When this location first opened, I was there the first week and the wings were excellent. The second time, they got my order wrong but I went with the flow. The third time, I had to wait almost an hour but I wanted to help with keeping the numerous kids working there employed. After my fourth time ordering, I gave up and have not been back in almost two years. Today, I felt like some wings so I placed my order online. They got my order wrong again AND there were LESS wings than I had ordered. I took it back and spoke with the manager but she was not very helpful so I am really done this time. 11/15/2021@about 6pm. We came to pick up our order of 2 crew packs with 3 diff flavors of 10 each. When picking up, I got 2 bags with one bag is a lot heavier than the other bag, So I asked the lady who was helping me why, then she told me that all the chickens were in the other while the other bag are the sides. She said there's 3 boxes of 20 wings all together in one pack instead of 10 each. The other crew member stated and told me that we should have called for instructions since the online does not specify any instructions. Our order says 2 orders of crew pack, was presented to the crew and they said they can't do anything about it and did not offer how they can fix the problem. I told them also that it did not say online that when you order 2 orders of the same thing in the menu, it will be considered as one and packed as one. Since they will not fix the order, I asked if they can give me a gloves so I can separate the wings, they said they don't have it, I asked if I can barrow a tong, they didn't say anything but just looked at me differently. The other crew member asked the crew member assisting me the name of the person who ordered online so she can put her name on their list of I don't know what list in her loud voice, I was surprised so I asked her why, she said because I'm being disrespectful. I was surprised, of course I did raise my voice out of frustration, but that wasn't what I was expecting from them, no courted at all knowing they messed up our orders. Customers came in, and they technically ignored us and didn't do anything. The argument went on with crew not offering any solution I told the crew members, also told the crew since she kept asking fir the name of the person who ordered online and I told her, since you want her name, put my name as well, and also give me your managers name, they said, the manager is not available, and to call the next day. We waited till 20 min until finally they gave us extra containers and for us to do it ourselves. We separated the wings into 10 winds each box, found 1 box missing a piece of wing, told the crew members, they just stare at us, so we packed it up, and again told the crew member that it's missing a piece and she told us that you guys packed it already. Since it's no point arguing and we can't demand our customers rights, we left! This kind of behavior for a crew is not acceptable, but at least, the rest of the crew didn't help either. DO NOT COME HERE, all the reviews are true. They take forever even for online order times are not accurate. Chicken was under cooked, no crunch at all for the dry rub flavors. I ordered garlic parmesan and Louisiana rub, I could barely tell the difference because the lack of seasoning, it was DISGUSTING and chicken tasted and seemed to have been sitting out for awhile. Now my fries. I ordered it with extra parmesan, I got a very lite dusting of parmesan, again unable to taste the parmesan because there was not enough. But they did manage to add a unpleasant amount of salt to the fries, DISGUSTING!!!! Awesome location to have a wingstop! Even tough they just opened, they are friendly and courteous. My food has been on point everytime I order here. Staff is very polite and it's a very clean location. Customers have to understand that it takes 18 mins to cook bone in wings. Wings can never come out undercooked as each order has its timer. I will suggest that if you love your wings crispier then I'd suggest you order them well done. Wings don't come up undercooked, it's hard to do that when the fryers are set. So with that said, order well done. That fixes that and if you know wingstop already... it's best to add extra seasoning to your order as your ordering. They never answer their calls , I come in person to order and I purposely sit and wait ,while i sit I can see them talking in the back while the phone is ringing continuously and all they do is ignore it and turn up their music up . First off, if I could give ZERO stars would. I've been to the Wingstop on Citrus multiple times and about 4 times I've been there they've gotten my order wrong. Not partially wrong but completely wrong. The last time I ordered from them they got my order wrong so I had to go back and pick up my original order. While these employees are rude, roll there eyes at customers, take over 40 minutes for an order and while they should be working are laughing and twerking with the manager for all to see and hear the loud language explicit music. Are mixed couples really still an issue with people? Which is the only reasoning I could come up with as there was no other logical conclusion. We were going to wait outside regardless as instructed but why were we singled out and made to feel unwelcome?
