Ar 9:30 AM I placed an on line order for 11 lunches for people Inwork with. The order was scheduled to be picked up at 11:45 AM. When I arrived at 11:45, they were still working on my order. What should have been ready took another 15 minutes. Although it shouldn't be this way - fine - things happen. HOWEVER- When the board showed my order was ready I came back to the counter. I was ignored. For ten minutes the people behind the counter completely ignored me while I was standing there waiting to get my food. No one looked uo at the front counter. Eventually a new customer came in. The person I spoke to when I first arrived came from the kitchen. They walked past me - ignoring me - and took their order. They then turned to go back to the kitchen. At that point I yelled " May I please have my order that's been ready for ten minutes ." They looked at me - went back to putting their dressing cups in a refrigerator- then came back to give me my food. Customer services is everything. They should have been paying attention. They should have apologized for the food taking so long, They were rude and just did not care. I put their cash tip back in my pocket and returned it to the people ordering the lunches. I warned them of the lack of customer service and advised them to go elsewhere in the future. I'll do the same. read more

I would give this place a negative one if I could because of the service we did not receive which was replaced with ignorance instead. My husband went to go pick us up some wings for the Super Bowl around 5:00. When he got there, there were six people inside and he went to open the door and it was locked. That is when the six people inside, sitting at the tables, then pointed and laughed at my husband. TBH, I didn't see the Yelp reviews on this place prior to trying it out. I'm glad I didn't. I know it's been a minute since they entered the chicken sandwich game. And a contender they are. Was it the best chicken sandwich? There is a place in DC that holds that honor. But, for this area (where I live), they are the only fast food to feature Old Bay! The most rudest customer service I've ever seen. First off the girl tried to say I ordered ranch (an extra charge on my bill) and I never did. And got mad at me for it. Well, this was a disappointment. The wings and fries were awesome. But service? Well, when we got there, some dude was yelling at them because it took 45 minutes to get his food. And that should have been notice to GTFO. ...because it also took us 45 minutes to get our food. We waited 20 minutes and I went up to the counter and an employee said "it'll be up shortly". I went back to my table and my partner and I got to talking and lost track of time...it was 15 minutes later. I went up to the counter and had to wait 5 minutes before someone walked up to talk to me. Then they had to figure out what had gone wrong...which was apparently they printed out the ticket and put it in the wrong place, along with someone else's ticket. To make up for this they gave us each 3 extra wings, which was...something, but not much after a 45 minute wait. Staff seemed to not really care about any of this, and I don't blame them. Worst experience we've ever had at a Wingstop. Customer service here is terrible, and they'll sass you if they miss half or more of your order. We're always pretty gracious with customer service (we've worked in it for years) but they were actively trying to discourage anyone from coming in: we watched them put multiple people on hold while we waited 45 minutes for our wings, and they never answered any of them while they were all goofing around and playing on their phones. We also saw them drop a raw piece of chicken in one of the "done" fryers, shrug, and dump it in someone else's order right after. Go to another Wingstop. Seriously, any other. Placed a large order for a variety of items for a birthday party. During a pandemic, my expectations are lowered because.... well it's a pandemic! Businesses are short staffed. Supplies are probably limited. So on! One of the main draws to Wingstop is their little fried corn cob side. They looked so good and came in a variety of different seasonings. The lemon pepper was kinda spicy to me or I just wasn't expecting the kick. Our order consisted of a variety of wings (lemon pepper, Korean, and garlic parm), thighs (no seasoning & lemon pepper), fried corn (all different seasons), and fries. I placed the order online and it was ready upon arrival. The bags were taped shut so I didn't inspect to make sure everything was there. Surprisingly, it was!!! These are some of the best carryout wings in the area! The husband and I sampled the Spicy Korean, Mild and BBQ flavors, all of which were delicious. I will note that the Spicy Korean wasn't all that spicy. I can be a wuss when it comes to hotter sauces, but this one was pretty easy to handle and enjoy. If you're looking for heat these shouldn't be your first choice. The boneless wings weren't over-breaded and the breading itself had good texture - not too mushy or overly crunchy. They also had a good amount of sauce. The traditional wings were just as tasty. You could tell the quality of chicken was better than most other carryout/ delivery places. Awful delivery experience. I only received half my order for a group combo, sat on hold for 10 minutes to discuss the issue. They apparently outsource delivery to Door Dash, even though I ordered directly through the website. Was told they don't have a way to contact Door Dash to complete the delivery. The manager told me my options are to drive and pick up the rest of my order or get a refund of the missing items - but she can't process the refund or tell me how much the refund would be because someone else handles it (apparently not in the store at the moment). We had some back and forth about the store packaging my order wrong, not the delivery driver's fault, and she hung up on me. I'm contacting my credit card and the franchise owner. Earlier today I went to this wingstop and ordered the "bundle" meal and I would just like to know why it is called a "bundle" meal if it's not really a bundle. The meal did not come with fries or sauce, had to pay for those separately even though this is supposedly a "bundle" meal, I've been to many wingstops before and the bundle meal INCLUDES fries and sauce, that is what a bundle meal is. Secondly from what I've seen none of the staff members wear hairnets, you have female employees with long ponytails hanging off their shoulders in the food.
