Voodoo Fries
Kamilia L.

It was my first time ever. I had a good experience. I'm not sure if management changed, but the staff was pleasant, and the store was busy. I did order to-go tough. Tried the Korean BBQ sauce tenders and voodoo fries. I thought the tenders were decent, but way too bready. However, that's customary for the tenders here, so I understand. I'm not the biggest fan of cut potatoes. They don't get crispy enough. I think they need to be soaked to remove starch and fried longer for a decent crisp. There was a good amount of sauce on them, but again, they were not crispy. The flavor was good, though.

Lemon pepper, dry rub and hot honey dry rub boneless with carrots on the side. Their voodoo fries are delicious also.

The food is great Whoever is in the kitchen, cooking wings is magical always great service on time it's very clean and very well-maintained. Other Wingstop don't even make their wings as crispy as this Wingstop does.

A zero, the two African American woman that work there are very very very rude, and will charge you for literally anything you ask for. I highly suggest never setting foot in this place. The food is even cold, and I had to wait 40 minutes to get it, with no line.

Dirty counters and drink station. No ice.

They opened at 10:30 and we were there at 11:10. People were polite. Wings were really good. Fries will have to eat while I'm there. We got carry out.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Sandwich

The food we got here was phenomenal. We ate the two chicken sandwich meal (2 sandwiches, 2 dips, large fry and 2 refillable drinks) that was $17 after tax. The sandwiches were hot, flavorful, crispy chicken and premium buns. The fries were handcut and fresh. The ranch is a homemade style ranch, not a nasty pre-packaged ranch with weird flavor. Everything about the food was great. Here's what gives this place problems: management. The employees were overwhelmed and exhausted by the job, and we ate here at 4 PM on a Saturday. There were 3 people working, 2 in the kitchen and 1 rover between the register and kitchen. They had trouble with the menu on the register and had trouble filling orders quickly because of the volume. No one was available to clean the eat-in tables, but the place still wasn't too untidy. Wingstop needs to put better management in place here to help with staffing and workflow. Honestly, Undercover Boss needs to come help the employees. Don't miss the extra parking in the back that's easier to have more space in if you have a big vehicle.

This was the time that we were still on hold...

Did an online order for 24 wings and literally called the store immediately because I had ordered boneless and wanted bone in, only to be told that my wings were ALREADY READY. It had been 3mins . Was told I could not change my order because they were already ready. Was told also there would be a price increase for bone in. I said that is fine but was still told order was ready. Wings were del8vered 45 mins later yet they were done and I live 15 away...called back to recieve managers name only to be told no BY THE MANAGER and placed on hold never to be connected again . This is what we received. They were so HARD, we literally had to cut them up for our 8 yr son!

Rude, disrespectful staff. Attempted to get lunch here on Monday. After waiting 20 mins with no food we inquired about our meal and the staff wanted to cop an attitude saying it had only been 13 mins(rather exact). Sorry no my receipt was time stamped. He then asked if we would wanted a refund which we got. I then confronted him about the 'white boy ' comment on the receipt and he replies he never told me his name. One he never asked for a name, two we were the only people inside and three he could have used a shirt color as a descriptor. Not cool.

It's a family owned business and he has an affinity for some sort of alternative rock band. All throughout the restaurant is artwork, posters, and other nostalgic items of this particular band. First off the place is big. It has plenty of seating for large and small groups and I believe it has some outdoor seating as well although we did not opt for that this day since it was extremely hot and was supposed to rain. You place your order at the counter and they bring it to you to your table. They have everything from the vinegar based barbecue sauce typical of the Carolinas to the tomato based slightly sweet and smoky found up north where we're from. The staff was very friendly. The food was served, hot and quick, and it was really good. We particularly enjoyed the burnt ends. They were meaty had a nice little crust on the outside but juicy and tender on the inside. The fried okra could have used a bit more salt but was still good and what we thought was a cornbread muffin was actually a roll. It was actually something between cornbread and a roll if that makes sense. The baked beans were just ok I've had better but taste is subjective so yeah try them and see what you think! This place is a nice little drive from where we live but if ever up in that neck of the woods again, we'll definitely stop again!

I went back and forth between the piccata and the ziti. Asked if the meat sauce contains pork and she said it's just beef and brought us a taste. It was very good. I got the chicken piccata-the sauce was broken, but, I mean...in the cut; it was flavorful-nice subtle lemon brightness, creamy, perfectly seasoned. Huge portion, it was easily 3 meals for me, especially after eating 1/2 of the huge side salad. I do wish there was some fresh parsley and basil to give it a little color and pop of fresh herbs. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak w/ fries (hot, fresh and delicious) and said he enjoyed it as well. I did want tiramisu, but it's not homemade...again, in the cut, so, we bypassed dessert. I'll definitely be back to get the baked ziti. When I got to work the next day, I was talking about it with a coworker who said he always gets the ziti.

Originally, I never have much issues with this restaurant and the food had always stayed amazing…read morealong with the best customer service of all time until last night. Last night, my dinner with my date was beyond the worst. Never met this waitress ever before, must be new... but I would not want to interact with her horrible and nasty attitude that she brought to us again. 1. When she first had us sit down. She went straight to another family like we were invisibke and didn't even ask us what we would like to drink or anything, which was a little bit of a wait. I usually never have any issues with this place. If she is new... I do understand she may be training, but have respect and not a horrible attitude. 2. She didn't even check in on us but only once, which was about an hour in. At least. We actually had to walk up to the bar to ask from someone else for sauces because our waitress was hiding in the back most of the time on her phone. How do i know that? Because if you check the cameras... most likely -- thats where you would see her exactly hiding and once she walked out from her hiding spot, you could actually see her phone in her hand like every time she walks out with her turning her phone off. 3. She even had someone else bring the food out to us which were ONLY appetizers that took a hold up for more than an hour. Not to mention, our waitress did the same thing to another family, as we were waiting on another additional 30 minutes, just for our check. 4. She grabbed my food and didn't even ask if i was done with it while i was in the restroom. There wasn't a whole lot left on the plate, but still to have common courtesy is something I least expected. I was pretty upset over 3 mini corn dogs... due to the fact that I was about to hit my calorie goal for that day. But it is what is. Note/Tip: Please have commonsense and courtesy when it comes to working in a food industry. Actually, engage and don't be afraid to check on people every 10 minutes with their food. You never know what they may need in just that short of a time.
