Okay we came in close to closing time, but that wasn't an issue. We ordered 40 wings which came close to $40 about 80 cents per wing. Most of them were a bit dry, they forgot our ranch which was included in the meal and made me pay for it. The workers were okay nothing special they took the order and that's that. The place was clean and we got our food in about 10 minutes though it wasn't busy so average speed. Our fries were pretty stale and I'm sure old. Drop by for wings but don't expect anything special. We've given this place 2 chances now, the first time we laughed the crappy experience off because they were so new. The second time they were still new, but should be getting used to how a restaurant works, but it was a more crappy experience. I would have been happy with even a slightly less crappy experience, since that shows some improvement, but no, it was worse. It takes well over an hour to get your order, I'm glad we ordered via the app both times because we didn't wait in that very small and insanely crowded place for the whole time. It would be more understandable if you were hearing orders called out every few minutes, but there were 20 minutes at a time that you wouldn't hear an order called out for pickup. That just seems ridiculous. The second time we ordered, I called once I placed my order through the app to see what the wait time on orders was, the manager told me their current wait time was 29 minutes. HA. We waited 20 minutes at home (nine minutes until they should be ready right?) then my husband left to pick them up, the fifteen minute drive over should have meant they were ready when he got there right? nope. He waited over 40 minutes more, and then they had the order wrong and he had to wait longer. It was just plain ridiculous. The wings are good, but not good enough to make up for the unbelievable wait. We'll try again in a few months to see if they've figured out time management and kitchen organization a bit better. read more

Great selection & there is a flavor for everyone in the family. For picky eaters, you can get boneless wings. Ranch dressing is freshly made & delicious. Only negative was the burned oil smell inside the restaurant, one of the employees probably had an issue with a fryer. read more

I've eaten at Wingstop many times in TX and was so excited to see one opened up here. Wings tasted great. Wait time was reasonable. Store was clean. Only complaint was that the cashier gave me my bag with sauce on it and it got on my shirt. That turned me off, so a little more attention to detail would have been appreciated. I will be back because this is the only location in the area and I like the wings a lot. I'll watch out for rouge sauce though. read more

I have eaten here a few times now and I am very pleased with this location. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break, so I call in my order before I head over to pick it up, and it's ready when I come in. They go over the items in your order and show them to you before you leave, so you make sure you're getting exactly what you ordered, which I like. The food is pretty good, sometimes lacking sauce though. The fried are always good, but I feel like their small order should be smaller. It's just too many fries. Maybe make a mini order or something. The location is clean, and the employees are friendly. It's not too overcrowded either. read more

Wow wow WOW!! again i came in today and costumer service was emaculate. The whole staff was working together great. The cashiers were very friendly and the cooks were amazing as always. The gorgeous twin cooks were working so fast and so beautifully in sync it was like i was seeing double. They had a bit of a rush but they all got the job done really well. This is my favorite one up here. On a side note, they are really clean. Restrooms were clean and as soon as someone was out the door, someone would come out to clean the mess. Disappointing! I always order Louisiana Rub and everytime I come here they use less and less seasoning. The wingstop in Long Beach is so delicious and flavorful, getting the same wings here with very little flavor was extremely upsetting. Waste of my money. read more

Wing stop is great, I've always been a huge fan. This review is mostly for the service! I'm from Long Beach, CA and I have never encountered such great service from a wing stop location. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by almost all of the employees with a, "Hey welcome to wing stop!". Then Pricilla was super helpful on the phone as well as in person and let us watch her pack our to go order to make sure it was correct. Pretty good stuff here.. I'm stuck between 3/4 stars because it takes forever to get your food if you go in and eat there. It tastes really good though. Most times my wife and I just order it online and they have it ready when you get there. The staff could use a couple customer service tips but maybe it's not priority since they always seem to be rushing around. read more

It's so small in there so if you go on the weekend you might not be able to eat there. When I went the staff took forever to clean tables for ys so we just sat down and wiped the table ourselves. The wings are alright, I don't know about the boneless wings, but they all have too much oil or whatever they use because I feel like I get a little sick after eating. I got some wings with the Buffalo sauce and the sauce was alright but you could literally see the sauce and the oil separating and it was a lot. I also got the lemon pepper wings and those were really good, but still very greasy. Don't get me wrong I love fried food but you can see and taste the oil a lot. The employees at this particular location is horrible. They are a rude group of women. The service is so slow. You can eat a whole meal somewhere else in the time it takes to get food here. On thursday 2/07/14 im made a call at 6:44 pm and ordered 15 bone in flappers and thats it. The lady said it will be ready in 14 min. I show up at 7:03 and pay. To find my order not ready she said it will be ready soon. 5 min later another person ask what did i order. Then said ok ill make it right now. So i didnt get my order until 7:25 pm. Plenty of grub, wings ranged in size from small to medium, boat o' fries could have fed four. Everything arrived hot, fresh from the fryer and not greasy. Habanero mango sauce more fruity than spicy, original style had hints of Franks Red Hot. The wings were pretty good and theres different flavors available. I like the food and how its served pretty quickly even though they're fresh. I did not appreciate thay they charge you for sauces. Like not extra sauce but just any sauce you ask to go with your wings they charge you. At least let people know before you charge them all the extras. And for their monday wing special you have to spend like 8 bucks to get the deal. Plus your drinks. read more

I have been coming here since they opened and tonights visit was horrible I went around 8:30pm placed my order to go, I then ordered 5 more wings but asked for those to be dine in because i met my kids there, they ordered spicy flavor. Just left Wingstop on Main in Hesperia with my order of 30 wings. Get home to find that my 20 Spicy Korean wings were barely, barely tossed in the sauce. This is not the first time this happens. My child & I were looking forward to saucy wings but Again we are Dissatisfied & Disappointed that they are so tight with their sauce!!! This Wingstop is one of my favorites. Their service was quick and friendly and the quality of the wings were really good compared to the location on Bear Valley Road.
