We stopped coming to this location after a few bad visits. It's been almost two years now. Tonight, my teenage son got off of work and asked to go to Wing Stop (someone must have said something at his job) The staff, as usual, is extremely rude to him. What the hell happened to greeting the customers? Or just basic customer service? Personally I would have walked out, which is what I suggested him to do. The wife and I came in to the store I stayed in the car to watch the child she went in and after making her order was told 15 minutes. Hi waited a pretty long time in the car and we had a pretty good text conversation going on with her actually wondering if she should just get her money back and leave. Sitting outside I saw quite a few people come in and then leave long after my wife edwin inside she said she even heard somebody call in an order and then come in and pick it up while she was still in there waiting. She had also told me that the 25 minute mark that she had looked at her receipt and see how long she had been waiting and asked how much longer the wait would be, when the girl went into the kitchen she actually saw the cook shoot her a dirty look as he was talking to the girl, if she had told me that while I was sitting in the car I probably would've went back and had some words somebody showing disrespect to my wife like that. She emerged from the building 30 minutes later visibly upset and I can see why this is only a two star establishment. I don't think under any circumstances we will be visiting this particular location ever again. Amazing!! Customer Service from Marcus and Jasmine at the Wingstop on Tarrant #425 in Fort Worth, Texas. It feels great to walk into an establishment and receive superb, excellent customer service. Marcus did my order very courteous and professional. Between him and Jasmine, they both were very tentative as far as letting me know how many more minutes I had, without me having to ask. They both did service with a smile and you could tell they loved their job and that speaks wonders. Some people get jobs working with the public and have attitudes. Not Jasmine and nit Marcus. It look us almost 30 minutes to get our food on what seemed like a slow day. When we finally got our food everything was so under seasoned I had to go tell them about it. Their resolution was to sprinkle a little bit of more lemon pepper, unfortunately the taste was still the same.
