Wingstop - Fries too oily and burned not well cooked, sandwich bread cold, long time waiting, bad customer service - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fresno, California

This place gets worse every time I come back! We ordered online because we were on a time constraint. Ordered at 1:30, got a confirmation email and got there at 2pm to pick it up. They said they never got the order... told us we could wait 30 mins and order again but we ordered online FOR A REASON! Wasted our time and now my boyfriend has no food before work. Not all wingstops are the same for sure. I came once, customer service was iffy but the food was great so I decided to come back.. Came back today trying to use my 5 free wings w/ equal purchase coupon and was told I can't use it because it's not printed ( I have never had this problem at any other wingstop). They told me to order online to use it. Redeemed my coupon for the code they told me to use but there's not even a spot to put codes for a discount! So I basically wasted it. Annoyed, i asked again why they don't take it and the girl in the back got mad and started ranting about it. "It needs to be printed! Our owner doesn't take those coupons. We don't take those coupons. I don't know why it's on there if we don't take it! It has to have our address on it anyway". It did have their address on it btw anyway!!! The cashier was a sweet heart, but girl in the back was rude. Food was ok the second time. That's i read more

Went this location a few weeks ago and order was correct wings were good. The service was horrible. Everyone working looks miserable. Walked in waited at counter all 5 works looked at me with no smile or coming over to help. Not even saying "well be right with u" When finally someone came over she jst stood there with a blank look on her face. I said my name of order she rang me up. Did not say a amount i jst gave her my card, we were done i said thank you and still not one words out of her mouth. read more

I like this place. Never more than 30 minutes for take out of you call ahead. You can even get things EXTRA crispy, which is a nice change. Boneless $0.50 wings on Mondays and Tuesdays! read more

Brought family here today and ordered two orders of the 15pcs not realizing they had a 30 pcs combo for cheaper (we don't eat at wingstop much, whoops). Employee who took my order didn't bother say anything. When I realized after already placing order I spoke with the female manager and all she said was "sorry." Didn't even bother to try to make it right. Offer a partial refund or extra wings or something. Nope, nothing. Very poor management and culture and the business deserves better read more

Our order is usually good. This time, sauce on Hawaiian was lacking, dry rub on the Brazilian citrus was not even there. Almost half of our fries were CRUNCHY! we called and they said we had to bring everything back to get it replaced. I understand it's policy. But 10minutes till closing and you want us to bring it back. You want me to drive 15+ miles back to your location? I just got off work and you want us to bring it back? Really? Disappointed! read more

Wingstop - Crunchy fries!!! Smfh! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fresno, California

Horrible. For $15 I feel like I've gotten like $7 worth of food. Ordered a 10 PCs wings meal and the bag was drenched in oil, the fries were salted to hell, and the wings were literally bite size???? I've ordered from wing stop so many times and the wings have always been one size, these wings I got from here are ridiculously small they are probably half the size of frozen wings you'd get from the grocery store. Never coming back again, if you want wing stop wings go to the other wing stops on Shaw or the one on kings canyon! read more

This location is super frustrating, unorganized and UNPROFESSIONAL. Just to order took us about 10 minutes and we were standing at the register for a while doing nothing. No big deal. Finished paying at 7:13 pm. We were told 18-25 minutes. 7:43 pm -- we were asked "did you guys just get here or have you guys been waiting" obviously we told them we have been waiting for 30 mins. We were told they were being "sauced". Turns out our order had been given to someone else. Bummer. Showed them our receipt which said **boneless** and they asked if we wanted an upgrade to get **classic**. We said no. They come back and say our order said we had ordered *classic* which we did NOT. 7:56 we got our meal. Boo for this place. Shit needs to change around here. *** UPDATE found HAIR in the fries!!!! Beware everyone!!!!! **** gross!!!! never again read more

I come for the wings and stay for the beer. No, honestly the brew selection isn't top notch but they have Pacifico and Lagunitas and some other choices but the wings, oh the wings. Did I mention the WINGS? I love their wings and they have specials and great variety of sauces and other choices if you prefer food other than wings but it is Wing Stop so ya know. I'll be back, near Fashion Fair so that's convenient too! read more

I've gone here twice and been dissapointed twice. Their standard hot flavor is the best flavor they offer. Wings are ok but they seem to have a funky coating to them, hard to describe. Fries are seasoned with a heavy hand each time I've gone in. The 15 minute wait is fine with me because they make them fresh to order. The place has seemed unkept and they really need a supervisor on site to manage the crew. I don't want to feel like a nussance for placing an order. Will not return. read more

It's not the king of all wings with their flavors as Buffalo Wild Wings but I slightly enjoy this place more than bww. One it's quiet, two I really like it when places listen and take orders! When I ask for saucy this place does saucy. Love that their chicken wings are feed fried and tossed in sauce *drools* it's just mouth watering. The flavors of wings that u ordered: Hawaiian, terriyaki, and garlic Parmesan. Personally I DONT like any of those flavors but since I was treating my little sister she choose all those flavors. I love spicy but their spicy here not all that great. New comers ill SKIP on the Hawaiian and terriyaki way wayyy salty but maybe it's because I'm pregnant and my tastes buds are off. Don't know and don't care to try them again. But that garlic Parmesan oh actually delish! If you're picking up to go CALL in, swear there's always a line or a really long wait. Good luck if you're trying to sit and eat. Staff really quick with service and attentive. Only downside is there is barely any room to sit and eat while you are there. I rarely get sides and when I do it's just always the yeast rolls. It always goes justice! Mhmm just thinking about it I think I will go into today to get me 2 orders of them. Warm, cooked to order and lastly buttery flavor. read more

Wingstop - 35 wings: Hawaiian, terriyaki, and BBQ sauce with half a dozen of yeast bread. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fresno, California

These guys are just as bad as buffalo wild ass. I explain it clearly to the lady in the front what I wanted, then I explained it again to one of the worker in the back. I just wanted my order to come out right. Still came out wrong. The fries are small now too. Think they went cheap. Edit: the fries are still the same size. Instead of the large, they gave me the regular size portion. They f me up good. Got me! read more

Wingstop - Asked for light sauce but keep the seasoning. Explained it to the front and back crew. Still fuck it up. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fresno, California

My mom and i stood in line for over 20 minutes just to get helped, the person at the register had personal conversations with the customers in front of us. Apparently the register wasn't working. The food was good as always, though it was cold. Workers are very unprofessional. read more

Wing Stop is not how it used to be. The wings used to be made carefully and properly I guess you could say. However the last times that I have ordered, my wings are not cooked properly they are overcooked and super super oily. I am currently looking for a new wing place and I know that before the pandemic my food tasted as if they cared about how they cooked the wings, now it doesn't seem like that anymore. read more

12/15/2021, I order 30 piece chicken, boneless. Whatever I order tasted great. They just forgot to give me my 3rd dipping sauce (honey mustard) and gave very little of veggies with it only read more

I came in for lunch recently and while I was waiting for my order, I started hearing this lady (unfortunately the manager) screaming in the kitchen, she was yelling and complaining at the workers. Straight up insukting then! Terrible management in fast food is no joke! Workers need to be treated fairly no matter where the workplace is. I will not be coming back here due to the inappropriate and immature behavior of the management here. read more

2 stars cus the cashier was pretty friendly. But the food did not taste good. It was very soggy and oily. Couldn't taste the flavor except for the lemon pepper. Everything else was bleh. read more

Every time we order from here they get our order wrong. SLOWEST SERVICE! Always take longer than the expected time. Even when they say just 10 more mins we end up waiting 30 or more. The staff doesn't seem to know what's going on when you ask about your order. Would not recommend unless you have plenty of waiting time. read more

Tell me how I waited 2 HOURS for some wings. I put in an order at 8:00 and it says the wait is 45 minutes to an hour, pretty long but ok. I show up 50 minutes later and they tell me that it's being made. 45 minutes later I ask where's my food. They tell me that it's STILL being made. It wasn't until 20 minutes after that when I finally got my food. I ordered at 8:00 and didn't even receive my food until after 10:00. As I was waiting there were people who ordered and got their food. My order wasn't even big.(6 tenders, 16 boneless, and some fries). Also, the people in the back were taking personal phone call which probably increased the damn wait time. The icing on the cake was that the food that I waited 2 hours for was the worst food I've ever gotten from wing stop. The fries were burnt and the tenders were barely bigger than the boneless nuggets. When I got my food, all I got was a "sorry for the wait boss" Needless to say I won't be going back any time soon. read more

The food is fine but omg the wait time is ridiculous. They tell me an hour wait, I get here, and it's now been another 30 minutes of waiting. 90 minute wait for my order?! Seriously?! This is so unacceptable and unbelievable. Update: it's now going on 2 hours. my brother asked about our food and all they said was "it's still being made" read more

So I usually don't post reviews. This is just a warning for online ordering. DONT DO IT. I placed an online order around 11pm. I received a confirmation email saying that it would be ready at 11:30 for pickup! So I headed over around that time. I sent my fiancé in to pick it up and I waited in he car. He came out and said it wasn't ready yet so I looked at the receipt they gave him ( he already paid). The cashier said that they didn't have an order under my name but they had a different online order so that must be the one. NO LOGIC. by the time we figured it out, they were closing and said they never received my online order but that it was too late for me to place an order. So... fiancé asked for a refund and they didn't even give us all of our money back. Her excuse was " I'm really tired, how much did you pay again?" We tried to explain how much she owed us back and she kept saying she was confused so we just left after receiving a partial refund. Never going back here again. read more

Tried for the first time, terribly, deadly full of salt. Fries and Mild rub & Cajun. Place was filthy, greasy floors, soda squirted everywhere, dirty machine. Asked for a refund after tasting the food. "Manager" only reprinted the ticket and laughed. Employee taking phone orders was immature and rude to say the least. Still waiting on my refund. Zero stars if I could. read more

Take out order was perfect asked for all flats and certain sauces cooked fresh n perfect great service

I work from 5 AM my break at 3:30 so I call before my break so I can save some time. It's sad when you call 3-4 times. And they hang up on you I order from here because it's near me so I have to continue my job without eating today if you don't like your job quit and go home. read more

Ordered takeout delivery through Doordash. Whoever made our order OVERLY seasoned the Cajun fries they were so salty. And all the boneless wings had a pool of sauce, it was soggy on arrival. No plans on ordering again read more

This place used to have good food and staffs were very friendly, but they're the worst since Covid started. I went here once when Covid has started, and thought because of Covid they can't receive what they used to order. But today, I made sure this place is the worst. First, the taste gone bad and I'm sure they served us the old ones that might someone canceled it. And worst thing is the workers give the attitude all the time. Only gives smiles and welcoming the regulars. Idk why people still go here. read more

Usually great, we prefer this wing stop to other wing stops and wing stop to bww so it was disappointing to get cold fries hot wings tho but cold fries. Which didn't make a whole lot if sense to me but what are you gonna do when you choose to go to a farther wing stop (for what use to be better quality) just eat them i guess read more

Patricia and Anthony are at this Wingstop killing it! Just the two of them running a crazy amount of orders, phone calls and handing out food. They are keeping their cool and still providing great customer service. I highly recommend this Wingstop location! read more

I normally love Wingstop, but this location seriously underperformed tonight. I waited at an empty counter for 10 minutes to place my order. It took them about half an hour to prepare my food. The place was absolutely filthy. The coke machine's screen had a visibly thick layer of dirt caked on it. The straw dispenser was sticky. Somebody had spilled some red drink on the cup lids that were sitting out. The table I was sitting at had a receipt on it with a time stamp of 6:17. I was in the restaurant around 8:45. This suggests the tables hadn't been cleaned in well over two hours. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of the subhuman conditions of the dining room, the coke machine was broken and did not dispense ice. Long story short: the men's room at a public park would have been a more appealing and far cleaner environment to have a meal in. read more

I had the perfect wings done in three ways, lemon pepper, louisiana rub and spicy Korean Q. Although this location is small and crowded, we ordered thru' our mobile app, stood in line, paid at cashier and picked our order. The wings were flavored just right, the crunchiness and moist as wings were amazing! This is not my first visit, I was baffled, my taste buds renewed! I was more shocked to try the spicy Korean Q for the first time. Yes, this is what heavenly at each bite taste like. Wow, I was blown away with the sauce. So addicting! I will be back - again and again, Wing Stop! read more

Chicken Wings can never let you down and Wingstop provides 16 different reasons to be happy with different flavors and style, My favorite is traditional hot wings and garlic Parmesan which goes well with large seasoned fries, A good tasty meal under $20 bucks for 2 people The location is quite famous with college crowd (being close to Fresno state) and girl at counter was very social and helpful, She requested to fill up the survey on the coupon and offered us a warm chocolate chip cookie read more

I came here on a Monday night it was pretty slow and we just got fries and two flavors 15 boneless wings they gave us all one flavor and a few of the pieces were undercooked. Fries were soggy and my tummy hurts now, we had them redo the order but it was still all lemon pepper, I don't eat spicy at all and we got Louisiana rub and it all tasted the same like lemon which wasn't flavored that much. The undercooked chicken alone will put me off Wingstop and chicken for a while :(. read more

I came here after shopping with a friend to grab a bite and the girl who run me up, her name is Amelia, was extremely rude. I can obviously tell she didn't like her job. She looked annoyed and when she took my order, she talked to me like I was stupid. I love wing stop so I go there all the time, also because wing stop is the only wing place close to where I live. I always get the same thing, 6 piece meal half lemon pepper and half Louisiana rub bone in. When she was done taking my order she rudely place my cup on the counter so rudely that my cup tipped over she didn't even apologized. She never greeted me or looked at me once. I understand I worked in customer service too but even on a bad day it's never ok to be rude to anyone even outside of work. read more
