from there at that time and day and ended up with the worse "food poisoning" call it chemical poisoning of my life. WTF!!!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!!!! Train you're employees better, and work on honesty with them!!! They obviously don't give a shit if customers get extremely sick from their food. read more

I've ordered twice in the last month online & both orders were perfect & complete. Love the lemon pepper & garlic Parmesan. And I'm not sure what they do to their ranch, but you can literally drink this stuff it's so good! Last order we tried the Cajun corn pieces which were good too. Next time will try them with garlic & parm. The guy I talked to when picking up was nice too. Only problem is there is no tipping online or in store. Every c/s worker deserves a little something! read more

Called to do a carry out order. Spoke to I believe Abdul, no customer service, and rude. Next time I'll drive up the road to the Costa Mesa location. read more

I recommend this place! I discovered this new location few days ago, I ordered the special and it was very good. Boneless wings and chicken tenders were juicy and full of flavor. Great customer service. read more

I ordered and the counter girl said it would be 15 minutes. That seems much too long for fast food. Not sure I'll come here again due to the slow turn around read more

We were excited for a wing place in our neighborhood but also apprehensive that the quality or service might be lacking since it had just opened a week or two prior. We're happy that even though we placed an 80 wing order online, everything was perfectly cooked, the order was what we expected and the service was fast, professional and courteous. I was blown away by the lemon pepper dry rub but the spicy korean was also a big hit. read more

1st trip to Wingstop tonight. We had the boneless wings on special. They have 11 different flavors so we went with Mango Habenero, Korean Spicey, Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub. We also had an order loaded fries. All four flavors were good and I don't know which is my favorite. There service was good and all the employees were energetic. The only problem I'm going to have is they are too close my house. And they are open until midnight! Just great. On the plus side they will be serving beer as soon as Covid-19 is under control. Overall I like this place even though I had to take it "to go". Welcome to my neighborhood !!!! read more
