Hi folks! I'm big on reviewing/reporting on fast food joints as my family and I eat out a lot. Flight Attendant here and customer service is a great, big deal to me, especially since I understand how 'it all' works. Check out Wingstop in Huntington Beach. Magnolia Avenue... It's a good place to spend your mula. We had a mis-step (on our part, no less) and needed to replace a take out order. Not only was Priscilla (Mgr) sweet ...but she was super efficient too. Too often, in the restaurant biz employees aren't always simple to deal with. I get it. I work with so many people in my line of work, and they're not always 'easy' to take. For us to have gotten the care in the easy fashion that this store and it's mgr offered us was a real treat. And, the food was aces, too. We'll go back. A lot. We love this location. Gave the Company a good name :-) Lisa read more

Super fast and nice service and the wings taste amazing!! I am not sure why there are bad reviews but my experiences so far have been good.

Its another Mediocre Mon! I have been to Wingstop several times to pick up wangz for football games. Sorry, but I 4got to write a review. On my most recent visit, I dropped by here to pick up some wangz to bring to my neighbor's house for opening day NFL Sun 2024. I ordered 20 original hot wangz ($27.59) plus sauces online. The wangz were ready on time as expected. However, the wangz were bland AF. I had to put S & P, as well as Frank's Red Hot sauce on to make the wangz more flavorful. In addition, at the prices they charge, they should give you some complimentary sauce, and/or celery/carrot stix. With sauces & tax, 20 wings cost $40: $2/wing for food w/ no flavor. Wingstop caters to take out. There were a lot of bags waiting for customers to pick up inside. All in all, an acceptable experience w/ fairly meaty wangz. They simply need to season the wangz b4 cooking, and have a buffalo sauce w/ a little heat and some flavor. read more

This was a pickup order and it was delicious!!! My wife and I SHARED the 3 piece chicken tender combo meal. Yeah, it was enough food for a couple to share in our 40's. The food tasted delicious and I would definitely recommend this chain over others. read more

I hardly ever write reviews but felt like I needed to on this one. Customer service was bad and employees at the register had an attitude. I saw girls in the back doing their hair right over our food... and never washed their hands before packaging our food. Got our food and it smelled SO bad. And don't get me wrong I love wing stop. I'm a regular customer, but the chicken tasted so bad and smelled terrible not to mention the bad service and uncleanliness. It sucks we keep having experiences like this there bc I really wanna like it. read more

All of the 25 boneless wings we received were tiny like this. It barely fed 2 people. Not what we expected at all. The competition with similar flavors are 3 times this size. This should be called popcorn chicken. Boneless Meal Deal 20 for $20 plus we added another 5. read more

We picked up a 20 piece of Garlic Parmesan wings to bring to our families home for the Daytona 500. The wings seemed to be overcooked a little bit still but tasted good. My mom picked up pizza from our regular spot and I brought the wings. It was a good family get together. Unfortunately the Daytona 500 was rain delayed. read more

This is where I go when I want lemon pepper wings. Service is efficient, food is tasty.

I want to start by saying I do not like to leave.Negative reviews only positive.. But oh , dear , lord , I think I just ate chicken tenders made in a salt mine... I don't know if somebody was mad or just loves salt , but there's so much salt that it's inedible... I will definitely give it another try.But this was kind of Crazy. read more

Some of the worst service I've ever experienced at a Wingstop. I understand they usually hire low rent ignorant people, but the service for the night crew will have me never wanting to come back. This Wingstop needs to go over basic mannerisms and hire people with some self respect. Many times I've came to order and the female employees will be talking through their AirPods, giving a horrible attitude while I'm just trying to order. Ordering over the phone horrible customer service as well. I've always came for the food even though they have messed up my order multiple times, but the workers are driving me away to take my business else where. read more

My 15 year old son and a few friends just left here for lunch. My son attempted to order and was denied service because this location does not accept cash. I've never been to a wing stop that doesn't take cash. Cash is king. I understand the thought behind it, which protects the owner from employee theft. If this is the case, hire a trusted manager to over see transactions or the owner needs to manage his own location. Also, watch your cameras if you don't trust your employees. California is one of 12 states that passed laws mandating that businesses cannot refuse cash payments. Shameful. This business should be fined. read more

Ordered 2 meals online for delivery. Waited 45 minutes. Once food was delivered One of the meals was missing. Called the store to see what happened and spoke with Breanna who very nonchalantly Said well we have 2 options you can have a store credit or a refund. I asked for a refund and she can't tell me the refund amount. She's estimated an amount as she said her manager Pedro process them. I paid a delivery fee on top of a tip and am not eating the food I paid for. Will NEVER order from this location again. It should not be hard to make sure what is ordered is in the bag, plain and simple. read more

Ordered 80 wings tonight via the Wingstop app. They arrived and had ZERO dipping sauce. No ranch or blue cheese. Called to talk to the staff and got nothing but attitude. Totally rude on the phone. Told me it was my fault. Poor customer service. No wonder this place has a low rating on yelp. We'll order else where in the future. read more

I ordered on line and was ready for my pick up when I arrived . The food was good. Clean area to eat .

It's my first time in this location because my job is around the area and I'm disappointed. They gave me an old chicken. It tasted like starch and smelled like it had been out in the fridge for a while. I gave some to my dogs and they threw up. I almost took them to the vet. It tasted awful. At least I didn't get food poisoning. I wanted to drive back on the same day and complain but I couldn't find my receipt. The next day, thank God, I found my receipt and complained. The guy in the front was nice and replaced my chicken with a new one. I'm still not happy even though he replaced it with a new chicken. It shouldn't have happened in the first place. I will never go back to this location. read more

I ordered garlic Parmesan wings, and they were terribly overcooked! I also ordered a side of Cajun corn. It was so small and under seasoned. My family and I come here very frequently. I do not know what is happening with their employees but this is the second time that they have forgotten my large side of veggies and by the time I get home it is simply not worth the drive back. Terrible customer service Was waiting in line and there was one cashier and he was on the phone for awhile. I understand phone orders can take awhile. Then another lady finally came to assist the family in front of me. **BUT they both walked away while I was still in line** They clearly saw me waiting earlier. I had to flag them down. I just wanted to pick up my to-go order. The girl apologized because she didn't know I was waiting... as I was by the register the entire time. There was barely any people in store, maybe assist every customer that walks in the door or is standing by the registers? read more

Wingstop is one of my favorite places, despite not having a patio or dine in option anymore (they're still not opening either area despite statewide rule changes that allow for such). Unfortunately, this affects quality of food when you order pick up or to go. Wingstop food is best eaten on site. They're like In N Out that way. Their food doesn't travel well either. I got the 10 pc classic bone in (all drums) Original Hot sauce with ranch and seasoned fries. Paid over $16. I watched as my fries were cooked in advance of the wings and sat in the fryer basket between 5-10 minutes. They were dark brown looking from afar. They turned out oily and greasy by the time I got home. Half the fries were inedible due to grease. They didn't look anything like the golden brown, skin on seasoned fries normally advertised (and served). This was very disappointing. The wings were good but didn't have a lot of extra sauce in the to go container. Therefore, they were a little dry after consuming a few. Each wing was covered but there wasn't any extra hot sauce to rub them in. If any of these issues happens in store, you can get it corrected immediately (always a great staff). However, when you're home, this is all you get. It is what it is. Not the best review but hoping next times it's better. I filled out the survey so should get FREE fries next visit. read more

Pretty good wings. Nice and crispy. Not as many modifiers as I would like and the buffalo sauce was just not that great. But the ranch was super creamy and delicious. Staff seemed nice. Location is clean and has parking. read more

If I could give a negative rating I would do so. I ordered (2) 20 piece boneless meals, and when I got home I was missing 20 wings! I pack up my wings and drive back to the store. When returning back to the store I told Priscilla who took my order that I was missing, her response "Your lying ". A very non empathetic sorry came from her and they did nothing to make up for the inconvenience of my drive back to the restaurant. Then to top it off the only thing they made fresh were the missing wings. All our other food was cold by now and yes we had to eat cold fries and 20 cold wings. So extremely disappointed in the service we received and the lack of customer service to rectify the inconvenience . Only consolation 2 small ranches. I am work in a customer service environment and when we make a mistake you better believe myself and our team go above and beyond to resolve the mistake we made. I love Wingstop but this was a very unpleasant experience. read more

Great meaty wings! Wasn't sure what to expect being a chain but pleasantly surprised. Most all places around town have such wimpy wings so we weren't expecting much. Ordered mild wings as our family likes classic Buffalo wings and not into too much heat. They were very good. A little on the dry side. Next time I will request extra sauce or sauce on the side. Blue cheese is really good as was the house made ranch. Both definitely tasted as they were made in house. French fries were great quality fresh not frozen and had an interesting seasoning. They add a touch of sweet to the salt. Not a huge fan of the seasoning but I'm sure you could request without it. The rolls were amazingly soft little pillows. Definitely will be back when we get a craving for wings! Parkin just sucks being in the middle of the Starbucks drive through. *Note they Do deliver!! Another plus! read more

Sad wings. I got four different flavors and one of them they forgot to put the sauce on, and the other ones it was like only half the wing was covered. Wing stop sucks now! And the fries are always soggy, I don't know if they're capable of crunchy fries. read more

Having one now walking distance from my house is very nice and sparked a new addiction. I have been quite a few times and parking is always plentiful. I do back in because the coffee shop drive thru can make it more tricky. The place is new shop clean and they keep it that way, the staff are all very friendly and they have got more order perfect every time now. They pack it well, lots of food, quality packaging and you get home with hot food that stays crisp too. Im really enjoying this new addiction and see that my family has also joined me in the wing runs. read more
