Slowest service! Went in and order to go. Waited for about 20 minutes and thought they said my name and I went and asked. Was told no so I waited for about 10 more minutes. Then went up and asked again, since they hadn't called my name still. Was rudely told "we only have a 10 minute turn around right now. What's your name?". Then another employee walked up and claimed she had called my name several times, but I was sitting right by the window and did not hear my name once. I wish I could give 5 stars, but overall I think 4 is spot on. Two reasons for the lack of a fifth star... We ordered online and our wait time said 18 minutes, it was over double that... I can understand 10 minutes maybe. This is an extremely busy location and brand-new so expect maybe a bit of a longer wait than expected. 2nd reason is this store does not allow for "pay at the restaurant" for orders over $25.00.. That was a bummer and I've not experienced this with any other WS. Now to the good stuff... Wings are yummy and NOT skimpy and the order was correct, even considering how busy they were. Not surprised to see this location only has 2 stars. We only come here because we like to eat inside. Each time we have came to this location the girl with the hot pink hair has been so rude and with an attitude. Today as we were ordering she rolled her eyes because my boyfriend misheard her. After ordering, we waited for 40 minutes for our food while the girl that took our order stood around talking to other staff members not working. Finally, a staff member brought us our food and it was ice cold. I didn't send it back because I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes. Terrible customer service. Employees NEVER seem to be working and are always extremely unprofessional. They never seem to be interested in their customers at all. One employee was at the front on the phone when we walked in and the three other employees were in the back just stared at us, ignored us and continued walking around doing nothing. When the gentleman in the front got off the phone he just stared at us and waited for us to notice for him to take our order instead of offering a simple hello or how are you. I love wing stop, but then I came to this location. This had to be the worse wings ever cooked. I can't even say cooked, because it tasted like it was undercooked. I waited 30 mins for my wings and my wings still tasted cold. While waiting, I hear people calling in complaining about their food....cashier giving refunds. We normally go to the Wingstop on 377 in Watauga. We decided to try this one since it's closer. I'll be driving to Watauga. Like other reviewers, ours was seriously under seasoned. There was no sauce in the bottom of the container. They were so dry. And the fries were under cooked and under seasoned. Not impressed! read more

This is my second time here and everything was great as expected from a Wing Stop. Servers were very friendly, food was great and on time, my first visit included a visit with the manager who was very friendly and listened to inputs. This wing-stop puts the 'Wing-Stop' chain to shame. I KNOW for a fact Wing-Stop can do better than this. I've been to many other locations,and have never experienced this kind of poor customer service and the poor quality of food. I went there last night to pick up a to-go order, was given the typical 15 min wait time. To make a long story short, I waited almost 45 minutes by the time I got my food. I wasn't angry at all, in fact, I was disappointed. I feel like this Wing-Stop location gives the brand a bad bad rap. They were extremely under staffed, and it felt like all the employees could care less. I even saw the head manager with his jacket, backpack, and keys in hand...like he was leaving for the night! This is your dinner rush dude, not a good time to leave! Will not be going back to this location, and I hope the higher ups (Franchise owners) are reading these Yelp comments. I LOVE Wingstop but this location is a hot mess. I normally order from the Western Center location but we moved to Keller so it's not a quick option for us anymore. I was so excited when I learned that a location opened up closer to us. For starters the wing sauce was lacking. Normally we have to drench our wings in ranch to save our mouths (how we like it) but these were extremely mild. The fries were next, I LOVE Wingstop's fries but these were gross. They tasted like they'd been left out for too long and were thrown under a heat lamp with salt & sugar as an afterthought. And to finish this all off their rolls that are normally soft & sweet were over baked, crunchy, and dry. They resembled stale bread that seemingly tried to be revived. The nasty girl with pink hair said sorry I forgot you were there. I placed my order so I sat down in front of the registers. I watch the chaos. One customer came in to pick up his online order. They made it bone in instead of bone out. The nasty pink haired girl gave him the wrong monster drinks. He said that's not what I order. She told him he didn't have to be rude. He should have asked for a refund. A guy named tony walked in and told Pink he had a call in under the name tony. Nasty pink haired girl told him she didn't have a call in under that name he gave he the phone number. He said can I replace the order. She did not want to take his order. A family that was dinning in finally got their order but two of the dinners were supposed to be boneless. The two young ladies told Pink they received the wrong wings. She told them they didn't specify which wings they want. They went back and forward. They replaced there meals. Several customers that order after me had gotten there orders. I walked up and asked nasty pink was my order almost done. She walked to the line and asked the guys, they ignored her she then ignored me. She yelled to them are guys giving out the wrong order. She starting taking order. I asked the new guy after he finished wiping his nose and scratching his balls can he give me a refund. A new shift was coming in. Wingstop is one of my favorite places to eat.... But maybe not at this specific location. Every time I go here I can always expect to wait 35-40 minutes. I order online sometimes and get told "Okay sir your order will be ready in about 25 minutes" That's a long time to wait for food, but I also understand they put down fresh wings. With that being said 25 minutes is nothing but 40 minute wait?!? Completely unacceptable & on top of that if I want a 2nd ranch I have to pay $1 Makes no sense shouldn't my 40 minute wait be enough?? They definitely need more staff or more fryers or whatever they need to do to get the customer service right. read more

Nice clean spot... it's smaller than your average wing stop but still nice. They were clearly training people so I understand the delay in service. Wings are very good. Figured I would stop by and check it out. Impressed for sure. Good food, great service and a friendly atmosphere. Going to say the BBQ is a little spicy but hey it is what it is. I have been an avid fan of Wingstop for several years, and frequent this North Tarrant store. However, after far too many substandard experiences, I can no longer patronize this location. While in there the other night to pick up an order I had placed online about 20 minutes prior to my arrival, the employee who rang me up forgot to give me my order which was already prepared and packaged when I got there. Upon realizing I had been sitting in their dining room for roughly 20 minutes, waiting for food that was ready and was not stored under any sort of heating element, the aforementioned employee handed me my food, and I was issued no sort of apology or explanation. I do not have high standards for the service found in chains such as this one, but too often I have walked into this store only to be overtly ignored, not greeted, or made to feel like an inconvenience by the group of ineffectual teenagers who appear to run the store, come closing time. I am writing this review in hopes that an employee here who possesses even a modicum of managerial ability will feel inspired to step in and attempt to reform such a poorly run establishment. read more

My husband and I just made our last visit to this location. The staff here was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Tonight we placed a to go order online. Upon our arrival to pick it up, we were "greeted" by a charming gal named Gisel (or so my receipt says) who leaned on the wall next to her register and blankly stared at us as if we were an utter nuisance just for being in her presence. She never even tried to greet us; just stared at us as we walked to the counter and waited for us to announce that we were there to pick up our to go order. She told us our total, ran our card, handed it back without saying a single word, turned on her heel and walked away to the kitchen. It was so rude and I was so surprised by her curtness that I literally stared and watched her walk away. A gal from the back noticed and said "she should have that for you in a couple of minutes". It took us about ten minutes to get to this location from our home. We timed it this way in hopes that we would not have to wait very long once we arrived. TWENTY FIVE minutes (in house) later, ten of which we spent watching our food sit in the window yet there wasn't a single staff member who could be bothered to walk it to the counter so we could leave, we received our order. Thankfully, the more kind gal from the back was the one to hand it to us. With our travel time and in-house wait, we waited almost forty minutes for this food. The only other person in the restaurant, a gentleman who had also been waiting for a to go order, had a similar experience. He sat and tried to wait patiently but finally had enough and walked up to the counter spinning his keys to indicate he was quite ready to leave. The ever charming Gisele finally took notice of him, walked over to the window, picked up his bag, said his last name, put the food on the counter in front of him and walked away. The poor man was dumbfounded. That food had been sitting there the whole time we had been waiting. How are you even able to keep your lights on with this lack of customer service? I'm not even sure it's customer service--it's just simple human decency and it really shouldn't be too much to ask for. My husband and I had noticed the gentleman's bag of food sitting in the window when we arrived because we thought it may be ours sitting ready for us to pick it up. This poor man was there before us and left just minutes before we did. All the while, his food sat in the food window right in front of him but he hadn't a clue because the staff couldn't be bothered to have the courtesy to do their jobs and hand it to him. Though the wait time was ridiculous, the complete rudeness is what will cause us to never step foot in this location again. The restaurant was completely empty. We were the only 3 patrons in the place (and before you wonder: it was about 7:45. I worked in the service industry so i know better than to show up at closing time. This was absolutely not the case). The rudeness we experienced directly as well as what we observed from the single other patron in the building was totally unacceptable. If there is another location near you but slightly further, be warned: it's worth the gas money to go elsewhere. read more
