Wingstop food is great. But y'all need to change all the freaks who don't know how to treat a costumer. I ordered an $18 combo at Wingstop and they only gave me one sauce. When I asked for another one, they charged me $1.45 for the extra sauce. I don't really care about the extra charge tho. After I paid for that extra sauce, I tried to ask for another sauce in a slightly larger size they had, but the staff gave me a huge container that wasn't the one I wanted. They treated me rudely, told me they couldn't sell me another sauce or charge me for it, and basically told me to leave the store. It was a really unpleasant experience. I'm still tryin to figure out why Wingstop hire that kinda people read more

15% or more TIP requested for online ordering / takeout? ($10 tip for takeout) Am I the only one having an issue with this?? Especially when this place messes up the order nearly every time and runs double their estimated ready time on the app. When the order is accurate and the wings are fresh they are good I will say. However it's rarely the case at this location. When we request no fry seasoning they never do it and I have to wait for them to remake them. By then the wings are cold. Better service would equal better tips and at the customer's discretion, not the app. read more

Wanted to give zero stars for this location! Food is excellent but service is horrible! Today September 29, 2024 waited for over twenty minutes just to place order two guys in front of me gave up and left. Had several people behind me waiting to order and girls just kept saying not a good time they are Busy while manager or employee on back office on phone but could see how busy it was and never came out to help! My delivery order was placed about 430p on 3-2. Whoever prepared it should know that I have NEVER been so happy with an order! I get wings about once a month, and usually they're all in one container separated by a paper sheath, and the sauce is usually iffy on quantity. They're always good, but the presentation is hit-or-miss on wether it's 'good' or 'perfect'... but I've never had a 'bad' order! THIS order had the wings in separate containers, the papers were perfectly placed to stop spillage, and there was a perfect amount of sauce! Not only that, I got plenty of wetnaps and 2 sets of cutlery. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Whoever was on duty and doing online orders needs a raise and a paid promotion to 'trainer'! read more

I should have know better than to eat here again. The staff here are always rude and the ugliest looks when you ask questions. So they told us that they were not taking orders an hour and a half before they closed. I even asked her if they were open till 11pm and her response was "I said I wasn't taking orders!!!" And the willingness I had to argue suddenly disappeared knowing I would definitely be arguing with Wingstops finest... I wonder if the owners are aware of the lost income potential atleast 6 customers I had at least an $80 order with just my order. But you can only expect what you inspect.. Big Wingstop fan. But this location has really gone downhill the past few years. Counter service folks are indifferent and inattentive. Tables are sticky and not wiped down. They're using the hallway to the restroom as a storage location for boxes - many of which are open with materials falling out into the floor. The drink machine is out of most flavors of soda the past few times I've visited. There's no other location near me, so this is my only choice, but I'm losing patience with this poorly run franchise. read more

Coming back from a trip with a group and we all agreed we wanted wings, so I suggested Wingstop since I had been wanting to try it for awhile. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. The menu was your basic wing shop, different sauces with varying heats. I got the large single order which was 10 wings for about $11 and came with a drink and fries or veggies (I got fries). I got the original hot and lemon pepper with ranch. The hot tasted good, not too spicy but not disappointing and the lemon pepper had a good flavor. Both were cooked well, not dry and not undercooked. The fries were different, they had a sweet undertone to them from the seasoning they put on them. I liked it, my girlfriend thought it was a little weird, but she still ate it. The best part though, was one of our group wanted to try their hottest wings (atomic, I think) and apparently it was so hot that they have to let you try it first. They brought it out to him and he tried it while all of the employees watched. He ended up getting 15 of them. I tried one and it was good, definitely hot, but good flavor. The other best part was the ranch dressing. They make it themselves and the flavor was great, it's not as creamy as other ranches, but delicious. If you want some wings, I'd stop here. read more

Well the food here is very good by Wingstop standards but it should not take 30 to 45 minutes to receive your lunch order. I have literally been in there at least 3 to 4 times and it this is the slowest food establishment I have ever been to in the area. I could maybe twice but every single time. It's a shame because the food is good to know how to prepare it timely. When you have two people working behind the counter in the third going out to use their code wow there are people in line before me waiting to place an order, that's a huge problem. If you see a line of people waiting to place an order why would you walk outside and have a smoke or use your phone, Get on the cash register or help the people in the back get the food out quicker. After standing at the counter today for almost 9 minutes without any kind of record issue and the couple before me in line stating that they were waiting over 15 minutes and nobody is taking their order. Not bad!! This was my first time going to a Wingstop. This location was really clean and new. Customer service was so-so. I had met one rude employee one very nice employee. Food was also so-so. The cheese fries and rolls were so good!! And I loved the ranch and honey mustard. We got boneless wings and the flavors were pretty good but wing quality was not. Very greasy and low quality chicken. I will stick to bdubs wings they are way better. Might come back for the sides though. read more

Was amazing when it first opened and we were excited to have a wing place right close to us. The original staff was awesome and training team was there kicking butt, and the food and service were top notch at first. Well now they opened another location off of Port Saint Lucie Blvd and the crew from the first location has moved and along with them apparently they took with them the customer service and food quality because the original location has gone WAY DOWN hill since then. We ordered our wings well done several times and they were literally almost raw and unbelievably rubbery, To the point we ate 4 of them and threw the entire order in the trash. The customer service and crew are HORRIBLE now, they are grab assing around almost every time we have gone in and RUDE beyond belief, while acting like you are putting them out because you are making them work. We have gave it 4 tries in the past month and were met with the same awful experience. So we are officially moving on and will not give another dime to this location. We called in an order a few weeks ago and it was over $100.00 and the girl on the phone was so nasty we wound up hanging up and going to the other location all the way across town to get an order. This is a sad story but one that we see in this industry all to often. Starts out like gang busters and over time when the managers or owners step back the employees RUN THE joint into the ground. This is another example of it takes a long time to make a great name for yourself and build a business and no time at all to ruin it.
