Wingstop has some cool slogans... "If life hands you wings, hand life a high-five." Decent food with a wide variety of wing flavors. Spicy Korean is good with a small kick. The new Carolina Gold BBQ is awesome, but I think it's only available for a limited time. The place has loads of potential. But no... not ever again. Tonight (12/16/2022) I placed an order online for a girl's night in. Waited the approximate time for pick up just to wait an extra 10 minutes when someone finally got to me at the counter. When I noticed the soda machine had flooded, I notified the employee who frantically looked for my ticket and told me it hadn't even been started yet. He promptly tried to drain the reservoir of soda mixture, but left the flooded area on the floor. They were out of several sodas, namely the best, Dr. Pepper, Sprite, & Orange Fanta. The counter where orders are handed out was sticky. There were a few indoor tables & chairs - all mostly taken by customers waiting for their orders. Parking gets crowded at around 7PM & some of the spaces are tight. The garlic Parmesan flavor is wet, not a dry rub like my daughter was expecting. She wasn't crazy about it. The fries were cold when I got to my Jeep. The carrots & celery sticks were mostly fresh, though. I genuinely believe the hiring process for this Wingstop is to find sloppiest looking, incompetent, illiterate, sorry excuse for customer servants they can find and then tell them to do the worst job possible, because I assure you, they all excel at that. I travel for work and I've been to literally hundreds of Wing Stops all over this nation and I have had the same order since 2013. 10 piece boneless wings mango habenero/hickory smoked barbecue, sauces mixed. Not half and half, mixed sauces. Now I assure you every Wing Stops in the United States has been able to accommodate this special order with the exception of Hobbs NM and the " special" excuses there. You would have thought I told them to clean the toilet with the wings first. "We can't do that" "I can't put that in the computer". I'm not asking you to put it in the computer, I'm asking you to do less work, instead of mixing two separate bowls of five wings, I'm asking you to mix the sauces and throw all the wings in the same bowl. "Nope, can't do that" Now this obviously had me upset but more so because I was coming from Lovington and was on hold the entire drive over trying to place my order. When I arrive, the phone is sitting face down on the counter and the incompetent child at the counter tries to take my order to which I reply, "you wanna take the guy who is on holds order first"? I then proceed to tell her that the gentleman on the phone is me. This is the second incident of phone issues at this location I sat on hold for 30 min just to arrive and the phones volume was off. We went here for Valentine's Day. So we knew it was going to be busy and would take longer than the wait time, but we did not mind. We saw one guy working hard, one talking and moving slowly, and two ladies talking away in the back of the store. Usually, when they hand us the bag, it is sealed with a sticker, but it is not sealed. I figured maybe they just ran out of stickers. Once we got home, we got ready to eat and realized out of 4 flavors, ALL of them were wrong. Skip to the fries; I ate the majority of them until I realized there was a cooked bug in my fries. I tried to tell myself it was just a shiny burnt potato, but my man cracked it open and told me it was DEFINITELY a bug. I felt so sick to my stomach. -1 star for not caring to help the other worker on a busy day, -1 star for not getting any part of the order right, -2 stars for having completely unhygienic food premises, and -5 for cooking and serving beetles. If I could leave zero stars for this location I would. I have never left a review for a restaurant before but I made an account just to post this review. I placed an order for 6 wings online. The wait time was 45- 56 minutes. The online system didn't update to tell me the status of my order after that at all. I called twice to see if my order was ready and was put on hold for over 15 minutes both times before I just hung up. I figured they were just busy. I decided to go get my order a little early and when I arrived there were about 8 employees and no customers. The lady that gave me my order had a horrible attitude but I just took my order and left. When I got to the car I checked my order and it was ice cold. I had my husband go back inside to explain to them what had happened and to see if they could reheat my food. The manager told my husband to take the food home and reheat it himself and that it wasn't his problem! My husband then explained that it was ridiculous that even though there were no other customers I was still placed on hold and no one ended up helping me at all. The manager then asked him what he was going to do about it! This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. Try 0 stars. This is the worst Wingstop I have ever been to, and I'm surprised the corporate office doesn't shut it down out since is it so embarrassing. This is not the first bad experience I had, but this visit takes the cake. The resturant has very little seating, tables generally not wiped off, tea is usally out, often no one answers the phone, and when you order a head of time, your order isn't ready and you end up waiting. This time, I ordered my wings on line a day and a half early with the app, and tried to call several times the day I was supposed to pick up the order to verify it 2as received, and no one answered phone although they were open. I walked in to see a lot of employees way in the back on their phones, and of course they never got my app pre-order. The manager said they never got it and just pretty much blew me off. I went into the restaurant at two different occasions each time I went in I had a terrible experience. The first time I was told they were out of fires. My husband was sitting down already and I walked out and the person behinds me had ordered and had fries in there order. So they must have just not wanted to serve me? This last time I went in the lady that was going to take my order was just out right rude and had an attitude. She had said I should just go and order because it was going to be awhile. So I left and ordered online. When I got back the restaurant was pretty much empty and there was two people a man and a woman when they seen my husband and I walk in the continued to talk and ignore us standing waiting on someone to help us, they walked to the back and the phone rang. Than the lady said she be right with us. This is the same lady that told me to leave and order. I had told her I ordered online was was there to pick up. She gave me my order with the wrong size cups. I told her I had one 32oz so she than gave me the right one. I went to fill up the cups and the ice was out. She than filled it and was rude about it. Right before we left my husband noticed that there was now about 5 employees. He asked for a manger and the guy employee just stood there so I assume it was him. He told him that they need to fix their attitudes because everyone was so rude. After we left, we had parked right in front so you could see everything in the restaurant. You could tell they were talking about us and laughing. There was two other couple sitting down eating and a man that looked to be waiting on his food. That was rude and unprofessional to do. I have been to plenty of Wingstops as we travel for work and this has got to be the worst Wingstop and actually the worst restaurant that I have been to.. This has had to b the worst wing stop I ever been too they really don't have much to offer because they had no fries I walked in the place and there was smoke everywhere like if they didn't turn on there air vent in the kitchen on. If there were any way to give less than 1 star, I definitely would. Online orders are consistently wrong and take well over the time that you are told. We sat and waited on our order for over an hour in the store, just to get home and find the food was not hot not fresh and was wrong. When we asked to be refunded in order to leave to get food from somewhere else we were told they could not refund online orders. New management and a complete staff overhaul needs to happen NOW! read more

I travel for work so I eat at Wingstop's all over the country and get the same great wings at all the locations...except this one. Showed up to place @ 8:50 didn't get my order till 10:15. Order was cold and missing my fries and ranch. We were sitting right infront of the counter since 8:50 that we place order. at 10:15 we got our order it was colder than my drink and missing fries!!!! What the flip!!!! talk to the manager and he had to redo our order, got our order till 10:35 Almost 2 freaken hours for 26 wings and 3 fries!!! Disappointed, placed a huge order to be picked up at 830. Showed up at 815 ordered was already sitting out. I asked if it was fresh...the lady said yes. As I picked up the bag it ripped because the food had been sitting for so long the condensation mad the bag rip. The put all my dips on my frys when I got home my dips were hot and my frys were cold.
