Its another Mediocre Mon! I have been to Wingstop several times to pick up wangz for football games. Sorry, but I 4got to write a review. On my most recent visit, I dropped by here to pick up some wangz to bring to my neighbor's house for opening day NFL Sun 2024. I ordered 20 original hot wangz ($27.59) plus sauces online. The wangz were ready on time as expected. However, the wangz were bland AF. I had to put S & P, as well as Frank's Red Hot sauce on to make the wangz more flavorful. In addition, at the prices they charge, they should give you some complimentary sauce, and/or celery/carrot stix. With sauces & tax, 20 wings cost $40: $2/wing for food w/ no flavor. Wingstop caters to take out. There were a lot of bags waiting for customers to pick up inside. All in all, an acceptable experience w/ fairly meaty wangz. They simply need to season the wangz b4 cooking, and have a buffalo sauce w/ a little heat and some flavor. read more

It's my first time in this location because my job is around the area and I'm disappointed. They gave me an old chicken. It tasted like starch and smelled like it had been out in the fridge for a while. I gave some to my dogs and they threw up. I almost took them to the vet. It tasted awful. At least I didn't get food poisoning. I wanted to drive back on the same day and complain but I couldn't find my receipt. The next day, thank God, I found my receipt and complained. The guy in the front was nice and replaced my chicken with a new one. I'm still not happy even though he replaced it with a new chicken. It shouldn't have happened in the first place. Wingstop is one of my favorite places, despite not having a patio or dine in option anymore (they're still not opening either area despite statewide rule changes that allow for such). Unfortunately, this affects quality of food when you order pick up or to go. Wingstop food is best eaten on site. They're like In N Out that way. Their food doesn't travel well either. I got the 10 pc classic bone in (all drums) Original Hot sauce with ranch and seasoned fries. Paid over $16. I watched as my fries were cooked in advance of the wings and sat in the fryer basket between 5-10 minutes. They were dark brown looking from afar. They turned out oily and greasy by the time I got home. Half the fries were inedible due to grease. They didn't look anything like the golden brown, skin on seasoned fries normally advertised (and served). This was very disappointing. The wings were good but didn't have a lot of extra sauce in the to go container. Therefore, they were a little dry after consuming a few. Each wing was covered but there wasn't any extra hot sauce to rub them in. If any of these issues happens in store, you can get it corrected immediately (always a great staff). However, when you're home, this is all you get. It is what it is. Not the best review but hoping next times it's better. I filled out the survey so should get FREE fries next visit. read more

Great meaty wings! Wasn't sure what to expect being a chain but pleasantly surprised. Most all places around town have such wimpy wings so we weren't expecting much. Ordered mild wings as our family likes classic Buffalo wings and not into too much heat. They were very good. A little on the dry side. Next time I will request extra sauce or sauce on the side. Blue cheese is really good as was the house made ranch. Both definitely tasted as they were made in house. French fries were great quality fresh not frozen and had an interesting seasoning. They add a touch of sweet to the salt. Not a huge fan of the seasoning but I'm sure you could request without it. The rolls were amazingly soft little pillows. Having one now walking distance from my house is very nice and sparked a new addiction. I have been quite a few times and parking is always plentiful. I do back in because the coffee shop drive thru can make it more tricky. The place is new shop clean and they keep it that way, the staff are all very friendly and they have got more order perfect every time now. They pack it well, lots of food, quality packaging and you get home with hot food that stays crisp too.
