We ordered take out from this Wing Stop, and I have to say I was really disappointed. I ordered the boneless Parmesan-Coated chicken. So the upside of this is that the chicken was well prepared, but there was WAY too much Parmesan and butter on it... so much that I was unable taste the actual chicken. We also ordered French fries and carrot sticks with our order and honestly those fries were way overdone and squishy (yes, I said squishy). Just left the restaurant after ordering a 10 piece chicken wing bone in with garlic parmesan and lemon pepper with five additional wings. That was the worst 13 bucks I ever spent in my life! Wings are one of my favorite things. They're the perfect food. They're crispy, crunchy and spicy if you want them to be. At most occasions I always get what I want when I go to Wingstop. However it is not the case at this location. I just finished doing some shopping with a friend and told her we should get some wings. I normally do not go to this location because the quality has gone down so far so fast that I would rather drive 20 miles out of my way to go to another location on the other side of town. But it was 5 oclock on a Friday and traffic was crazy! So I went against my better judgement and went to the show location. Only two or three wings were flavored. The rest were smothered in grease. I thought I was going to share them with my daughter but did not want her to have any soggy wings so I threw them in the trash. I wish they had a number that I could call and complain to. They were the worst chicken wings I've ever had. Again it has convinced me to go to the other location on Kings Canyon because this place is horrible! I love Wingstop, lemon pepper is my favorite. They are five stars, in my opinion, which is that of a person who doesn't generally order chicken wings. Not that I don't like them, there's just so many other things I prefer. But I will always say Yes to Wingstop. This is my preferred location in town: it's roomy enough to sit in to eat. Service is also good: friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions. The only downside here is the small parking with tight spaces and it can get a little dirty fast. read more

No one wearing name tags. When I arrive to pick up my order, I had forgotten to ask for my wings extra wet so I asked for a little bit of wing sauce on the side. The girl at the register tried to charge me $1.50 for that. That's silly, so I said OK instead just put it on the wings then. I love this store! Martha and the team there at Store #510 were so helpful during a FRIDAY lunch rush! As someone whose whole work life revolves around customer service, it was very refreshing to have her help me with my order goof. She also let me know you can save by ordering with their app. Btw I'm a lemon pepper and garlic parm girl, BONE-In. But my coworkers are hooked on the chicken sandwhich. 10/10 recommend if you want yummy wings customized to your flavor profile AND seasoning level. I see more wings in my future. read more

This is the 3rd time this location is "unable to find my order" when the door dash driver arrives. The first time I understood and figured there was an issue with the system. The 2nd time it happened I asked them if they are choosing to not make my order because they were busy and they assured me "the order never came through." That was over a year ago so there is no way this would happen for a 3rd time...wrong. I placed my order at 6:20pm and it said 35-45 minute wait. At 6:40pm I called to make sure they got my order and the woman on the phone answered by saying " it's an hour wait and we're out of boneless wings" I said no problem I just wanted to confirm my order was received and it will be delivered when it's done. All she said was yes it's being made right now and hung up. At 7:20pm I got a call from door dash support saying they are telling the dasher the order was never received. My experience with Wingstop has never been so devastating. I had very high expectations for this so-called "atomic chicken sandwich" and they were not met. The chicken was pretty soggy and had a very strong hint of garlic, the bun was cold, and the condiments were bland. I'm not sure what went wrong, as I'm sure the chicken must have been cooked fresh. It's possible that the garlic was overpowering the other flavors, or that the bun wasn't stored properly and had gone stale. It's also possible that the condiments weren't added at the right time or amount, or that the chicken wasn't seasoned properly.. FOOD POISONING!!! Every time we come here, there's so many problems but this last time was by far the worst. My boyfriend and I went for lunch, his order was wrong and had to be corrected 3 times. We asked for a partial refund (didn't eat the food yet) and they said no. The employees are careless and rude. The place is always disgusting, trash everywhere, no paper towels in the bathroom, soda machine is empty, sticky floors, etc. This time half of the lights were off in the dining area and THERE WAS A HUGE PUDDLE LEAKING FROM THE KITCHEN INTO THE DINING AREA!!! This was the only food/drink my bf and I ate all day and 2 hours after leaving we were both vomiting from food poisoning for 3 hours. Since then I've spoken to a HANDFUL of people who said they were poisoned by this location as well! Surprised they haven't sent anyone to the hospital with their carelessness. Called the store to ask for a refund a week later and the manager Andrew was an asshole and clearly did not care about the customers. He was so rude and patronizing and said we needed a doctors note to get a refund because policy is "if the food is eaten no refund can be given"...but we had tried to get a refund before we ate it and they still wouldn't give us one. After speaking to corporate for a week I eventually got a refund but I had to get it from the Shaw and Brawley location(which was sparkling clean with a great manager and friendly employees by the way).
