I try to give a business at least two tries before writing a review, good or bad. And I really try to limit myself only to good reviews, especially during the covid 19 pandemic. But this is the third straight time Wingstop in Glen Burnie has disappointed me. The wings are always over cooked (shriveled, hard, dry and way too crunchy), and today was no different. Even worse, the Diet Coke with my order was barely carbonated brown water. No flavor and barely any carbonation. I had to dump the Diet Coke and the wings were so hard and dry (once again!) that I ended up dumping them after my wife tried them and declared them inedible. Only the fries were ok. With the new challenges of keeping up with demand after COVID regulations have been lifted, the store was VERY busy when we got there. Our food was 30 minutes past the window they gave us, there were at least 10 people waiting, many customers being rude to the workers but they were very patient and worked diligently. When I moved to Baltimore 4 years ago this Wing Stop did a good job. I don't know if it changed owners or what, but the last year it has gotten progressively worse. This time I tried to order the usual 7 tenders, fries and a soft drink that I have been ordering for years. This time I was told they could've do that. I had to order 3,5, or 8. I said okay, give me 8. They were then going to charge me for two soft drinks and a large order of fries. I only need one and a small fries. So I said give me 5 and 2 tenders on the side, and forget the fries. They said they couldn't sell it to me without they fries. I finally went ahead and ordered that. Then I went to get my soft drink. I wish I didn't have to leave such a low rating, but the poor customer service is what caused me to have to do this. I don't expect much from a fast casual establishment, but I at least like for the staff to acknowledge my existence and answer simple questions pertaining to the menu. We were served by Jamal this afternoon and he completely soured our experience. He left us guessing if he was speaking to us while we were ordering. He was downright rude at multiple points, literally telling me that he didn't know if the Spicy Korean flavor was equivalent to the Korean BBQ that's listed on the website. He told me he didn't know what BBQ was, stared at me blankly, and said that it's "basically teriyaki". Just rude overall. To top it all off, about five minutes after placing the order I asked if they could modify my order to flats, and he told me it was too late. It turns out that it wasn't too late at all, as my wings wouldn't be started for another twenty minutes. Another employee apologized on his behalf, confirming that our order hadn't been started when he gave us that information. Overall he gave us rude stares and was generally unpleasant. The food was very good. The wings were hot and I really enjoyed the Spicy Korean and Lemon Pepper wings. The scratch-made ranch and fries were also really good! I love the no frills approach to the menu, as I feel it allows them to really focus on doing a few things to a high standard. The restaurant wasn't super clean and the bathroom was pretty gross, but I tried to ignore that. Hello, I just would like to start my review to say that I am a frequent customer of the Wingstop franchise. Since I'm at school right now, I've decided to order from a local Wingstop because I love Wingstop, and going 3-4 months until Thanksgiving or Winter break without Wingstop is too much to bear. This Wingstop, however, doesn't season WORTH A DAMN. The most characteristic thing about Wingstop is the seasoning on their fries - yet EVERY TIME I GO, that's what's ALWAYS missing. From when I go in person, to when I JUST ordered online and even specifically put, "EXTRA SEASONING" on the fries, they seemed to have ignored that altogether. The same thing goes for the wings - last time I went, I ordered the Louisiana rub wings... they tasted like REGULAR wings, not even any SALT! What's going on in this Wingstop??? Tonight we decided to give Wingstop another try. The last time we tried to order (in January) ,we placed an online order. We went to pick up the order at the time they gave us. After waiting in line for 45 minutes they then told us it would be 2 hours longer. Tonight an order of fries and veggie sticks were missing from our order. Our family ate our food so it wouldn't be cold. After we were done eating i called to ask them if I could come in for a refund for the missing items. I work at the same shopping center with this store. Today I order the wings from them for my lunch. I had placed order online and came inside to pick up the order. I didn't wear the mask because I'm fully vaccinated. However, they still asked me to wear the mask even I told them that I'm fully vaccinated. They even didn't let me pick up my order when I used my shirt to cover the face. I had to walk back to my store to take the mask and came back. Cross wingstop off of the to do list. When you've heard about something for a while and decide to go while hungry you expect to be overly positive about the experience. With wingstop the exact opposite occurred. While being promoted by one of today's hottest rappers and having a friend make a point to go by on a trip to the south I decided to get some in the midst of my marketing. Look the staff was friendly, I ordered online and the food was ready promptly but the wings are all the same. I got lemon pepper and garlic parmesan and the only thing I tasted in the end was the large amount of powdered cheese dumped onto the wings. They were fried pretty good and had a nice crispness to them but the flavor was nonexistent. The lemon pepper wings gave the faintest hint of citrus while the pepper was barely visible and didn't come through. The garlic parmesan wings had no garlic flavor at all. I also tried a mild wing and it was fine but nothing spectacular to say the least. When you're starting and still disappointed it's not a good sign and I cannot recommend this joint at all. I've been going to Wingstop for ten years in different places across the country. The corporation has great sauces and more variety than pizza places. At most places, the chicken is delicious. But I have had it with this location. I have ordered online three times and every single time they mess up the order. Either the order has the wrong number of wings or they just completely forget about the order until I go to pick it up. The wings aren't fantastic, but given the lack of options around here, I didn't write them off quite yet. Until last night. My boyfriend offered to get wings and he was about to order online when I told him not to because they never get it right. He had a better chance ordering at the counter, and then going back after an order. He went and ordered 30 wings, 3 sauces. When he picked up the order they had made him 3 wings with one sauce, 3 with another, and 24 wings of the last sauce. Twenty-four. The cashier tried to tell him that's what he ordered, when he obviously ordered 10 of each. They fixed it, but just like every other time they mess up, they made no offers to reimburse for the time wasted with them, such as free wings or anything. As he told me what happened, we opened up the boxes of wings, and we chalked it up to a clueless cashier. Half the wings were extremely dry. We ordered 12 rolls thinking they would come out hot. We sent them back twice. After the third time of getting them back cold we asked for a refund. They proceeded to try to combat us in telling us that we ate six rolls when four out of five of us took a bite in them and noticed they were once again cold.
