I come here quite often because I love the food. I have been a long-term customer and spend a lot of money at this specific location. Every time I go rather if it's in person, through the drive through, or DoorDash they are always missing something.. I have never had an issue with the service but today was horrible. It said my order was ready by 6:14. Then I had to sit in the drive-through until 6:55 to actually get my food. meanwhile, I was the only vehicle in the line. I checked my bag because like I stated they always miss something. I noticed that my large voodoo fries were not in the bag. I was still sitting at the window in the drive-through with my $40 order and I informed the woman what I was missing. When I told her I was missing the fries, she starts looking in my car and then proceeds to say well what is that black thing beside you? As I proceeded to pick up MY PURSE, and show it to her and then asked her if she wanted to come outside and check my car if she thought I was trying to steal or if I was lying. And she gets an attitude with me and asked me if I took it out the bag and then reaches for the bag to get back through the window and uses her hands with no gloves to open up my order and check everything. This was my first ever Wingstop experience, and it was underwhelming. The sole lady working the front of the house was nice and very hardworking. She bounced back and forth from cleaning up the place, taking orders from the register, and checking on ready food orders. The fry cooks were enthusiastic and were having fun together. My food was boo-boo though. The lemon pepper wings had very little flavor. It made sense when I observed at the ridiculously low amount of dry rub seasoning on them. How can a Pizza Hut serve better lemon pepper wings than a restaurant that calls them their popular item? The fries were okay, but again, I could barely notice the seasoning on them. What is going on here? Why do y'all gotta skimp on the good stuff!? I know that there's a computer chip shortage going on in the world, but didn't know of the seasoning shortage. I've heard alot about wingstop online and I heard they have the best ranch in the game. I drove right past this location tonight while in Hinesville and decided to give this place a try. First I'll let you into how the food be hitting and then I'll share my thoughts on this location. I tried a 10 piece bone in combo with an extra side of fries with extra ranch and cheese sauce. The two flavors I sauced my wings up with were: Hawaiian and Original Buffalo. The Hawaiian tasted like teriayki and ginger while the orginal buffalo tasted excellent with just the right amount of heat and zing. The orginal was not too vinegar forward which I liked the the wings were perfectly cooked. Other than that I will say the wings were pretty small in size and Wingstop seems to be on the priceier side. Fries were good and home-cut the fry seasoning was rather plain so I'd recommend trying a flavored fry like parmesan or Cajun. While the internet claims wingstop has the best ranch I found it to be just ok nothing to write home about. Yeast roll was really good and mine was a little smushed on the top. My experience as a customer wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either. Almost everyone who came in while I was there took their food to go and I got the impression the vast majority of their orders are for carry out. Right before I left one family did come in to eat but besides that the restaurant was empty. When I placed my order the young man at the counter quoted me a 30 minute wait time for fries and wings in an empty restaurant which I found rediculous. Thankfully they did not take that long and my order was ready in about 15 minutes or so. None of the staff was wearing mask properly (four employees in the back and one order taker) Two had mask but wore them under their chin defeating the purpose including the order taker. All of the employess in the back were at a volume level of ten (having a good time) which made it hard for the order taker and me to hear each other and hearing the music they were playing in the building was out of the question....I see why everyone takes their food togo. The inside and the parking lot does not have a trash can which was a problem for me since I ate in my car. They also do not provide napkins for to go orders. Overall I would probably try Wingstop again just not at this location. read more

Good for what it is. Decent sized wings, bigger than a lot of the surrounding options in Hinesville. Ask for all flats if you prefer flats because they have a tendency to give you mostly drums. We also ask for extra crispy. Service inside is friendly and they are apologetic if they take longer than planned to get an order out of the kitchen. I appreciate when a place of business is accountable. I've gotten a free drink here just because they were being nice. That doesn't happen everyday. read more

If I could give them a zero rating I absolutely would. I ordered boneless wings, tenders, fries and a side of corn. I had the food delivered since I have a medically fragile child and can not leave him or break quarantine. The food arrived and I was missing the fries and the corn AND the seal on the bag was broken hence the food that did arrive it was potentially contaminated hence was not edible. I immediately contacted the restaurant who told me I could come back in another day to pick up the missing fries and corn. I once again explained that I can't even eat the chicken because the seal was broken. They refused to re-deliver my order as they only deliver through Door Dash and told me they were not going to pay the 3rd party (I paid extra for that delivery plus a cash tip I tapped to my door). At this time I asked for a full refund, they told me the general manager would call me back, after several hours I still have not heard back from them. I contacted their corporate offices who said they would have someone call me back and would initiate an immediate refund (it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard from them nor have I received a refund). The corporate office just emailed me to apologize that this restaurant hasn't called me back so they offered me a $35 gift card- seriously? I spent $31 for dinner and an $8 cash tip, I spent more then that and why would I ever want to eat there again. I have filed a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General's office consumer affairs division- they literally stole my money by forgetting half of what I ordered and what was delivered was not sealed and possibly contaminated. Arrived to pick up the food around 10 and the employee advises me that they are closed (although online it states 11:00) I can pick up my food tomorrow.
