Terrible customer service Was waiting in line and there was one cashier and he was on the phone for awhile. I understand phone orders can take awhile. Then another lady finally came to assist the family in front of me. **BUT they both walked away while I was still in line** They clearly saw me waiting earlier. I had to flag them down. This place is walking distance for me so that's a plus to save on any delivery fees. As for the wings I've never had a problem. I'm one of those people that have to have em boneless simply because I think bone in is too much work for so little meat. I always order the mango habanero wings and they never disappoint. Out of the local Wingstop, this is the better location. The wings are saucy and our order is always correct upon pickup. We utilize the app to order ahead, but lately it hasn't been capturing my order in the history. So I'm not even sure I'm accumulating points. Bottom line though, the wings are yummy (albeit a bit smaller). My recommendations: garlic Parmesan and BBQ. I was a little suspect placing my order for twenty wings, but thought I would give them a shot. I am very particular on my wings and have pretty high standards. I ordered ten mild and ten hot with some ranch dipping sauces. They were ready for pickup within twenty minutes, quick payment and pickup window inside. I've ordered twice in the last month online & both orders were perfect & complete. Love the lemon pepper & garlic Parmesan. And I'm not sure what they do to their ranch, but you can literally drink this stuff it's so good! Last order we tried the Cajun corn pieces which were good too. 1st trip to Wingstop tonight. We had the boneless wings on special. They have 11 different flavors so we went with Mango Habenero, Korean Spicey, Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub. We also had an order loaded fries. All four flavors were good and I don't know which is my favorite. There service was good and all the employees were energetic. The only problem I'm going to have is they are too close my house. And they are open until midnight! Just great. On the plus side they will be serving beer as soon as Covid-19 is under control. I thought my husband would like a treat so I stopped in. I bought a dinner for two. The total came to 28.75. I didn't have correct change so I gave the cashier 40.00 he gave me change for thirty. I told him I gave him 40.00. He was sure I didn't so they counted out the drawer and it came out correct not ten dollars over. Now I am here to see the camera tape. The district manager was supposed to be here at four. I got here at 4:15 and am waiting to see the camera what a pain in the butt. The food was good. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside they were very good. As soon as my husband eats the wings I will post his opinion. The food takes an incredible amount of time to make.
