You know. This place never has bad food. Nor do I think I've ever had a major order error. But their timing estimations are horrible. Ordered online, told 23-28 mins. Got to the restaurant at the 25min mark, I was told 5 more mins. I got my food after just under 50min. On another occasion (a few months ago now), Same thing: online order, arrived around 30 mins post order, told they need a few more minutes. I waited patiently, but after about 30 minutes, I realized that a bag had been sitting on their counter un touched for a while and I asked about my order. It turned out to be my order, but no one called it out, just put it there. So it was cold by the time I got home. Again, My problem is not with the food, it's with their timing estimates. I don't want to assume their timing is wrong and give them an extra 20 min before arriving then it be one of the few times it was right and now my food is cold. read more

Thursday mid day, worst, hands down worst Wing Stop I have ever been to. Customer service is non existent, the guy taking the order was 10 kinds of flustered, no smile, no thank you. The air conditioner isn't working on this visit either. People are standing around register really pissed and nobody is addressing any concerns they have. This is the closest place for Wings and I'm not really a big fan of this location or franchise in general. The staff always seem they don't want to help you and when you ask for napkins or whatever they seem to give you a stare down and snickering about things to there fellow peers. Do not go here!!!! Three of my colleagues and I went for lunch. First, it took forever. Then, my friend did not like the taste of the wings. That was on a Thursday. On Saturday, I wanted to use my card. So, I went into my app when I realized they had charged me twice. Once for $57 and another for $15. $15 was correct not $57... I let my friends know... and every single one of them had an extra charge ranging from $20-$30... when they went to get reimbursed an employee laughed at the situation... one of the observations made was the age and inexperience of the employees... to immature for such responsibilities... when a charge goes in like that it is not reimbursed right away which might cause problems with your bank or credit card... charges on the credit card if insufficient funds are not on the card... thankfully that was not our problem but a lot of college students eat here and that could be a problem. Very friendly staff, always clean, but if you want to get big wings eat there, I've noticed that when its a to-go order the wings tend to be smaller than usual. Love their original hot and lemon pepper wings with bleu cheese; also, their fries portions are big! read more

If you've ever been to a Wingstop, it's usually the same. This location is somewhat better than others in the RGV. Food is typically good, but wait times can be long, and every now and then, orders are incomplete or incorrect. The flavors are great, and the fries are tasty as well, but you've gotta have your fingers crossed that your food will be served at a top quality or you'll find yourself slightly disappointed for what you expected. Decent Beer Menu for those who enjoy a drink with their wings, but some imports are overpriced. Decent place for wings on a game night. I recommend the Lemon Pepper Hot or Louisiana Dry Rub Wings for those who like something different. read more
