I've eaten at this location on several occasions but this was my first time calling in an order and using the drive up window. Ordering over the phone was painless and the girl who took my order (I think it was Amber) was prompt and very courteous. She told me my order would be ready in 17 mins. When I got to the window (18 mins later), to my pleasant surprise, my order was ready to go without any mistakes! Went in and seems pretty cool with their tvs and bar area. I didn't realize they served beer too which is pretty neat. I had the wings and some fries and I'm not sure I will go back. The fries were really good but the wings weren't great. I had to strip off all the breading because of its odd taste. I wasn't feeling too well after we ate there either but I may try it one more time just to see if it was me or their food. 1st off the wings are delicious. That's not the issue. The REAL issue in this place is it's complete and utter lack of customer service. I stood at the register as the cashier walked passed me 3 times and didn't even say "I'll be right with you". She then came to the counter and just looked at me. After a 20 secs, she asked "you ready?". "Umm... yes. I've been ready." She started taking my order and then cut me off to argue with another employee. She was so busy arguing that she missed the part where I said I wanted the wings xtra crispy. We waited 45 minutes after which we went back and asked where my order was. The cook proceeded to argue "that order already went out!". I guess it did... BUT NOT TO US! We waited an additional 20 minutes for them to REDO our order. After all that, we weren't even offered so much as a discount or coupon for the next visit. We received a simple "sorry bout that" and sent on our way. We have had 3 similar issues at this place. Brought the wife here after some hype at work. The food was ok if not a little too salty. We had hickory smoked , mild, and Lemmon pepper wings. We were charged extra for condements not a huge deal yet Im not sure I'm happy paying $2.12 for two small cups of ranch. The bad part of my visit, front service. The two young ladies running the register and expiditing food were apathetic and not attentive. During most of visit, one was even on her cell phone in the front. I posted this definition because I want the customers and Wingstop to know what is expected when a person buys a product from a company. For a company to be successful, customer service is the epitome of that success. When there is a lack of customer service, the company fails. This Wingstop fails tremendously from the Management to the General Manager. My experience at this Wingstop consisted of a Manager with a bad attitude taking my order. She asked if I wanted the order to go, I said no I would like to dine in. I waited patiently for my order. I know that when a person does not call in their order at Wingstop, the order takes approximately 15-20 minutes. I continued to wait past the 20 minute mark and decided to ask how much longer would my order take. The Manager, looked on the counter, and handed me a bag of food that happened to be my order that was sitting on the counter for 5-10 minutes. I thought that was very rude for her to hand me food that had been sitting for awhile without asking me if I wanted the order remade since it was cold. I reported this incident to the General Manager and she basically told me I should have called in my order which made no sense that a General Manager would tell a paying customer to use only one outlet when the company offers two outlets dine-in and take out. I was highly not satisfied with this Wingstop and I have been to plenty of Wingstops due to Military traveling. Don't waste your time or money on horrible customer service from the Management to the General Manager. read more

When I are here for lunch there were only two employees working. Seemed kinda under staffed to me. The food came out quickl: 20 boneless wings, 10 mild and 10 parmesan garlic. Wings isn't really an accurate description. They were more like nuggets with a tender here and there. Okay tasting, but the parmesan garlic wings were just battered nuggets with a lot of parmesan cheese poured on top. They didn't taste all that great. Also there were no napkins at any of the table. I had to ask at the counter and all they had were industrial paper towels (the coarse brown kind). Add that to the fact that the restaurant was visibly dirty. I don't think I'll be back. read more

This was our first time going here and probably the last. To begin with, this place is very pricy considering it's a fast food style wing joint. We ordered 10 boneless wings, 5 traditional wings, a small side of fries, and one drink- $30. We went on a Thursday night, the place was not busy at all but we waited for nearly 30 minutes for our food. The few other people who were there also waited that long for take-out orders. The wings were small and hard and did not come with any dipping sauce (ranch/blue cheese). We had to pay for them separately (.99) even though we had already spend $30 on our food. The "Hawaiian" wings that I had were flavorless and the BBQ wings were very spicy even though the cashier told us they were sweet. Just all around not impressive. The new management is completely terrible!!! I placed a to-go order and made a specific request for my spicy wings to be in a separate box so that it wouldn't make the other wings spicy since I am the only one who likes hot wings. They acknowledged my request over the phone but when I got home I found out they did not listen and put everything in one box. I called and let them know, and the manager made me bring the entire order back even though I told her I only wanted a portion of it remade. When I arrived they reconfirmed what I wanted, which was 8 more BBQ wings and 2 new fries since the original order was already cold. Instead I got only 1 new fry which was conveniently placed on top of the old fry that was 1/3 of the way full so I would not notice. I called back again to express my dissatisfaction with the manager, who frugally acted as if she was buying the wings out of her own pocket. Rather than offer an apology for her rude behavior the second time I was there in addition to messing up my order twice, she spouted out their new policy of not giving out additional food for mistakes because the previous management drove up the store costs by doing so. That goes to show that not only did a change in management not prevent the workers from continuing to mess up peoples orders, but they also have no regard for customer satisfaction whatsoever. This location is NOTORIOUS for mistakes! At least they used to care enough to make up for it. Now I know they make the same mistakes with the new manager as they did with the old one, and the customer service is even worse than before! The only thing she offered in return is a credit for 1 free regular sized fry, but I'd much rather go somewhere else than have to spend more money on dry wings and terrible service just to redeem a free order of fries. Wish I could give them 0 stars....horrible customer service at the store and customer help line...which was no help. I placed an order 20 minutes before the store closed only for my order to be scheduled for the next day...I pre-payed for my order...but when I called to cancel the order I was told that they could not give me a refund because I placed the order online....horrible and stupid policy...but ok....I was then told I had to call the customer help line. So, I called the customer help line and after being hung up on the first time I...I called back and was on hold for almost 10 minutes before someone came on the line, after I explained the situation to some employee named Carly I was then informed that she could not authorize the refund, and that she would have to forward the issue to upper personnel (who still says "personnel" in 2019)....which consists of the General Manager, District Manager, and Regional Manager...it takes 3 members of upper management to approve a $32 food order?! What the hell kind of business is this. After realizing that it was a holiday weekend I knew that this matter would be swept under a pile of e-mails. So, I asked her for the contact information of 1 of the upper managers and she said she didn't have any...to which I asked well how will you contact them if you don't know who you are contacting?! She then told me that they have some communication system that is faster than e-mail that will forward my issue to them immediately...but she doesn't know who they are...BULLSHIT! I then asked to speak to a manager there at the call center named Jasmine, and she pretty much fed me the same crap and said she could give me the mailing address for the corporate office in Dallas, TX....the mailing address!! What year is this? This is supposed to be a major corporation, but this is what they call customer service?! I have been a regular customer for years...but I will NEVER eat at another WingStop establishment...I am just going to count the money I paid as a loss...as I know that hell will freeze over before I ever hear from one of these members of "upper personnel"...go somewhere else with proper customer service procedures, not just a bunch of bullshit to sell their overpriced wings! read more
