TBH, I didn't see the Yelp reviews on this place prior to trying it out. I'm glad I didn't. I know it's been a minute since they entered the chicken sandwich game. And a contender they are. Was it the best chicken sandwich? There is a place in DC that holds that honor. But, for this area (where I live), they are the only fast food to feature Old Bay! And that, my friends, is a win in my book. As for the service? I had no issues. The person who took my order was nice and the food was promptly delivered. read more

Ar 9:30 AM I placed an on line order for 11 lunches for people Inwork with. The order was scheduled to be picked up at 11:45 AM. When I arrived at 11:45, they were still working on my order. What should have been ready took another 15 minutes. Although it shouldn't be this way - fine - things happen. HOWEVER- When the board showed my order was ready I came back to the counter. I was ignored. For ten minutes the people behind the counter completely ignored me while I was standing there waiting to get my food. No one looked uo at the front counter. Eventually a new customer came in. The person I spoke to when I first arrived came from the kitchen. They walked past me - ignoring me - and took their order. They then turned to go back to the kitchen. At that point I yelled " May I please have my order that's been ready for ten minutes ." They looked at me - went back to putting their dressing cups in a refrigerator- then came back to give me my food. Customer services is everything. They should have been paying attention. They should have apologized for the food taking so long, They were rude and just did not care. I put their cash tip back in my pocket and returned it to the people ordering the lunches. I warned them of the lack of customer service and advised them to go elsewhere in the future. I'll do the same. read more

I would give this place a negative one if I could because of the service we did not receive which was replaced with ignorance instead. My husband went to go pick us up some wings for the Super Bowl around 5:00. When he got there, there were six people inside and he went to open the door and it was locked. That is when the six people inside, sitting at the tables, then pointed and laughed at my husband. There wasn't any sign on the door or anything stating they were closed let alone why they were closed. This is unacceptable behavior....... Please do better Wingstop!!! read more

Customer service is great. Employees engage right away. Great sense of urgency. Makes you feel welcome.

I ordered doordash and these asses didn't send my whole order, so I had to waste more by driving to pickup the rest of my food, make it make sense!!!I will never order from these folks again "bullshit service "!!!!! read more

I had some garlic parmesan boneless and lemon pepper wings yesterday and they were delicious. Nice and hot/fresh and more importantly, flavorful. I really enjoyed the food. BTW...the boneless was even great the next morning with my scrambled eggs! read more

Completely wrong order and wasn't prepared correctly, customer service was also terrible..do not order from here

My Husband brought me dinner from here. I got the Lemon Pepper Wings w/ Fries and mini Corn. They were overcooked and hardly any seasoning on them, I only tasted a hint of Lemon Pepper. The mini Corns were good but too small. I think I will stick to my usual Wing place that's always perfect. read more

Made an online order for a ton of wings. They were ready on time, the team in the store was fantastic (raises are my recommendation for this mornings crew(especially the cashier) if management sees this), and the wings were hot and delicious. We call wings football enhancers and today they did their job flawlessly. We may have to make another order because the day is young. Thanks WS team. read more

This has got to be the most ghetto establishment I have ever gone too . It's dirty and slow . There is a good amount of people back there and no one actually working . A bunch of talking and joking around with ppl who smell like Reggie . Only wanted a 10 pc w/fries and yet here I am 20 min later still waiting . Definitely not returning . read more

I'm a manager at a restaurant and I've never seen a restaurant operate like this, none of the workers are wearing hairnets or gloves...the worker on the grill has long braids and she keeps waiving her hair around and touching the food, the cashier keep scratching her face, lips and hands then going to the deep fryer station...the app gave me a estimate of 15-20 minutes for my food to be ready...I've been here for close to a hour and food is still not ready, the guy on the fryer is cursing and shouting read more

Wingstop - Who puts fries in a bag like this with no lid or being covered - Chicken Wings Near Me - Glen Burnie, Maryland

The most rudest customer service I've ever seen. First off the girl tried to say I ordered ranch (an extra charge on my bill) and I never did. And got mad at me for it. I got the manager to refund me. Then I waited 10 mins in line to get someone to give me something to wipe a table down. The girl ignored me two times and she was in front of me. My husband got the order and we needed forks and then the girl also ignored my husband. We were furious. I yelled out excuse me we need forks please! I don't think we will ever be coming back again. read more

Well, this was a disappointment. The wings and fries were awesome. But service? Well, when we got there, some dude was yelling at them because it took 45 minutes to get his food. And that should have been notice to GTFO. ...because it also took us 45 minutes to get our food. We waited 20 minutes and I went up to the counter and an employee said "it'll be up shortly". I went back to my table and my partner and I got to talking and lost track of time...it was 15 minutes later. I went up to the counter and had to wait 5 minutes before someone walked up to talk to me. Then they had to figure out what had gone wrong...which was apparently they printed out the ticket and put it in the wrong place, along with someone else's ticket. To make up for this they gave us each 3 extra wings, which was...something, but not much after a 45 minute wait. Staff seemed to not really care about any of this, and I don't blame them. The place seems like a bad work environment overall. Anyway, won't go back to this location. read more

Update: about 1 year later Order was incorrect. I always check before I leave. Corrected. Pros: workers are very polite. Food is better quality than most "fast food". Sauces are amazing!! Cons: store needs a deep cleaning and be maintained clean. Orders need to improve with accuracy. Hair nets and gloves were not worn. Not the healthiest choice but a nice treat once in while when it's completed as ordered. read more

Worst experience we've ever had at a Wingstop. Customer service here is terrible, and they'll sass you if they miss half or more of your order. We're always pretty gracious with customer service (we've worked in it for years) but they were actively trying to discourage anyone from coming in: we watched them put multiple people on hold while we waited 45 minutes for our wings, and they never answered any of them while they were all goofing around and playing on their phones. We also saw them drop a raw piece of chicken in one of the "done" fryers, shrug, and dump it in someone else's order right after. Go to another Wingstop. Seriously, any other. This one is plain awful. We're trying to save others from our experience. read more

Placed a large order for a variety of items for a birthday party. During a pandemic, my expectations are lowered because.... well it's a pandemic! Businesses are short staffed. Supplies are probably limited. So on! One of the main draws to Wingstop is their little fried corn cob side. They looked so good and came in a variety of different seasonings. The lemon pepper was kinda spicy to me or I just wasn't expecting the kick. Our order consisted of a variety of wings (lemon pepper, Korean, and garlic parm), thighs (no seasoning & lemon pepper), fried corn (all different seasons), and fries. I placed the order online and it was ready upon arrival. The bags were taped shut so I didn't inspect to make sure everything was there. Surprisingly, it was!!! Everyone at the party seemed to be happy with the food. I really only tried the corn as I had other items to eat. read more

These are some of the best carryout wings in the area! The husband and I sampled the Spicy Korean, Mild and BBQ flavors, all of which were delicious. I will note that the Spicy Korean wasn't all that spicy. I can be a wuss when it comes to hotter sauces, but this one was pretty easy to handle and enjoy. If you're looking for heat these shouldn't be your first choice. The boneless wings weren't over-breaded and the breading itself had good texture - not too mushy or overly crunchy. They also had a good amount of sauce. The traditional wings were just as tasty. You could tell the quality of chicken was better than most other carryout/ delivery places. They're a little pricey, but if you love wings then I definitely recommend trying these out for yourself! read more

Can't even sauce chicken evenly, gave us mostly crumbs instead of actual chicken. Never ordering from here again. The manager defended this shirt coming, tried justifying why I got mostly crumbs. read more

Love wing stop but this place is just gross they don't wear gloves or hair nets and touch peoples food after touching there face and stuff but besides that I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and a lemon pepper chicken sandwich and they didn't even give me my wings I was kinda glad because I was about to throw up seeing them touch stuff like that and then the sandwich was disgusting my husband got really sick from it my recommendation is don't go here take a longer drive to a clean one. read more

Awful delivery experience. I only received half my order for a group combo, sat on hold for 10 minutes to discuss the issue. They apparently outsource delivery to Door Dash, even though I ordered directly through the website. Was told they don't have a way to contact Door Dash to complete the delivery. The manager told me my options are to drive and pick up the rest of my order or get a refund of the missing items - but she can't process the refund or tell me how much the refund would be because someone else handles it (apparently not in the store at the moment). We had some back and forth about the store packaging my order wrong, not the delivery driver's fault, and she hung up on me. I'm contacting my credit card and the franchise owner. Terrible service and mediocre wings at best. read more

Very rude. Went up 3 times to have my food that I paid for completed. Third time approaching the counter I was hit with. I didn't even be helping you to begin with. The 3 people that attempted to complete my order was very rude. read more

This is the second time I've given them a try in the last 6 months and I absolutely REGRET it! I came here for wings for my family while watching the game this evening and I'll never come back! $50 down the drain for the worst wings I've ever had. The wings were under cooked not seasoned, and the sauce was clearly thrown on there. The fries were dry and over cooked!! Do better Wing Stop!!! Again... NEVER going back!! read more

Not sure why it took over an hour for me to receive my food. Customer service here is terrible. Very unprofessional environment! Please do not waste your time here! read more

The manager is RUDE. I received the wrong order, and he refused to send the correct order. He said he would give me a refund and hung up on me. I called back and asked how he was going to refund me without having my contact info. He said he had the ticket in front of him. I then asked how much he would be refunding me, and he asked for my name. Turned out, he didn't have the ticket to begin with. I asked, "if I didn't call back, I wouldn't have gotten my refund, would I?" and he admitted I wouldn't have. After asking for my name again, he rudely butchered my name repeatedly and eventually hung up on me. He never answered the phone again. read more

Went here today 10/12/2020 and I'm pretty sure covid is still rolling around right..... well while masks are required apparently GLOVES are not. Three young ladies working, none with gloves. One came from handling food to taking money. Another transferring fries into a basket USING HER HANDS (without gloves). I just left and encouraged my friend not to eat her food. Even without covid rolling around, this is just crAzy. read more

Ordered one meal online at this location and got a message that said 18-23 minutes, so at 20 minutes I went in and as told to wait in my car for the text that it was ready. I waited 30 minutes and went back in, stood in line for another 5 minutes, and asked again. My food was sitting in on a shelf. It has clearly been there for a while because it was cold. I don't mean, "I wish it had been fresher" I mean it was stone cold. There were only two gentlemen in there. One at the register and one in the kitchen. The store manager needs to be retained or fired for having 1 cook on shift on a Sunday afternoon. The store was packed and as frustrating as it was for them to take almost an hour for one meal and for them to forget to text me, I feel bad for the guys that were there. read more

This place is unprofessional. Ordering online doesn't take less time. My order was supposed to be ready within 21 minutes. It's now going on an hour. The staff just says "it ain't ready yet" when asked how much longer it will be. I've been on hold via phone for 9 minutes and counting. This place is joke! read more

Earlier today I went to this wingstop and ordered the "bundle" meal and I would just like to know why it is called a "bundle" meal if it's not really a bundle. The meal did not come with fries or sauce, had to pay for those separately even though this is supposedly a "bundle" meal, I've been to many wingstops before and the bundle meal INCLUDES fries and sauce, that is what a bundle meal is. Secondly from what I've seen none of the staff members wear hairnets, you have female employees with long ponytails hanging off their shoulders in the food. Those hats are not stopping hair from falling in the food. read more

I love the wings don't get me wrong but I've ordered a soft drink 3 times now and they have all been bad. The soda has run out to guess idk. But it hasn't been soda. 3 times in a row! That's not good. They don't change their sodas out. read more

Not really sure why so many people like Wingstop. I think the chicken wings are dry, tough, and too salty. Fries are good, but you're there for the wings. The service here is also pretty bad. We were there a few years ago. We ordered some wings and when we got home, we were shorted by 10 wings.
