The food is just "okay", nothing to write home about. I ordered 8 boneless wings (which are really just chicken nuggets), and some fries. The wait is appropriate (about 10 min.) for food cooked to order. They seemed a bit unorganized, but, they're relatively new, so perhaps they just need to get the routine down. What struck me as odd is there is not one trash can located in this eating establishment. Not one. So if you have to throw something away, I suppose you just keep it on the table and let them throw it away...seemed odd. And also, no napkins are available on the table, just a roll of cheap brown paper up front near the condiments. I ordered carry out (12/13 11:30PM) and when I finally arrived they told me that they had just ran out of fries. Which made me upset, because they could've told me sooner and I wouldn't have purchased any wings in the first place. Anyways, they gave us extra boneless wings (like 6 more) but once we opened them at home, only one of the combos was in its box, but the rest of the wings were in the cardboard things where they put the fries and they were wrapped with clear wrap! This review is for the boneless wings only. We tried the 24ct. That comes with fries and veggie sticks. Are first visit wasn't to bad got the Cajon, Mild and Parmesan. Parmesan was way to salty to eat thought it was just bad luck the rest of order was good but a little salty. Our second visit was horrible. We ordered the Cajon, Mild and Teriyaki this time. Why even have a mobile application of half of your employees don't even know what they are doing. I ordered on the application while I was in apple valley so I can pick up in hesperia. I placed my order and the manager never got my order and yet have no explanation of why it was never in the system. this place has too many people working there and yet the service is very poor. wingstop is a great restaurant but I don't think I'll ever come back eat this place and I wouldn't recommend anybody to waste their time paying good price for wings and getting crappy customer service in return.. train your new employees and be a bit more organized read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. Let me mention was for my birthday. First of all we waited for almost an hour for our food when our lunch time is an hour. Second, the got all of our order wrong. They couldn't even get the drinks right. Third, the food was cold, not even lukewarm. I asked for extra well done wings they gave me extra half done. That is not the worst part. I spoke to another co-worker, he happened to go there to and received the same thing. He stated there were three workers and it took them 45 minutes to get his wings ready. So none of us had time to enjoy our food. The sad part is we work for the government, up the street from here and spend $60.00 or better every time. The corporate office wanted to give us $15.00. We just want our food remade correctly. The worst customer service i order food and asked for ranch and i got all the way home and too find out they gave me blue cheese and when i called back i told them and they said theY can give me the ranch and i told them my food was go be cold by time i get back too eat my food and asked if they can remake my food and they said NO for something they messed up on as if i worked there anD messed up. After reading some of the reviews on Yelp, I took my chances and decided to visit this wingstop on my way home. I've visited a few wingstops down the hill and I know the brand very well. Needless to say, this place was up to par with the wingstop flavor and service I've come to love. Kelsey (girl on register) was awesome and friendly. The food came out expeditiously and it was hot and great tasting. LOVE WINGSTOP! boneless lemon pepper and the veggie sticks for me.
