While most people order and the order to go, there are a small area of tables, tv's, drink station. Food review- Bone in or nuggets- that is the question! I had the classic (bone in) wings- lemon pepper. I prefer this because of the crunch, a great taste and dipping with blue cheese. Fries... oh my. Wingstop's seasoned fries are some of the best. The seasoning is awesome and provides a slightly seasoned taste. My son had the boneless and hot Mango habanero wings. These wings are more of a wet texture. He typically grabs a fork for less mess. Louisiana Voovoo fries were something new for this meal. This was a large set of fries with liquid cheese and a pronounced spicy taste that was sprinkled on top. For something different it was nice. I am a big fan of Wing Stop. They have the best wings. However service can ruin any experience. We ordered online a family pack. It was early evening hours on a Saturday night. The pickup was 6:30 and I arrived about 6:40. The first young man that was helping me took my name and barely looked anywhere and said they didn't have our order. I could see a couple bags sitting on the shelf and asked him to check those. He turned around and walked away. The second employee came over and reacted the same way. I finally got her attention of a third employee and asked them to check the two bags. Voila!!!! There sat our order. We got home and the order was correct. Here's where this location lost any future business. We had three different flavors which were dry rubs. 24 total wings. The wings were well over cooked and the ribs barely had any on the wings. There was enough to tell but it appears they ran the rub over the top and nothing more. So we ended up eating plain wings. We won't go back to this location again. read more

I had ordered a large side of ranch in addition to some family size wings. The food was good but whoever bagged the order just threw it in the bag and the ranch opened and leaked over everything. Accidents happen, so I wasn't too worried about it. The second time I ordered the 20pc boneless wings takeout for my family, they didn't get my order correct. I asked for half Louisiana and they gave me garlic Parmesan.. They also must have ran out of boneless wings because they tore up (not cut) chicken tenders and tossed it in sauce. It looked gross. So looks like our 2nd experience here was a dull. We continued to come here since they were opened for dine in. Other than the cook, the rest of the people here looks like they just graduated middle school. We tried to order the new "lemon garlic" but the cashier didn't know what it was and said they didn't have it even though it was available to order on their app and wingstop has been promoting it nonstop. Then they said our order would take 20-30 minutes even though we are dining in, gladly that wasn't that case and our food came out in a timely manner. Out of 24 wings, only 3 were flats, the rest were the nasty drums looking ones. 2 hot lemon and 1 mango habanero... 3/24; 13% of our wings were flats. Worse experience ever. The 3 containers of ranch wasn't even filled up all the way either. It was 75% filled. What a disappointment. I never had this experience at wing-stop before, its usually not even but 30/40 or 30/70, but this was disgustingly unfair especially for the people who prefer flats. It's called "mixed" for a reason, i am not going to pay an extra $3-4 bucks for it to be all flats. We also don't want to smell the cleaning supplies while eating here, very disappointed that they decided to wipe the floors around 9pm even though it was not close to closing time. I love WingStop. The issue I have is with this location. There are some hardworkers and some so-so. I won't knock the ones hustling to bang out all those orders. Thank you for working hard. I'm upset that my pick up time tells me 15-25 min and in reality it ain't ready for nearly 40 min. I get it everybody loves Wingstop. Maybe employee more people to keep up with such high demand? This isn't the first time it's happened at this location, but it will be my last time. If you got time to be on your phone on the back while you got customers waiting on you, then you need to be coached, retrained and if you can't hack it after that buddy, find something else to be crappy at. read more

Usually our favorite place to eat. Customer service is awful. The cashier didn't say hello just stood there as if she were inconvenienced. We waited longer then normal for our food. When our food was ready a guy who handed me the food basically tossed me the bag. We ate at dirty tables that one of my kids had to clean. Restaurant was dirty, wings were drenched in sauce that was unnecessary, chicken was was not fully cooked. I ordered online, and accidentally left off my dipping sauces. I immediately called the store and asked them to add it, and that I had no issue paying for it. They said it was not possible to add it. I want to shoutout Saniyyah, Nate, GM Emma and the staff at Wingstop. I haven't had this level of service at any Wingstop in quite some time. My daughter and I went there Friday after work. It was busy, but we were greeted when we walked in. Our interactions for the most part were with Saniyyah and Nate. They were both very helpful. At this location, you can see the food being prepared. No one was standing around, everyone was busy. Food was continuously coming out and it was delicious. My fries were not "grey", like the Timberland location knowingly served me.
